Abstract

The era of information and knowledge, which is marked by the placement of information technology and intellectual knowledge as the main capital in various fields of life, turns out to have a negative impact on the growth of ethics and character of the nation. The degradation of ethics, morals, attitudes and behavior is increasingly felt in various circles of society. This problem also afflicts educators. Therefore, it is necessary for educational actors to know and practice learning ethics. Because of this, many ideas have emerged regarding the concept of learning ethics, including the concept of learning ethics by KH. Hasyim Asy'ari written in his book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim. The theological foundation in this research is the Word of Allah SWT QS. Al-Kahf verse (18: 65-70). The philosophical foundation in this research is based on the philosophy of behaviorism. This research uses a qualitative research approach with the type of literature research (Library Research). The data in this study, researchers took data from primary sources, namely the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim by KH Hasyim Asy'ari printed Maktabah Tsurots Islami PP. Tebuireng Jombang. Collecting data from this research is done by reviewing and reviewing the literature that contains verbal data in the form of words not in the form of numbers. Thus, the discussion in this research is applied by editing, reducing, presenting which then analyzes as well as identifies and grouping according to each chapter. This study aims to: (1) To find out and analyze the concept of ethics in learning from the perspective of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim. (2) To find out and analyze the ethical relevance of perspective learning. KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim to the Z-generation. To be able to find out the results of this study, the author uses several steps, namely: (1) Content Analysis (Content Analysis) (2) Interpretation. This study resulted in (1) the concept of learning ethics from the perspective of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim. The contents are student ethics and educator ethics. (2) The relevance of KH's perspective learning concept. Ash'ari in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim against Generation-Z. The concept of learning ethics from the perspective of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari has a fairly strong relevance to the context of education today or in the Z-generation era. Especially if it is associated with the ideal teacher profile as formulated in the PP. No. 74 of 2008 and the National Education Goals listed in Law Article 3 paragraph 1 Number 20 of 2003.

Abstract

Human nature is a social creature which according to Aristotle is called the "Zoon Politicon". In an effort to socialize, humans or humans enter a group or organization, then when something emerges, recognizes the advantages and influences and drives joint efforts in achieving a predetermined goal, then he is called a leader. This research uses an organization that is a school educational institution. Educational leaders must have a commitment to quality improvement in their main functions. Therefore, the functions of educational leadership must be directed at the quality or quality of learning. The quality of education is a direct consequence of a change and development of various aspects of life. There are various styles of heads in implementing and developing leadership activities, namely authoritarian leadership style, Laissez Faire leadership style, democratic leadership style. On that basis, this research is focused on the limitations of the problem in this study, there are two, namely: 1) How is the Quality of Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 1 Ciwidey?; and 2) How is the principal's leadership style in improving the quality of Islamic religious education in educational institutions. Furthermore, this study uses qualitative research methods using a case study plan on the leadership style of school principals in improving the quality of Islamic religious education. The results of this study indicate that (1) the quality of Islamic education in SMA Negeri 1 Ciwidey can be said to be quite good, this can be seen in terms of input, process and output. In terms of input, the students of SMA Negeri 1 Ciwidey have the motivation to always improve themselves in achieving according to their talents and abilities, teachers, staff, TU, counselors and administrators who have expertise in their fields and are also supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. In terms of process, Islamic religion teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Ciwidey have used various teaching methods so that it is easy for students to understand PAI material. In terms of output, most of the graduate students are accepted in top universities, are diligent in praying and can read the Qur'an. (2) The Leadership Style of the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Ciwidey in improving the quality of Islamic religious education is more likely to use a (participatory) leadership style. In this case, the principal prioritizes deliberation and consensus in solving a problem. However, often in certain situations, the principal requires another (authoritarian).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the principal's academic supervision management in improving the personality competence of kindergarten teachers. This research was compiled on the basis of the word of Allah SWT in the Qur'an Surah Al-Baqarah verses 31-32, philosophical idealism and Terry's theory of management. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the principal's academic supervision in improving the personality competence of kindergarten teachers. The principal's academic supervision management includes planning, implementation, supervision and evaluation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection method used is the method of interview, observation and documentation with the principal and teachers as informants. Data collection is intended to answer research problems. Based on the research, it was found: (a) The planning of the principal's academic supervision includes the preparation of a supervision program and the manufacture of supervision instruments, (b) The implementation of supervision uses a directive approach, traditional models, individual and group techniques. (c) Supervision and evaluation of supervision includes monitoring, preparation of follow-up plans and reporting, (d) Supporting factors for supervision are the presence of adequate resources, while the inhibiting factors for supervision include limited understanding of the importance of the management of academic supervision of principals. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that: (a) The planning function has not been fully implemented, (b) The implementation of supervision is in accordance with the theory of implementation of supervision, (c) Supervision supervision does not carry out evaluations, and (d) Supporting factors for academic supervision are the presence of high resources. academic supervision is a limited understanding of the importance of academic supervision management. While the implications of this research are: (a) Planning for comprehensive academic supervision will have an impact on weak implementation and supervision, waste of resources and weak institutional accountability, (b) Implementation of supervision using appropriate approaches, models and techniques will affect the success of supervision implementation, (c) Supervision and evaluation have not been fully implemented, so that the success of the program can be measured accurately, d) Supporting and inhibiting factors of academic supervision if analyzed properly, can facilitate the principal in making decisions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the situation of teachers who are still constrained to improve their professional competence in making scientific papers, teachers are still focused on the mission of education and teaching in the classroom, while the vision and mission of scientific writing and scientific publications are often ignored, the implication is that the professional competence of teachers in writing and worrisome publication. The purpose of this study is to analyze the planning, implementation, evaluation, and to find out the constraints and solutions, MGMP management for improving the professional competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers in making scientific papers at State MTs in Majalengka Regency. The theological basis of this research is the concept of management which states that the essence of management is al-tadbir (regulation) which is a derivation of the word dabbara (manage), as contained in the Qur'an letter As-Sajdah verse 5, the philosophical basis taken is the flow of utilitarianism, which holds the view that the principle of benefit or utility is the most basic moral principle. This research relies on a management theory which explains that management is the accomplishing of a predetermined objectives through the efforts of other people. The approach used in this study is a qualitative naturalistic approach and the method deemed relevant in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method, while the data collection technique is triangulation, which uses various combined/simultaneous data collection techniques. The data sources for this study were the head of the MGMP, the head of the madrasa, the teacher of the Qur'an Hadith, and the madrasa supervisor. The conclusion of the study states that MGMP management for improving the professional competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers in making scientific papers at State MTs in Majalengka Regency includes planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. MGMP management to improve the professional competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers in making scientific writings, is absolutely necessary to be carried out in a focused and focused and sustainable manner so that the competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers is more qualified. The recommendation from this study is that the Al-Qur'an Hadith teacher should not feel enough with the abilities he already has, and always develop his competence through various activities and opportunities, innovate and be responsive to various changes.

Abstract

In terms of input, the students of SMP Fauzaniyyah have the motivation to always improve themselves in achieving according to their talents and abilities, teachers, staff, TU, counselors and administrators who have expertise in their fields and are also supported by adequate infrastructure. In terms of process, Islamic religion teachers at Fauzaniyyah Junior High School have used various teaching methods so that it is easy for students to understand PAI material. As for the output, most of the graduate students are accepted in top universities, are diligent in praying and can read the Qur'an. (2) Principal Fauzaniyyah's leadership style in improving the quality of Islamic religious education is more likely to use a democratic (participatory) leadership style. In this case the principal prioritizes deliberation and consensus in solving a problem. But often in certain situations or conditions require the principal to act differently (authoritarian).

Abstract

The Kiai's leadership style and role is the most essential factor in determining policies and even strategies to address problematic issues. Therefore, a study of the impact of the style and role of Kiai leadership in Islamic boarding schools is very important to do, because the leadership of a Kiai will certainly have a major impact on the progress of Islamic boarding schools, especially in the formation and strengthening of students with character, discipline and high creativity in accordance with the educational goals of the Islamic boarding school. boarding school. In the Qur'an, it is revealed that Allah created humans on this earth, one of which is a leader who is able to regulate and maintain nature properly and does not cause damage. Judging from the leadership criteria, rationalism and humanism leadership are more suitable to be applied by leaders. Leadership is the process of influencing a person/group in activities to achieve certain goals. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Kiai's leadership style and role in strengthening the disciplined character of students at Al Jumhuriyah Islamic Boarding School Subang. The approach used in this research is qualitative research with the type of research being case studies. The data analysis in this research is in the form of descriptive data analysis techniques, namely the analysis method in the form of words. The results found in the field in this study are the impact of the Kiai's leadership style and role in strengthening the disciplined character of students at Al Jumhuriyah Islamic Boarding School Subang which has been seen in changes in the personality of students in actions and speech. These changes arise from the style and role of the Kiai in leading. The Kiai's democratic and charismatic leadership style and the Kiai's role as caregivers, role models for parents, leaders, motivators provide strengthening of the character of students in tolerance of groups, simple life, honesty, patience, sincerity, independence and confidence in changing for the better. Barriers in strengthening the character of students are influenced by internal and external factors. The solution to these obstacles can be overcome by applying the method of character education, namely habituation, exemplary and management of pesantren education. Therefore, in leading a pesantren, a Kiai should have a style and role in carrying out his leadership, so that it will have a positive impact on the disciplined character of the santri, and that has been done by Kiai Deden Al Jamhuri, S. H. I in strengthening the disciplinary character of the santri at the Modern Al Islamic Boarding School Jumhuriyah.

Abstract

The study is set against the backdrop of a phenomenon that occurs in society today, regarding the numberof attitudes or behavior and moral decline that is often shown by student, which worries all parties, including school institusions. As an educational institution, school make it possible to create learning activities related to character to strengthening in children, because education in school is formulated in an orderly manner compared to other education, so that schools have an important and strategic role in realizing a generation of people who have good character. To achieve these expectations, scholls should be able to design, plan, implement, supervise, and assessment the strengthening of reeligius and moral characters through learning Islamic Religious Education. TKQ Al Amin and TKQ Al Musyawaroh are schools that carry out management activities in PAI learning to strengthen the religious and moral character of student. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, and learning assessment of Islamic education learning to strengthen religious and moral characters. The results of this study can contribute and broaden insights to the school principal, teachers of TKQ, chief organization of TKQ , and parents of students about management of Islamic education learning to strengthen religious and moral character. The study used qualitative descriptive methods, data collection techniques conducted with interviews, observation, and documentary studies. This study uses the teory of management functions.s Research shows that learning management activities at TKQ Al Amin and TKQ Al Musyawaroh have appeared to be developing quite well, visible from: 1) the availability of learning planning activities, such as: organizing the annual vision, mission, and learning program, semester program, weekly and daily activities plan. 2) the implementation of learning is held to religious and moral character through regular and spontaneous imitation and habituation, through the learning stages i.e , early learning activities, core activities, breaks, and closing activities. 3) learning assessment covers all aspects of child development which is implemented by observation, checklists, oral and non-verbal tests. 4) inhibiting factors and supporting factors provide the motivation for more optimal learning programs.

Abstract

The problem behind this research is that there is a separation between schools that are general and schools that have more religious lessons, from the findings in the field of implementing the Integrated Islamic Education curriculum with Islamic boarding schools to improve student achievement. An institution, of course, must use the management theory of findings from this research, among others: in planning some Islamic boarding school teachers are still passive so they do not provide opportunities for students to be active and creative, this is because the pesantren teachers do not understand the media and learning models used. This study aims to find ways and evidence for the implementation of an integrated PAI curriculum with Islamic boarding schools to improve student achievement in this study using a qualitative paradigm. This research is based on a theory regarding the implementation of an integrated curriculum in improving student achievement which includes the understanding, principles, benefits, objectives, and management of an integrated PAI curriculum to improve student achievement with qualitative research methods, through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that: (1) planning the implementation of an integrated PAI curriculum to improve student achievement by outlining the syllabus, which is designed and then described in the lesson plans as a lesson plan in the classroom, (2) implementing the implementation of an integrated PAI curriculum in improving student achievement. with preliminary activities that function to create an effective learning atmosphere, (3) evaluation of the implementation of the integrated PAI curriculum to improve student achievement is reflected in the results of field observations, namely evaluation of learning outcomes carried out by written and oral tests, (4) supporting factors in curriculum implementation PAI is integrated with Islamic boarding schools to improve student achievement including daily religious activity programs starting from the Asmaul Husna apple, joint duha, joint tadarus and juhur prayers in congregation, while the inhibiting factors include: an Integrated PAI teacher who is less capable in the learning process. The conclusion is that teachers must fix the planning and implementation of learning and evaluations carried out, must be able to change learning outcomes, and provide opportunities for students to actualize the potential that exists in themselves so that student achievement increases.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that shows a decline in quality in the world of education today. Many teachers lack mastery of pedagogic competence, professional competence, personality competence and social competence which are the basis of the learning process. The low quality of educators makes it difficult to achieve the desired learning objectives. To face these challenges, teachers must continuously learn in an effort to develop their competencies. Islam Tarbiyatul Falah and SMP PGRI Telukjambe?. (2) How is the Professional Competence of Teachers in Improving the Quality of Learning in Tarbiyatul Falah Islamic Middle School and PGRI Telukjambe Junior High School? (3) How is the Teacher's Personality Competence in Improving the Quality of Learning in Tarbiyatul Falah Islamic Middle School and PGRI Telukjambe Middle School? (4) How is Social Competence? Teachers in Improving the Quality of Learning in Tarbiyatul Falah Islamic Middle School and PGRI Telukjambe Middle School? This research was conducted in two research locations, namely Islamic Middle School Tarbiyatul Falah and SMP PGRI Telukjambe using descriptive qualitative analytical method. The theoretical orientation used is based on a phenomenological study approach using a multi-site study. Data and data sources: (1). Primary: principals, teachers, staff and students. (2). Secondary: documentation, and archives. This research data collection was carried out by participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation techniques. Checking the data again by triangulation, data disclosure procedures regarding teacher competence in improving the quality of learning. For data analysis, researchers collected data then data reduction, data presentation and then drew conclusions. From the results of this study, the researchers showed that: (1) The pedagogical competence of teachers in improving the quality of learning in Tarbiyatul Falah Islamic Middle School and PGRI Telukjambe Middle School includes competence in terms of preparing learning tools, developing curriculum, improving human resources through workshops, using models and methods, media as well as the selection of teaching materials in accordance with the needs and development of students. (2) The professional competence of teachers in improving the quality of learning at Islamic Middle School Tarbiyatul Falah and SMP PGRI Telukjambe includes competence in terms of mastery of material, organization of material, delivery of material and management of learning. (3) The competence of the teacher's personality in improving the quality of learning at Islamic Middle School Tarbiyatul Falah and SMP PGRI Telukjambe includes competence in terms of providing good role models, discipline and teacher responsibility in carrying out their duties. (4) The social competence of teachers is shown by the communication between teachers and students through teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

This paper discusses the concept of intellectual education and how to implement it in the PAI curriculum at the Elementary School (SD) level. The research procedure used in this study is library research, and uses qualitative methods. The data collection techniques in this study use documentation techniques. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data, the author uses content analysis techniques. This study found that the concept of Intellectual Education in the PAI curriculum is an idea or idea that is structured in a curriculum document as a guide for educators in guiding, training and forming critical, logical, systematic and rational thinking skills, so that students develop into human beings who believe, are pious. , and have good character. The continuity of the PAI curriculum in containing the concept of reason education as an important part of character educators in the KBK, KTSP, and 2013 Curriculum, all of which are interconnected in their development and complement each other.
