Abstract

This study aims to map out the study of Malay culture in accordance with the Riau Government's 2025 vision. This study employs a qualitative methodology and a literature review methodology. From January 2005 to February 2021, 228 articles on the Garuda Indonesia Publication Index Portal contained the keywords Riau Malay, according to the findings of this study. The articles are organized into the following five categories: cultural issues (42%), education issues (27%), political issues (16%), socio-economic issues (11%), and religious issues (4%). Malay culture is one of the supporting pillars of national culture. To prevent the polarization of Riau Malay Culture, the Riau Malay community has established synergistic traditional areas to preserve their culture. Islam's introduction to Riau has resulted in the transformation of Malay culture. Islam has had a significant impact on the Riau Malay community's culture, politics, education, religion, and socio–economics.

Abstract

In this era of disruption, the crime of manipulating electronic information, fraud, forgery or engineering using computer networks or the internet continues to grow. This study aims to examine the Rationalization of Criminology in Technology in the Disruption Era and Legal Reformulation in Preventing the Formation of Patterns of Criminological Rationalization in the World of Technology in the Disruption Era. With the formulation of the problem, namely the Rationalization of Criminology in the World of Technology in the Disruptive Era. Law Reformulation in Preventing the Formation of Criminological Rationalization Patterns in the World of Technology in a Disruptive Era. This research is a normative legal research with a statutory approach taken from secondary and tertiary data, which is then analyzed. The results of this study found that technology in the current era of disruption has significantly increased legal issues. So there is an urgency to carry out mapping as soon as possible to study criminology, which continues to this day. The contribution of this study is to provide an understanding and analysis of the problems related to the impact of the era of disruption and the influence of technology on the behavior of individuals and complex societies, so as to provide a basis for the government to reformulate the law more specific and detailed to prevent the formation of criminological rationalization patterns.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how companies provide product knowledge to consumers and find out how much influence the delivery of product knowledge has on the emergence of purchase intention in consumers. This research uses mixed methods with a sequential design, starting from quantitative by using a questionnaire and qualitatively by using interviews. The population in this study were all farmers in Caturharjo Village, Pandak District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. From these respondents, data was collected using a questionnaire. The technique in this study uses statistical data analysis techniques with validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, and multiple linear regression analysis, in addition to knowing the effect partially and simultaneously using t-test and F-test. In addition, interviews were conducted with the two heads of farmer groups. This study shows that all dimensions of the product knowledge variable have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Of these three dimensions, objective knowledge is the most influential factor in purchase intention. PT. Prosper Biotech Indonesia should maintain a relationship with farmer groups in conducting counseling that conveys material about these products, because these extension workers will grow product knowledge that potential consumers have about their interest in buying products produced by the company. From there, farmers know about ValdisGROW products objectively.

Abstract

Employees are a very important asset in achieving organizational goals that have been set, therefore it is important to manage human resources in order to create good coordination between each work unit and department. The quality of human resources can be seen from how well individual employees perform in a company. There are several factors that can affect employee performance, including locus of control and self-efficacy. This study aims to examine the effect of locus of control on employee performance , examine the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance. Population in the Study This is intact employee Serve Environment and Fisheries in Purworejo Regency as many as 334 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive technique sampling with the criteria of employees with civil servant status, namely 114 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire with alternative answer choices using a Likert scale that has been tested and has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis tools used ie multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis show that locus of control has a positive effect And important for employee performance, self-efficacy influential positive And important to employee show.

Abstract

The existence of organizational change results in a decrease in the quality of employee performance which must be supported by training so that it can respond to market changes and competition. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee engagement and training on employee performance through organizational commitment. The sample in this study amounted to 89 respondents. The statistical method used is inferential statistics (inductive statistics or probability statistics) with PLS (Partial Least Square) to complete the hypothesis. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence of employee engagement, training, and organizational commitment on employee performance through organizational commitment. This research has implications for the managerial part of the company where training is needed, especially those related to benefits in completing work.
