Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the condition and management and to know the factors that support and hinder the implementation of human resource management at Al-Munawaroh Tabir Raya Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques are obtained from the results of interviews, observation, and document analysis. The interviews were carried out mainly to the clerics, the mother of the niqi and several santri. Qualitative data analysis techniques: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that the condition of human resources in Al-Munawaroh Tabir Raya Islamic Boarding School has very visionary kyai. K. H. Lukman Hakim, M.Pd.I has succeeded in cadreing the human resources of the santri to be able to exist in managing and developing the potential needed by pilgrims and has been proven to play a role as an agent of change in the community. Management of human resources through: planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. The supporting factors are the number of santri, teachers are alumni, and the high charisma of the clerics. The inhibiting factor was that santri were accepted without selection, limited funds, and the character of the kiai was irreplaceable.

Abstract

This article aims to find out how the teacher's pedagogical competence is in the learning process of Islamic religious education at the Muhammadiyah 09 Private Vocational High School in Medan. This type of research is qualitative research, with data sources taken through primary data sources, namely from the Principal, PAI Teachers, and Students, and secondary sources, namely obtained from documents and photographs related to Muhammadiyah Private Vocational School 09 Medan. Researchers act as participants. The data collection procedures through observation, interviews, and documentation. And using data analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The pedagogic competence of PAI teachers in the learning process is that teachers are able to (a) make lesson plans (RPP) well, (b), teachers are able to carry out learning properly and correctly, (c) teachers are able to provide assessments on student learning processes and outcomes, and (d) teachers are able to supervise learning optimally. 2) The PAI learning process, namely (a) the ability to understand students, (b) the ability to make learning designs, (c) Develop curriculum (d) the ability to carry out educational and dialogic learning, and (e) the ability to implement evaluation of learning outcomes. 3). The obstacles of PAI teachers in the learning process are: the number of teachers and students is not directly proportional, the result is an impact on the physical and psychological, namely fatigue when teaching children in busy hours. lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure provided by schools in the success of learning, environmental influences, and the less optimal role of parents in educating children at home.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe: (1) The effect of interest on the ability to memorize the Koran for students of the Tahfizh program at SMP Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Medan (2) The effect of learning styles on the ability to memorize the Koran for students at the Tahfizh program at SMP Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Medan (3) The influence of interest and learning style on the ability to memorize the Koran for students of the Tahfizh program at SMP Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Medan. This research was carried out at the Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Middle School in Medan, especially in the Tahfizh program class. This research is a quantitative study with a population of all Tahfizh program students consisting of 6 classes with a total of 93 students. The research sample is the entire population (total sampling). The data collection instruments used were questionnaires and tests. The data analysis used simple and multiple linear regression. The findings showed: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of interest on the ability to memorize the Koran with a contribution of 4.6% with the equation of the regression line Y = 79,786 + 0,087, (2) there is an influence of each -each learning style on students' ability to memorize the Koran, with details of the percentage of contributions as follows; visual learning style contributed 9.2%, auditory learning style reached 1.7% and kinesthetic learning style 0.00%. The learning style of students that is more dominant in influencing the ability to memorize the Koran is the visual learning style, which is equal to 9.2%. (3) There is an influence of interest and learning style on the ability to memorize the Koran together with a contribution of 5.3% with the regression line equation Y = 77.281 + 0.068X_1 + 0.037X_2+ e.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Learning of Tahfidz Al-Qur`an in shaping the Islamic character of Students at SD IT Islahul Ummah Prabumulih City. Learning evaluation The research was conducted at SD IT Islahul Ummah, Prabumulih City, 2022 to 2023. The research subjects were Tahfidz Al-Qur`an tutors, Madrasa Heads, Administrative Staff, and students of SD IT Islahul Ummah, Prabumulih City. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and document studies. All data collected was then analyzed in two stages. The first stage was when the data collection process was in progress, and the second stage after all data was collected was then analyzed by means of descriptive analytic. From this research, it was obtained an explanation that: 1) The Al-Qur'an tahfidz Learning Curriculum has been applied in the form of a syllabus 2). In learning, the supervising teachers have made a written plan, letters that must be memorized, 3). Implementation of Al-Qur'an Tahfidz Learning is carried out outside of class hours. 4). The method of memorizing the Qur'an uses the muroja`ah and sima`i methods. 4). The supervising teacher has a great influence on students in learning Taffid Al-Qur`an. 6). Learning Evaluation is carried out for each student's memorization deposit to the supervising teacher.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the management process of educator and education staff consisting of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques are the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are 1) Planning of educator and education staff in the Islamic Education Management study program, Faculty of Tarbiyah IAIN Bone is carried out by analyzing needs, researching problems, collecting data and information through the coordination of each leader, a series of actions carried out based on SOP, and finding solutions together to be used as the next reference. 2) Organizing of educator and education staff in the Islamic Education Management study program of the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Bone is regulated based on the applicable IAIN Bone statutes and ortakers, the recruitment and placement of educator and education staff proposed from the institute and regulated by the central government. 3) Actuating of educator and education staff in the Islamic Education Management study program, Faculty of Tarbiyah IAIN Bone is supported by giving examples from leaders, guidance through training and BIMTEK, fairly effective communication, giving motivation in the form of rewards and punishments, giving facilities and infrastructure for education staff that are adequate and still sought to be the best for educator. 4) Controlling of educator and education staff in the Islamic Education Management study program, Faculty of Tarbiyah IAIN Bone is carried out by monitoring and evaluating every study program, directly from the leadership, and various routine reports as a form of real output. Then followed up with problem solving together.

Abstract

Planning da’i da’wah in preventing the decline of children’s morals is something that must be done in rural areas. especially in the village of Kuala Bangka where many children are preoccupied with their gadgets, which damages morals, ethics, and morals. Currently, in the era of digitalization, gadgets play a major role and influence in life so it becomes a necessity to fulfill entertainment and satisfaction in social media and so children, especially those who are restricted from playing gadgets, encounter resistance with their parents, this shows a decline. morals in children, this must be prevented by the preachers that are planning da’wah what to do in the future. The purpose of this study is to examine the planning of da’i da’wah in preventing the decline of children’s morals in the digitalization era in the village of Kuala Bangka. One of the places in North Labuhan Batu district, Kualuh Hulu sub-district, Kuala Bangka village, Pekan hamlet. Data was collected through observation and interviews with ustadz and the community in the village of Kuala Bangka. Observing and paying attention to the environment around Kuala Bangka to build a preacher’s plan to increase religious understanding and especially to improve the moral decline of children in the digitalization era. Therefore, a preacher explained how parents can set limits for their children in using gadgets, with the aim of preventing deviant behavior. There is a time limit for playing with gadgets and time for studying, bearing in mind that the time is not set by parents for children, therefore in this study, I am more directing how a da’i plans to emphasize parents to their children related to the existence of limitations in playing gadgets, worship time and studying the Koran or religion.

Abstract

SMK students need to have good career adaptability skills to be able to cope with career changes, get jobs quickly without experiencing long-term unemployment, and be able to find jobs that match their personalities and skills. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of self-management technique group counseling services using the experiential learning method in developing career adaptability of SMK students. This study used a pretest-posttest control group design. A total of 20 students became research subjects who had a moderate level of career adaptability, and they were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The results of data analysis using the SPSS program on the Mann-Whitney U Two-Independent-Sample Test showed the value of Asymp. Sig of 0.020 (0.020 <0.050). These results indicate that there is a difference in the level of career adaptability between the interventions given to the experimental group and the control group, which indicates that self-management group counseling services with experiential learning methods are more effective in developing the career adaptability of SMK students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the supervisory function of the DPRD Temanggung Regency in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation, to find out the efforts made by the DPRD to improve the quality of education in Temanggung Regency and to find out the obstacles faced by the DPRD in overseeing the quality of education in Temanggung Regency. The research used is qualitative research, while the research approach used is descriptive qualitative research. The object of this research is the DPRD of Temanggung Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive method that is carried out in a systematic, factual, and accurate manner regarding the facts, nature, and relationship of the phenomena being investigated. The data were obtained through interviews, document studies, and observation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of the DPRD's supervisory function to improve the quality of education in Temanggung Regency from the planning, implementation, and evaluation side has been going well and in accordance with statutory regulations; (2) The efforts that have been made by the DPRD to improve the quality of education in Temanggung Regency are through the legislative function and through the budgeting function; (3) Obstacles faced by the DPRD in supervising the quality of education in Temanggung Regency are limited human resources, both in terms of numbers, educational background, the background of interest and level of understanding of DPRD Members regarding the supervisory function, limited time, limited authority, limited information and there is a wrong perception of the supervision carried out by the DPRD.

Abstract

Islamic education is not only obtained through formal learning. However, Islamic education can be found in cultural practices and traditions that have Islamic values. The Alas tribe is the majority tribe inhabiting Southeast Aceh Regency which has cultural practices and traditions in accordance with Islamic law. The Alas tribe has a Mesekat dance that contains Islamic educational values. However, the Mesekat dance is rarely recognized by the wider community, even the most sad Mesekat dance is not known by some Alas tribe communities themselves. This study aims to introduce Mesekat dance to the wider community and reveal the value of Islamic education contained in the Mesekat dance of the Alas tribe so that it can be an input in Islamic education. This study uses qualitative methods with an ethnographic approach. In collecting data, researchers conduct interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation. To analyze the data using the opinions of Miles and Huberman. The value of creed, the value of worship, moral values, and social values known as the value of Islamic education are found in the Mesekat Tari Suku Alas, these values are obtained through movements and verses sung by dancers. There is a distinctive value in Islamic education so the Mesekat dance must be preserved and developed to be an input material for Islamic education and useful for the world of education in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between memorizing the Koran and interest in learning mathematics. The researcher found that the higher the student’s memorization level greatly influenced their interest in learning mathematics, and the results obtained were also getting better. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and mathematical questions about geometric shapes. The instrument has previously been validated by researchers and has been tested through the SPSS 20 program and has been proven valid. Based on the results of the normality test, it is known that the significance value is more than 0.05, so the residual value is normally distributed. The subjects of this study were class VIII students of the Zawiyatul Huffazh Al-Qur'an Memorization Board. The results showed that there was an influence between memorizing the Koran on students' learning interest.
