Abstract

Every school certainly expects its students to be able to carry out the learning process optimally so that someday they become qualified people, both in terms of academics and personality. But in reality, efforts to foster students do not always run smoothly. There are many twists and turns of student problems that often arise, such as the lack of discipline, low learning motivation, and student attitudes and behavior that include low self-regulated learning. In overcoming these problems, muḥāsabah is the right method that every student needs to do. At SMA Plus Al-Ghifari, muḥāsabah has been used as a method as well as an activity in improving the personality quality of students. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the background of muḥāsabah activities at Al-Ghifari Plus High School, to know how the process of implementing muḥāsabah activities and to find out what are the roles of muḥāsabah in improving student self-regulated learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and uses three data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and copying documents. From this research, it is found that muḥāsabah has an important role in three aspects of life, namely spiritual aspects, social aspects, and educational aspects. As for the educational aspect, muḥāsabah plays an important role in improving students' self-regulated learning in the form of the growth of an attitude of responsibility, self-discipline, learning motivation, having targets and goals, good time management, and being able to solve problems in learning.

Abstract

Bank syariah are banks that operate by Sharia principles by following its teachings and staying away from the prohibitions listed in the Al-Quran and Hadith, including practices that were carried out during the time of the Prophet Muhammad, namely accepting deposits, channeling funds, and making transfers have become a part that is not separated from the life of the Islamic ummah even since the time of the Prophet. KPR Faedah is a type of service provided by banks to customers running in the housing sector, banks are expected to provide financing to customers to purchase houses or renovate houses, apartments, shop houses, shop houses, kiosks, or transferring KPR Faedah take-over from other banks. . KPR Faedah BRI Syariah KCP Kopo uses the Murabahah (sale and purchase) contract or the Ijārah Muntahiya Bit Tamlik contract (lease-purchase). However, Bit Tamlik's Ijarah Muntahiya contract was not very enthusiastic. This study aims to compare the Murabahah contract and the Ijarah Muntahiya Bit Tamlik contract on KPR Faedah BRI Syariah KCP Kopo financing so that we can know the similarities and differences as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the two contracts. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data, qualitative data is data obtained directly from the field in the form of characteristics, characteristics, explanations, and information in the form of knowledge, thoughts, and theories. The research method used is the comparative method, namely stating the comparison between one sample or variable with another sample or variable. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The results showed a comparison of the Murabahah contract and the Ijarah Muntahiya Bit Tamlik contract on KPR Faedah BRI Syariah KCP Kopo financing seen from several aspects, namely the similarities and differences, advantages and disadvantages, so it can be concluded that the Murabahah contract cannot adjust the price when the market price rises because of the selling price. and the margin is set at the beginning, in contrast to Ijarah Muntahiya Bit Tamlik, with the review of umrah, the rental price can follow the market price at that time. However, at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kopo KPR Faedah customers prefer the Murabaha contract, as well as the researchers, chose to use the Murabaha contract in this KPR Faedah product because the process is easier and the installments remain until the end of the period.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the application of Pancasila values in fostering a sense of nationalism for the younger generation in this era of globalization. The research method is to use a qualitative approach with literature studies, looking for all information in various journals and document sources. The results showed that the young generation has now been carried away by globalization. The younger generations have adopted many western styles of life. For example, the younger generation prefers to use foreign products compared to local products or domestic products. This shows that a sense of nationalism or a sense of nationality needs to be cultivated in an era of globalization like this, by applying the values of Pancasila in everyday life.

Abstract

This journal is a library research entitled "The Concept of Muhasabah Al-Ghazali as a Method of Parenting Patterns". This research will discuss what are the things related to muhasabah and parenting, and how the concept of alghazali becomes a method for parenting. The research data were obtained from the translation book Ihya 'Ulumuddin as the main source and supported by books, translated books, and other literature that discusses parenting and muhasabah. This research is then analyzed using descriptive analytical techniques. Al-Ghozali understands that nurture is a form of knowledge transfer and is a way to spread kindness, elevate human dignity, and instill human values ​​with the concept of muhasabah through several methods, namely exemplary methods, habituation methods, advice methods, and reward and punishment methods. and exemplary methods with the stages of takhalli, tahalli, and tajalli in the form of mahdah and ghairu mahdah worship practices such as fasting, prayer, remembrance, and prayer. Therefore, to shape children into individuals with noble characters and be able to carry out duties as khalifa fil ardh, parenting by applying the muhasabah method should be carried out since the pre-natal period and continues until the post-natal period.

Abstract

The education is a necessity for the development of a country, routine learning models are important in the implementation of learning. This study aims to examine the extent to which learning routines were carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach, the data collection techniques used are interviews and observation. The results of the study indicate that routine is an important thing in learning activities at the SD / MI level. In accordance with the results of this study with comparisons of routines carried out before the Covid-19 pandemic, this can be an example of the implementation of learning carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic or after. Basically, the main foundation in the learning process is by implementing routine learning, with the hope carried out will give maximum results.

Abstract

Tulisan ini meneliti tentang konsep investasi syariah sebagai strategi mikroekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kepustakaan library research dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dengan investasi merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan mikroekonomi. Karena dengan berinvestasi, seorang investor dan orang menjalankan usaha akan mendapatkan keuntungan bersama. Sehingga, kesejahteraan ekonomi secara kolektif akan terbangun. Selain itu, setiap muslim yang berinvestasi, tidak hanya mendapatkan keuntungan secara materi belaka. Melainkan kepuasan batiniyah juga dapat ia rasakan, karena sudah menggugurkan kewajibannya sebagai seorang hamba dengan cara menolong sesama muslim. Sebagaimana yang telah dianjurkan oleh Allah SWT dalam firman-Nya; dan saling tolong menolonglah kalian dalam kebaikan dan taqwa.

Abstract

K.H. Abdul Halim is a prominent reformer in the field of education in Majalengka. Starting from childhood to adult K.H. Abdul Halim've got the education of the religious. Education obtained that provide a huge impact for change and education in Majalengka. K.H. Abdul Halim has the concept of thinking about education, namely As a Greeting. With the concept already has a contribution of big to education at that time. This research has purpose to know the thoughts K.H. Abdul Halim against the education of islam and how the relevance of the thought of K.H. Abdul Halim about the islamic education to education today.in this study using the method of Literature review. That refers to various suber that are relevant to the study of research. K.H. Abdul Halim has thought about the islamic education in which an education that not only berpatok on the relationship with God that is worship, but should have good relationships with humans. The point which a student it should be equipped with the knowledge, not just the science of religion, but also must be supported with the interests and talents of students, as well as how to live in a society.

Abstract

This paper describes the education applied by the Fathul Ulum Islamic boarding school Kwagean Kediri to form the competence of students. This research is a field research using qualitative methods and a case study approach. This study found that in shaping the intellectual competence of students, the Fathul Ulum Islamic boarding school used four methods, namely bendongan/serogan, bahsul masa'il or discussion, ubudiyah or seminars, and lalaran or memorization. Meanwhile, in shaping the career competencies of students, the Fathul Ulum Islamic boarding school has a pesantren economic institution called the Pesantren-Owned Business Entity (BUMP), this business entity is fully managed by the students

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze, and criticize whether or not Pancasila values ​​have been implemented in Karangtengah Garut Village. The things that will be highlighted are the participation of community groups in Karangtengah Garut Village in implementing the values ​​of Pancasila through various village development activities and analyzing the factors causing the inadequate implementation of Pancasila values ​​and solutions in improving them. This research uses qualitative research with data obtained from book studies, journals, and news relevant to the discussion and then analyzed. Based on this research, it can be concluded that in Karangtengah Garut Village, Pancasila values ​​have been implemented. However, they are still not maximized due to inhibiting factors. There are still many social gaps due to economic problems and because of two camps in ustad in one mosque, pengaji, and mass organizations. Based on the above problems, the authors provide solutions to maintain unity and integrity through the role of village youth through various activities so that Karangtengah Village is more active and innovative in strengthening unity and maximizing the implementation of Pancasila as it should.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren merupakan sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang berbasis pada ajaran-ajaran agama Islam, dengan kata lain pondok pesantren merupakan sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang berorintasi untuk mempelajari agama Islam dan di sisi lain berperan sebagai pusat dakwah (penyebaran) agama Islam itu sendiri. Dengan peran tersebut, pondok pesantren diharapkan menjadi sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang tidak hanya menekankan pendidikan pada pribadi islami para santri, namun juga dapat menjadi pembawa perubahan dan perbaikan sosial kemasyarakatan di sekitarnya. Berlandaskan hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui peran pondok pesantren dalam menanggulangi penyebaran narkoba, penelitian ini di lakukan di pondok pesantren mahasiswa al-Wafa. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitiatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pondok pesantren mahasiswa al-wafa melakukan perannya dalam menanggulangi penyebaran narkoba, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa melalui tiga metode yang di terapkan di pesantren tersebut, adapun metode tersebut ialah: 1) Menerapkan model pendidikan yang berbasis keluarga dan masyarakat, 2) tidak membatasi kegiatan santri di luar pesantren, 3) memadukan substansi dari pendidikan keagamaan dan pendidikan umum.
