Abstract

Abstract The bombing in Bali on October 12, 2002, the bombing of the WTC in the US on September 11, 2011, and other bombings were international acts. The bombing incident that took place at the international level has opened the eyes of various parties to the dangers of attack. After that, the US and the West joined forces to fight the enemy. What is a problem that often occurs is the accusation of terrorism put forward by Muslims so that Islamic teachings are marginalized and blasphemed by the west. Islam has become a scourge and brings havoc, as a result of terror attacks that have been carried out by people of other religions against Muslims, especially in countries with Muslim minorities. At the same time, framing of Muslims who are attached to terrorism and radicalism is always echoed, from within Islam and from outside Islam though, both in various elements including in the political field. This article seeks to find an understanding of terrorism, which is often framed based on Islamic teachings, whereas actions do not only focus on religious sentiments but actions that come from many more complex aspects. Because if it is not immediately straightened out, the public perception of Islam and terrorism will become a source of disharmony within the religious community and also the state, plus the bad framing of Islam becomes public consumption that is still common to current political interests. Abstract

Abstract In this study, researchers conducted a study on nurcholish madjid thought known as Nurcholisisme which is said to be very critical of Islamic political parties in Indonesia. That in Nurcholish Madjid's thoughts about Islamic political parties according to him Islam is not an ideology that must exist in the form of a formal institution that is an Islamic party. Islam should be the basis or basis in determining ethical values in running a political party without having to make it in the form of a formal institution. It is an obligation and truth and regards modernization as an effort or process to achieve the truth that is put forward to encourage Muslims to direct their commitment to Islamic values, not to institutions that use the name Islam. In this researched work the author uses legal research normatively towards policy with conceptual approaches and rules. This research was conducted by looking at literature studies to see Nurcholish's thinking aimed at forming a good Islamic party for society. The Islamic party of his time said that they were the representation of the voice of God as the ticket to good. Keywords: Islamic Party, Nurcholish Madjid, Ideology, Politics.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman dewasa ini menyebabkan lahirnya berbagai macam fenomena dan persoalan-persoalan hukum baru yang menuntut adanya jawaban hukun terhadapnya. Karena apa yang telah diatur dalam hukum islam baik dalam nash maupun produk fiqh akan tetapi belum mengakomodir persoalan-persoalan kontemporer. Oleh karena itu Ijtihad kontemporer diperlukan sebagai jawaban dari dinamika pembaharuan hukum Islam yang berhubungan dengan perubahan, dan perkembangan kehidupan masyarakat modern. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan akselerasi pemikiran dalam bentuk ijtihad untuk menyelesaikan setiap masalah yang dihadapi, sehingga permasalahan apapun yang muncul dapat dikontekstualisasikan dengan baik dan tepat sasaran khususnya dalam bentuk legislasi. Berdasarkan amanah UU Nomor 11 tahun 2006 tentang Pemerintahan Aceh terlihat adanya peluang bagi pengembangan hukum islam dalam bentuk legislasi di Aceh untuk memenuhi keinginan masyarakat Aceh terhadap kebutuhan hukumnya sendiri. Tulisan ini akan memberikan gambaran mengenai peluang ijtihad dan pengembangan hukum islam di Aceh dalam bentuk legislasi.

Abstract

Etika qurani adalah pemikiran pokok etika yang terdapat dalam al-Quran tentang kehidupan individu dan sosial kemasyarakatan. Al-Quran sebagai hukum dasar (konstitusi) dalam kehidupan dunia memuat dasar-dasar peraturan setiap manusia sampai akhir zaman. Quraish Shihab sebagai salah seorang ulama besar Indonesia telah memberi gambaran tentang etika ketatanegaraan yang berlandaskan al-Quran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Penulis menggunakan metode content analysis dalam penelitian ini dan metode interpretasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosio-historis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan setidaknya dua kesimpulan, Pertama, Quraish Shihab cenderung berpendapat bahwa politik dan ketatanegaraan (siyasah) berkaitan erat dengan demokrasi. Kedua, di dalam Islam terdapat sejumlah etika ketatanegaraan yang berlandaskan al-Quran diantaranya; etika kejujuran, etika amanah dan etika demokrasi.

Abstract

Siyāsah dusturiyāh has so far not been revealed in detail. In the stage of world history, it can be seen that the good and bad of the country depends on the system of government. The Koran has expressly established the necessity of government.)” very interesting to study. Data analysis was carried out using thematic (Maudhu'ï). In the thematic method all the relevant verses are collected, then studied in more depth from various aspects related to them. In this method it is also supported by postulates or truths that can be scientifically and rationally accounted for. Based on the method used, the Koran explains that leadership in siyāsah dusturiyāh can be adapted to each age. Leadership in Islam is a fitrah for every human being as well as motivating islamic leadership. Man is mandated by Allah Almighty to become caliph to lead people in religion and the world, as well as to govern the people and maintain religion and politics. The system of government referred to in the Koran consists of five: namely Imamah, The People and Their Obligations, Bai'at, Ahl al-Hall Wa al-Aqd, and Wizarah.

Abstract

It is undeniable that in the traditionalist group which is motivated by the belief that the time of the Apostle and the Companions was ideal, the term ideal is sometimes defined as the best of the best period. Behind the triumph of the Ottoman Turks in its leadership, there were various problems caused by expansion efforts. This paper reviews the dynamics that occurred during the Ottoman Turkish dynasty and the effects of its leadership style. This paper is a literature review by reviewing various writings and research, historical approach in this paper is used to theoretically describe historical construction during the Ottoman Turkish dynasty. This paper argues that the contribution of the ideal system of government cannot be separated from the role of the Abbasid government. The Ottoman and Abbasid dynasties were kingdoms that had put reforms in creating a government, economic, legal, and political system.
