Abstract

This paper aims to explore the application of Myra Estrin Levine’s conservation nursing model theory in the nursing care of patient with dextra pedis cellulitis. Cellulitis is a bacterial infection of the skin and underlying tissue that can cause redness, swelling, blistering and pain when pressed. Generally, cellulitis occurs on the skin of the lower legs, but can also appear on the skin of the face, arms, eyes and stomach. Myra Estrin Levine’s conservation theory is divided into 4 conservation principles, namely energy needs and their use, social integrity, structural integrity and personal integrity. The core definition of Levine’s theory is that care is interaction between human, she uses the concept of adaptation and increasing the body’s response through a system approach. Myra Estrin Levine’s concept model is divided into wholeness (holism), adaptation and conservation. The concept of wholeness refers to efforts to understand and care for patients as individuals who are complete and integrated in all aspects of their lives. Nurses are expected to engage patients in care that considers physical, emotional, social and spiritual dimensions. The importance of wholeness is to respect the individual as a complex unit, where nurses strive to understand the context of the patient’s life and provide care that does not only focus on symptoms or disease, but also pays attention to broader aspects of the patient’s life. According to Levine’s nursing theory, adaptation is an individual’s effort to maintan balance and stability in response to environmental stimuli.

Abstract

Awangbangkal District, Karangintan District, Banjar District, South Kalimantan Province in 2000 was different from 2023. Old coordinate data that is still in manual shape and only x, y and z data, can be merged with new data. Both data can be combined to identify developments or changes in the area due to prolonged material harvesting activities. Autocad Civil 3D as the software used can change the manual data of x, y and z to digital data by entering data into Microsoft Excel continued with Notepad as a data bridge so that it can be read by AutoCad Civile 3D with pre-made PENZD format. The coordinate points x, Y and z already entered in AutoCAD Civil 3 D can be made contours and cross-cutting. Ten cross-sectional overlays made between the old data and the new data, resulting in differences between them. The divide resulted in a total of 456,000 cubic meters of material that had been taken between 2000 and 2023. Data formatted by autocad with extension dwg can be transferred to extension dxf to be read by other software from Minescape, Terramodel, 12D, Surpac.

Abstract

Hospital is a crucial component of the current healthcare system and is in charge of supplying, preserving, and advancing community members' health using various resource. Networks are used to organize the numerous, complex health systems of today. Because of the partners' inconsistent behavior and lack of coordination, these networks are frequently underutilized. Each facility or even by industry or service, optimizes care quality and controls costs locally. A systematic global approach could enhance the general under optimization that emerges from this local concentration. The competition in the current global economy is between supply networks rather than enterprises. The comparison of supply chain performance indicators may last a very long time. This research uses a narrative review approach. There are a total of 23 papers used from databases from Science Direct, ProQuest, Scopus, SpringerLink, Hindawi, Google Scholar, JSTOR, and Emerald Insight. A supply chain's of medical consumables success is influenced by many internal and external factors such as exchange of information, enduring relationships, collaboration, and process integration. Agility becomes increasingly crucial to maintaining cooperation and teamwork, improving patients' experiences every time. Various elements influence the supply chain for medical consumables. Therefore, it is crucial to identify and evaluate the key variables influencing the healthcare supply chain for the medical consumables process and examine the strategies included in this review.
