Abstract

Stunting is a condition in which a child experiences growth disorders, due to that the child's height does not match his age, as a result of chronic nutritional problems, namely, lack of nutritional intake for a long time. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2020 concerning anthropometric standards for assessing the nutritional status of children, stunting or stunting is a nutritional status based on the height-for-age index (TB/U) with a z score of less than -2 SD (standard deviation). Stunting is not only a problem of disrupting physical growth, but also causes children to get sick easily, besides that there are also disturbances in brain and intelligence development, so that stunting is a major threat to the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Indonesia is a country with multiple nutritional problems, marked by a high prevalence of stunting. Based on JME stunting data, UNICEF World Bank in 2020, Indonesia's prevalence of stunting is in 115th position out of 151 countries in the world (Ministry of Health 2020). Basic Health Research Riskesdas  data for 2018 shows the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is 30.8%. Whereas in 2022 the prevalence of stunted is 24.4 in Indonesia, 23.3% in West Sumatra, and 20% in Indonesia (Ministry of Health 2022). The city government of Padang Panjang through the Health Service (Dinkes) in the strategic plan (Renstra) is trying to reduce the stunting rate to 15.5% in 2023 and 14% in 2024. This reduction is also an effort to support the National Action Plan to Accelerate Reducing Stunting Rates in Indonesia (RAN PASTI) launched by the government through the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN).

Abstract

One of the functions of the Department of Population and Civil Registry is providing services to issue birth certificate. Unfortunately, in the Nagekeo Regency, among 164.431 of total population inhabitants only, 19.71% have birth certificate. In addition, the number of birth certificates issued in a year are not comparable with the number of applicants who submitted. This is caused by less information in the society about procedure and the importance of birth certificates. This study attempts to answer why the quality of these services is still low and what actors that actually affect it. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive approach which the data is collected through interviews, observation and documentation techniques. The result shows that there is low quality of service in making a birth certificate at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Nagekeo Regency. It happened because of there are no dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy in the ministry. Emergency service offices still, ministry means minimal, there is no information about the procedures, as well as any element of discrimination in the ministry. The low quality of these services for structures, systems, services, human resources, facilities and services are inadequate. Also found the influence of factors of leadership and implementation of cultural elements one against the figure of a "Mosalaki".

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic resulted in learning being carried out by maintaining a distance which was then called distance learning or PJJ. To carry out PJJ, of course, learning media is needed so that learning can run as expected. Various kinds of learning media are commonly used for PPJ, but in general at SMAN 4 Bekasi the application used is zoom meeting. This study aims to determine the effect of the zoom meeting on the learning motivation of students in informatics subjects in class x. The research method used is quantitative method, using a positivistic paradigm with data analysis using simple correlation techniques and regression analysis. The theory used in this research is the uses and gratifications communication theory. The results showed that the t-count value on the use of zoom meetings on learning motivation was 8.746 > 2.00 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The calculated t value on learning motivation on learning outcomes 2, 656 > 2.00 with a significance of 0.01 < 0.05. it means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, where there is an effect of using zoom meeting learning media on motivation learning of students in class x on informatics subjects, Informatics learning motivation is formed quite well by the zoom meeting.

Abstract

Humans are social creatures who cannot live without other people. We as humans are asked to be able to understand each other's feelings. This condition is usually called empathy. Maclsaac (1997) in his book suggests that empathy is an individual process that thinks about the condition of other individuals as if we were in that person's position. When someone has empathy, it means that person is putting them in someone else's position and learning to understand others. This study uses a systematic literature review method. The results of this study suggest that instilling empathetic behavior through role playing in children has a considerable impact.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of work culture on the quality of employee services at the Buton Regency Regional Hospital. The problem contained in this study is the phenomenon that occurs at the Buton Regency Hospital that officers do not serve patients well, including favoritism in services, especially patients who are known to be handled quickly, the unfriendly attitude shown by the officers. The method uses the correlational method, which is to be able to see the magnitude of the influence of free variables on the bound variables. The free variable is organizational culture, while the bound variable is the quality of public services. The techniques used are survey and interview techniques, survey techniques by distributing questionnaires to 30 employees of Buton district hospital. Meanwhile, the interview was addressed to the Director of the Buton Regency Regional General Hospital and the Informant comparing 1 patient, and 1 patient family to compare the data on the quality of public services from the District Hospital as a servant and the Patient and his family as recipients of Public services in this case served. The results showed that based on the results of the analysis obtained thitung (4,602) > ttabel (1,71) maka H0 rejected. This means that work culture has a real effect on the variable quality of service. So far, research related to work culture has only focused on government or village institutions, and measured by employee performance, even if it is at the hospital, it only focuses on measuring performance, not the quality of public services. Meanwhile, excellence in this study of work culture is measured by the quality of public services.

Abstract

In supply chain management and logistics systems, the transportation costs often represent an important part. The design of transportation network offers a great potential to reduce costs, time as well as improve service quality. Hence, determining the efficient solution for large-scale of transportation problems is an important task in the field of operations research, where the problem can be formulated as the Facility Location problem (FLP). The FLP seeks to locate a number of facilities to serve a number of customers. Systematic approach to the FLP have been studied in the operations research literature, yet the best possible result in rapid computational time is still unknown. Meanwhile, Benders decomposition is an exact algorithm that allows the solution of very large linear programming problems, quickly and optimally. In this research, we consider the Capacitated Facility Location Problem (CFLP). We seek to address the facility location strategy such that the location of hubs, the allocation of supplier/client nodes to hubs, as well as the inter-hub freight transportations, in order to achieve an efficient network design system. The main goal of the model is to find the global optimal solution of large-scale problem in reasonable computation time.

Abstract

Sambal lu'at is a special chili sauce for the people of Timor Island and is a chili sauce that is prepared traditionally. This chili sauce is usually served as a complementary food for big events or for household consumption. The materials used varied, so the researchers in this study added lime and a combination of treatments to get good quality and be acceptable to consumers. The method used in this study was a 2-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD), factor I salt concentration (G), G1 = 5%, G2 = 10% and factor 2 fermentation time (F), F1 = 0 days, F2 =3 days, F3=7 days. Furthermore, organoleptic tests were carried out to obtain the best treatment using attributes (color, aroma, taste and texture). The main objective of the study in this article is to determine the panelist's level of preference on a hedonic scale of 1-5 (dislike-very like) with sensory attributes of color, aroma, taste and texture. The results showed that the salt concentration of 5% and the fermentation time of 0 days had the highest value, namely 4.53 (likes).
