Abstract

Country civic-duty employee (what we call Pegawai Negeri Sipil) isa form of human resources which deserved attention for the role ofcivic worker doing whatever it takes to run a country, and beingresponsible for the successful development in this country. Withnational policy called legislation #32 in 2004 about theimplementation of regional autonomy based on decentralization, The Department of Agriculture and Fishery in Sidenreng Rappangregency as one of regional government should be capable of publicservicing to the people.This research is to determine the employee's motivation and whetherit effects their job satisfaction at The department of Agriculture andFishery office in Sidenreng Rappang regency.The samples in this research are taken from all employee as thepopulation of The Department of Agriculture and Fishery office,which are forty-four (44) people. The data collecting methods arequestionaire, observation, and literature study. The data analysismethods are coefficient of correlation, and the method used to seewhether there's influences from motivation to job satisfaction inpercentage is coefficient of determination.The result shows that employee's motivation is in good rate,averaging 3,70 represents good category. The statistical result usingcoefficient of correlation analysis shows that job satisfaction isindeed affected by motivation by a positive +0,262 of correlationcoefficient, and 7% percentage by using determination coeeficient. The hypothetical test is also resulting 1,761 being greater than1,68195, means that the hypothetic is accepted, there is indeedinfluences between employee's motivation and employee's jobsatisfaction at The Department of Agriculture and Fishery inSidenreng Rappang regency.

Abstract

Abstract This writing aims to determine the effect of the role of local government on community empowerment in alleviating school dropouts in the Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine community empowerment in alleviating school dropouts in the Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this case is 65 people, while the data collection techniques used are questionnaires, documentation, observation, while the data analysis technique used is data analysis with a frequency table. The result in writing this journal is the preparation of facilities and infrastructure for the implementation of learning (school building) is 95% in the category Strongly Agree, Operational costs allocated in the implementation of education are 73.5% with the category Strongly Agree, Empowerment of Human Resources, namely Educators in the implementation of learning is 77.25% which means the category Agree, Providing assistance in the form of Free Education for those who are unable to access Formal Education is 88 , 5% which means the category agrees, the 12 year compulsory education program to improve and develop human resources in the education sector is 66.25% which means the category Agree, alleviating school dropouts is access to underprivileged children is 74.5% which means the category Agree, the government's effort to increase HR is 74.5% which means the category agrees. Abstract

Abstract The Western world, communication technology and mass media, have a big hand in building and establishing the moral principles of society. Internet media in particular, have a major role in introducing new norms of society. For the Islamic Ummah it is necessary to strengthen the missionary motivation which takes up so much time and attention of the majority Muslim community. Even now the technological means have been dubbed by the people of various terms for example, as a corona screen, a magic box, a window to the world and so on. The rapid introduction of new norms was made possible because the media moved with the principle of freedom of expression without preaching motivation, so that these principles were often used as a pretext for pursuing worldly interests. Unfortunately, many developing countries, including those claiming to be Muslim countries, follow this trend. As a result, Muslims around the world have been trapped in a foreign conceptual framework, which resulted in a media invasion of their value system, ethical perceptions, moral standards, sociocultural views, and even their religious beliefs. Therefore, Islam needs to set a da'wah strategy in all aspects of life through communication systems, especially electronic media that affect many people. This should not be ignored, and must be directed in accordance with Islamic perinsif which covers all aspects of life through the da'wah strategy. Technological development cannot be dammed. The role of Muslim communicators must defend the truth so that justice remains upheld. Justice cannot possibly be upheld without safeguarding the truth and this is the main task for the Islamic Ummah to carry out scientific charity including one of which is the application user in the mass media. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to find out the Village Evaluation Policy (Perdes) of Carawali concerning the Wattang Pulu Smoking-free Zone in Sidenreng Rappang District and the factors that influenced the Carawali Village Regulation Policy Evaluation concerning the Smoking-Free Zone in Wattang Pulu District, Sidenreng Rappang District. The population was 1193 people in the village of Carawali, the sample in this study was 60 people of the village of Carawali, based on random sampling techniques or random samples with sampling techniques using the yount formula. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with basic research, survey research with descriptive explanatory level, and the type of data in this study is quantitative research, data sources from this study are primary and secondary, data collection techniques used in this study are observation, questionnaire / questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of the Carawali Village Regulation (Perdes) Policy Evaluation of the Wattang Pulu District Non-Smoking Area in Sidenreng Rappang Regency are in the "good" category with a percentage of 74%. As for the factors that influence the Village Regulation Policy Evaluation (Perdes) Carawali About the Wattang Pulu Smoke-free Zone in Sidenreng Rappang District with identification factors with a percentage of 60.2% in the category of "moderately influential", analysis factor with a percentage of 74% in the category "Influential", the description factor with a percentage of 74% is in the category of "influential", the standardization factor with a percentage of 70% is in the category of "influential", the measurement factor with a percentage of 70.6% is in the category of "influence", change factor with percentage 69.2% are in the category of "influential" and the factors determining the impact with a percentage of 74.6% are in the category of "influential", based on the results of the recapitulation of the average percentage of factors that influence Carawali's Village Policy Policy Evaluation Smoking Free of Wattang Pulu District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 70.1% and is in the "influential" category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the District Narcotics Agency (BNK) in Drug Abuse Management in the Panca Rijang District of Sidenreng Rappang Regency and the factors that influenced the Performance of the Narcotics Agency (BNK) in drug abuse prevention in Panca Rijang Sub-District, Sidenreng Rappang District. The population is 26,149 people in Panca Rijang Subdistrict aged 18 years and above. The sample in this study was 100 people in the District of Panca Rijang, based on purposive sampling techniques or determination of samples with certain criteria with sampling techniques using Slovin formula.. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with basic research, survey research with descriptive explanatory level, and the type of data in this study is quantitative research.The results of the Performance of the District Narcotics Agency (BNK) in the prevention of drug abuse in the Panca Rijang District of Sidenreng Rappang Regency are in the "less good" category with a percentage of 55%. As for the factors that influence the Performance of the District Narcotics Agency (BNK) in drug abuse prevention in Panca Rijang Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, the first factor has a percentage of 63% with the category "Enough effect", the second factor has a percentage of 62.6% with the category "Fairly influential", and the third factor has a percentage of 60.6% with the category "Poor", based on the results of the average recapitulation of the percentage of factors that affect BNK performance in overcoming drug abuse as much as 62%, and are in the "Enough Effect" category. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out the Team Cooperation at the Timoreng Panua Village Office in Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang District, to find out the Quality of Service at the Timoreng Panua Village Office in Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang District and to find out the Role of Team Cooperation in Improving Service Quality at the Timoreng Panua District Office Panca Rijang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study is the number of family heads, which is 547 people. Sampling uses a random sample technique using the Yount formula by taking 10%, so the sample is 55 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The collected data is then used in quantitative analysis techniques with frequency tables. The results showed that Team Cooperation at the Timoreng Panua Village Office in Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency was categorized as good with an average percentage of 66.4%. The indicator that has the highest value is the division of labor of the Timoreng Panua village apparatus in providing services to the community (Cooperation). The Quality of Service Quality in the Office of the Village of Timoreng Panua, Panca Rijang Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is categorized good with an average percentage of 66.28%. The indicator that has the highest value is the ease of information service for the people of Timoreng Panua Village. The Role of Team Cooperation in Improving Service Quality in the Office of the Village of Timoreng Panua, Panca Rijang Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is categorized as good with a percentage of 65%. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the level of women's participation in the administration of village governance and the factors that influence the level of women's participation in the administration of the village of Bulucenrana. The population of this study was 1,231 families and a sample of 92 households. The sampling technique used is Purpossive Sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use statistics with helped SPSS v.16. The results showed that the participation of women 56% was not good consisting of money participation 59%, participation of property 59%, participation of personnel 56%, participation of skills 49%, participation of ideas 58%, and also social participation 57%. The implementation of Village Government 54% is not good consisting of services 61%, empowerment 50%, and development 52%. Based on SPSS v.16 using the regression formula, the economic aspects of 22%, socio-cultural aspects 41%, geographic aspects of the region 81% affect the level of women's participation in the administration of the Village Government of Bulucenrana. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the quality of service to inpatient satisfaction and the factors that influence the quality of service to inpatient satisfaction at the Lancirang Health Center, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 1,594 people and a sample of 94 inhabitants. The sampling technique used is Purpossive Sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use statistics. The results showed that the service quality with an average percentage of 58% less satisfied, consisting of tangibles (physical evidence) 75% satisfied, reliability (reliability) 54% less satisfied, responsiveness (responsiveness) 47% less satisfied, assurance (guarantee) 58% less satisfied, empathy (empathy) 58% less satisfied. Patient satisfaction with an average percentage of 66% satisfied, consisting of the attitude of the staff approach to patients 54% less satisfied, the quality of care received by patients 53% less satisfied, administrative procedures 62% satisfied, waiting time 78% satisfied, other public facilities 85% are very satisfied, inpatient facilities 75% satisfied and the results of treatment or treatment received by patients 55% less satisfied. Factors that influence the quality of services to inpatient satisfaction at the Lancirang Health Center, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency are expected services and services received by 51% less satisfied. Abstract

Applying transparency, participatory, and accountability in the proccess of supplying products and services is needed to make a good governance. Local government of Sidenreng Rappang has committed to apply those principles thoughout government's policy, and so this is actually an important research subject. This research type is a descriptive-qualitative using several methods to collect data, to mention documentating, questioning or interview, and a role of informant (source). Then those data will be analyzed using descriptive-qualitative analysis. The result shows us that the need of transparency, participatory, and accountability principles has been optimally applied. And it has been proven by a deputy observer of society who has helped apply those three principles. The main role lies in the human resources and the enforcement of sanctions within government's regulations or procedures.

Abstract

Playing the role of government at subdistrict region involves anumber of instances that play their own jobs and functions.Therefore a good coordination is also required to preventmisfunction get in the way.This research is done to determine the role of coordinator of thesubdistrict leader in order to accomplish the job, and to determinethe influencing factors that get into play. So that this research wouldgive a positive contribution in subdistrict government particularlyand generally the whole country.The methods used in collecting data are (1) observation, (2)interview, (3) questionaire, and (4) literature study. Those data thenanalyzed using frequency table and percentage.The population of this research is 30 people, all accounted asresearch samples. The result shows percentage of 85% thatsubdistrict leader coordinates well in Baranti subdistrict of Sidrapregency. That means a good coordination between subdistrict andall sub-intances involved, and a positive contribution inaccomplishing all jobs and duties at Baranti subdistrict government
