The purpose of this service is to provide training and assistance to PKK members to be able to manage finances and manage business finances. The method used is a social approach. Where the preparation stage is carried out by conducting surveys and observations to identify problems and analyze the situation and community needs. Then carried out the implementation stage with two main activities, namely training and mentoring. During the training, PKK members were given knowledge in financial management and practical financial management with applications. Assistance is provided when participants practice directly using the application. Based on the evaluation carried out, it is known that the results of this service have increased the knowledge of PKK members about financial management with an average posttest score of 70. Through the assistance carried out, each PKK member already has an account in one of the applications. financial management, and can be used for recording every transaction, debt to recording stock of goods that are still available

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, all levels of education starting from kindergarten to university began to use multimedia-based learning media, this was due to the lack of face-to-face learning at all levels of education. This Competitive Community Service Partner is a group of teachers from the Farhan An-Nur Kindergarten Islamic Education Foundation which is located on Jl. Peringgan Hamlet III, Tumpatan Nibung Village, Batang Kuis Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency. This Playgroup (KOBER) has 5 teachers and 52 students. During the Pandemic, schools run teaching and learning activities face to face and alternately, this is because the problem faced by partners is that teachers do not have the ability to create and design interactive multimedia-based learning media by utilizing conference apps, including basic zoom meetings. However, the quality of student learning continues to decline due to the short duration of study. The solutions offered are providing training in designing teaching materials, providing training in making learning videos by utilizing applications that are currently often used by teachers in conducting online learning, namely zoom meeting basic. The method is carried out by means of lectures and practices, with each type of training carried out 4x2 hours of meetings for 1 month. Monitoring and post implementation of competitive community service activities are carried out twice, namely the 1st month and 4th month after the program is completed to ensure the sustainability of the program that has been implemented

Pandemic covid-19 impact not only the industrial sector but also the education sector .Partner devotion to the competitive it is a primary school teacher s najwa .Located at the primary school s najwa rengas marelan island in medan .This school has 60 10 teachers and students .For pandemics , policy learning in schools run face to face and turns , it was because the teachers do not have the capacity to media in designing creative learning for learning online .However , the quality of students continue to decline because of the short duration of study .Sehinggapermasalahan faced partner is human resources teachers who do not have the ability in terms of the use of technology and information especially design learning media , make the decreasing quality of student learning and interest The solution offered is giving training, teaching materials and design provide training to make video, ajar and provide training to make the evaluation of the learning process.A method to be implemented with the way of making speeches and practice of, with every 1 kind of training conducted 4x 2 hours meeting for 1 months. Through devotion for the public was teachers knowledge, the skill and partner and improve learning from these students discerned from learning outcomes.

Partners for this Community Service program are the Pematang Johar souvenir SME Group/Community, which has 20 members. From the results of discussions with SME partners, it was agreed to solve problems: knowledge related to entrepreneurship, printing/screen printing skills, creativity in screen printing processing that has sales power, building various designs, engineering digital devices, how to do services and trading online systems. Based on the explanation above, in dealing with the difficulties faced by the Pematang Johar souvenir SME Group, it was mutually agreed on the need to provide knowledge and motivation to the SME Group about the importance of entrepreneurship for the future. printing/screen printing skills training. Provide training on t-shirt screen printing production techniques in a comprehensive manner. The target partners of PKMS are community groups with non-productive types of partners, namely parents of first grade elementary school students led by Mrs. Dian Novita with a total of 40 parents. The problem of partners feeling bored, anxious about the covid-19 pandemic situation and has not found products that can be sold during the covid-19 pandemic and how to market them. The training is carried out both in theory and practice with resource persons who are experts in their fields through questions and answers, discussions and exercises. PKMS success indicators are publications in national journals, media mass publications, video implementation of activities, increasing partner empowerment in the form of increasing knowledge, skills and income. The partner location is 10 km from Politeknik LP3I Medan, namely on Jalan Cemara Gang Nangka Pulo Brayan. The results of PKMS show an increase in knowledge and skills, partners. Partners can minimize boredom by participating in motivational training, business knowledge, training to make cloth masks and using social media to sell skills or become resellers

Currently, there is a lot of garbage scattered around in the environment, such as the garbage found in small rivers due to the lack of awareness of people who throw garbage in rivers. In fact, throwing garbage in the river causes the overflow of river water so that there is a flood. To overcome these environmental problems, a tool was created, namely the household organic waste chopper, this machine is one solution to reduce waste disposal in the river, which then the results of the enumeration are used for organic fertilizers for plants. Planning for household organic waste choppers as a solution for the environment for the manufacture of organic fertilizer materials as well as to reduce waste that is thrown away, and also the results of the enumeration are used for organic fertilizer on plants. This community service program involves partners and students of the Mechanical Engineering Study Program. The initial stage of this service activity is to conduct a survey to identify the problems faced by partners and conduct a literature study to obtain solutions to partner problems. After the solution to the partner's problem is obtained, the next step is to design and manufacture the machine needed, namely a household organic waste chopper. The household organic waste shredder which is transferred to partners is made as simple as possible, easy to operate and easy to maintain. With the existence of this organic waste shredder, it is hoped that it can help the Pesucen Village community in minimizing piles of organic waste that have a negative impact on the environment

Child marriage is one of the factors that boost the high stunting rate in Indonesia, as many as 30-35 percent of stunting cases in children are born to women who marry at a young age, there must be education about good reproductive health and preparing for a healthy pregnancy. This approach needs to be done early, including psychological and economic preparation. Therefore, pre-marital preparation, providing pre-marital counseling to prevent stunting, provide an understanding of reproductive health. The government is currently trying to achieve the target of reducing stunting prevalence in accordance with the target in the 2020-2024 RPJMN by 14% by the end of 2024. The National Strategy for the Acceleration of Stunting Prevention (Stranas Stunting) has established adolescents as one of the important targets in efforts to accelerate stunting prevention. Therefore, intervention in the adolescent age group, especially adolescent girls, is one of the main interventions that must be carried out in preventing stunting. Actions that need to be taken in overcoming the high prevalence of stunting are prevention. Prevention of stunting is carried out through nutritional and non-nutritional approaches, the targets of the importance of improving nutrition and health are adolescents, prospective brides, and pregnant women. So far, many people do not understand the importance of conditions before the conception process (preconception phase), so that prospective fathers and mothers only concentrate on preparing for pregnancy and childbirth. A healthy pregnancy requires physical and mental preparation from every mother. Planning a healthy pregnancy must be done before the pregnancy period. A well-planned pregnancy process will have a positive impact on the condition of the prospective mother and fetus. In connection with this, it is necessary to increase knowledge about premarital preparation as an effort to prevent stunting in a healthy pregnancy. Breastfeeding is a natural process that is not easy to do. Exclusive breastfeeding coverage can not be separated from the problems that occur in the breastfeeding process including the false belief that breast milk comes out a little or breast milk is insufficient for the baby. This condition is caused by several factors including food and drinks consumed by the mother, the psychological or emotional condition of the mother, abnormal breast shape. New methods introduced to prevent and overcome this problem include endorphin massage and Lactation massage massage massage technique performed on the head or neck, back, spine, and breast areas that aim to stimulate the hormone prolactin and oxytocin. The purpose of this devotion is to increase the knowledge and skills of nursing mothers in doing endorphin massage and lactation massage. The method is to provide training starting with the material of the correct way of breastfeeding. The results of training that has been given to breastfeeding mothers who follow posyandu already know and skill in practicing endorphine massage and lactation massage

Online learning or online learning can be done with the help and support of an application as a liaison between educators and students. Many educators who are still unfamiliar with the use of technology and applications, it is considered a technological gap, so it has become the duty and responsibility of computer science lecturers to provide teaching and knowledge transfer to knowledge in the use of technology and applications in assisting online learning. The transfer of knowledge was carried out by lecturers to other educators in the form of workshops, in this learning using Zoom and Google Meet software in increasing the effectiveness of online learning. Zoom and Google Meet software are the most widely used software and have advantages in their use. Learning that is taught in the form of workshops to students is expected to increase the effectiveness of learning
