Abstract

This study aim to produce Early Warning System in predicting the occurrence of delisting in Islamic stocks by using Support Vector Machines (SVM). The sample used in this research are companies listed on the Indonesian Syariah Stock Index (ISSI) for the period of 2012 - 2018. With the variables used in this research: Turn Over Asset, Long Term Debt, Interest Coverage, Debt to Equity, Quick Ratio, ROA, ROE Leverage, Current Ratio, ROIC. The population of this study is 335 Islamic stocks registered with ISSI. There are 102 companies which consists of listed and delisted companies from sharia shares as comparison for the sample data. The Method applied in this study is Purposive Sampling for The sampling technique. From the result found that accuracy rate of the best SVM models is SVM 4 models with 100% accuracy

Abstract

This study aims to determine Muzakki's level of understanding and awareness in paying zakat. find out the potential of zakat in the Pelita Bangsa academic community, because based on the author's field observations, the author suspects that the Pelita Bangsa academic community consists of lecturers, employees, and students who earn quite a lot. In this study, using the type of field research (field research) with a quantitative approach through distributing questionnaires and questionnaires that have been distributed directly to respondents. Research on the level of understanding and awareness of muzakki in paying zakat. The population used in this study is the academic community consisting of lecturers, students, and employees, who play a role in the implementation of zakat in Pelita Bangsa University. The population that will be the object of research is 100 respondents. Based on the results of research data analysis and calculations that have been carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the level of understanding on muzakki paying zakat. With a coefficient value of 0.727 when compared with the value of rtable at a significant level of 5% of 0.197 then rcount > rtable (0.727> 0.197) so that the coefficient value is significant, there is also a significant influence between the level of awareness of muzakki paying zakat. With a coefficient value of 0.657 when compared with the value of rtable at a significant level of 5% of 0.197, then rcount > rtable (0.657> 0.197) so that the coefficient value is significant, and the results of the analysis conducted by researchers obtained a value of fcount of 54.952. When compared with the value of the fable with a significance level of 5% of 3.09. Then fcount > ftable (54,952> 3.09) so that this value can be said to be significant. This means that the level of understanding and awareness simultaneously influences muzakki to pay zakat.

Abstract

Today's gold is only valued as women's jewelry. As an investment platform. Rotting, buying and selling gold too. Increasingly. easy, on reality buy gold already. The growth from cash to non-cash markets is due to the high interest in investment in gold with the exchange of goods as cash as it is, it raises questions. That have developed in communities of clean and illegitimate laws. This research is a type of library literature research. In research researchers use the normative and textual approach, that is, to examine the problem in an existing framework of values based on texts and Islamic law, government regulation and other texts relating to dalarm discussion. In the study it may be concluded that the unlawful sale of gold was two opinions: the first opinion was haram, it was the view of clerical mayonnaise (mahzhab Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi’i and Hambali) and the second opinion was the mubah, this is the opinion of Ibn Taimiyah and Ibn Qayim, as well as contemporary scholars who agree.

Abstract

In the preparation of this thesis, researchers used qualitative research, the type of research used was library research and field research. Sources of data obtained through primary and secondary data sources, for data collection using two methods, namely: interviews and documentation, for data analysis techniques using 3 methods, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study aims to determine the implementation or practice of the murabahah contract in murabahah financing products at Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Fajar Bekasi branch whether it is in accordance with Islamic law and Fatwa DSN MUI No. 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 About Murabaha. The result of this research is that in the practice of the murabahah contract at KSPPS BMT Fajar has implemented it according to the SOP and in accordance with Islamic law and fatwa DSN MUI No. 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 About Murabaha. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the murabahah contract on murabahah financing products at KSPPS BMT Fajar Bekasi branch is in accordance with Islamic law and Fatwa DSN MUI No. 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 About Murabaha. This is based on the results of the analysis of interviews with members who apply for murabahah financing.

Abstract

Indonesia, which is the country with the largest number of Muslims in the world, based on Globalreligiusfuture data, in 2020 it is estimated that the Muslim population in Indonesia will reach 229.62 million. With this sizeable growth it also encourages the development of syari'ah financial institutions in Indonesia, one of which is BMT UGT Sidogiri. Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil which first started operating on June 6, 2000 or 5 Rabiul Awal 1421H has a very noble mission, which is to eradicate usury in the community. One of them is by having a product in their savings, namely the MDA SWB2P term savings where people can save their funds for a certain period of time and can have reciprocity in the form of umrah, motorized vehicles or electronic goods directly without having to go into debt with an interest system. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach which is research based on facts. The writer is a key instrument in obtaining data. The dominant method is the method of interviewing, observing and summarizing the opinions of scholars from social media and elaborated through writing. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation methods, interview methods (interview) and documentation methods. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative data analysis with a case study approach. From the results of this analysis, BMT UGT Sidogiri explained that the SWB2P term MDA savings is one of BMT's efforts to eradicate loan usury which is now mushrooming in the community, be it motor vehicle loans or electronic goods. With the combination of the wadi'ah yad dhamanah contract and the murabahah contract on product bundling, it is hoped that customers will be interested in investing while eradicating usury.

Abstract

The very positive potential of zakat in Indonesia triggers competition betweem many amil zakat institutions to gain muzakki‟s trust. In zakat management institutions the activities of collecting (fundraising) zakat funds are very important for amil zakat institutions to cary out institutional activities. This study aims to analyze the effect of business and volunteer partnership programs on the collectionbof zakat funds. Volunteer and business partnership program as an independent variable and zakat fund collection as the dependent variable. The object of research at the Baitulmaalku Karawang amil zakat intitute. The research method uses quantitative methods of data collection with secondary data in the form of financial reports. The subject of this research is the Baitulmaalku Karawang amil zakat institution. The number of samples is 36, the analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The analysis results obtained partially, the business partnership program has a value of 4,214 and a significance value of 0,00 and volunteeers have a t value of 1,616 and a significance value of 1,16. simultaneously get the F value count 122,528 and a significance value of 0,00. The business partnership program has a positive and significant effect on the collection of zakat fund. Whilw volnteers do not have a positive and significant effect on the collection of zakat funds. Simultaneously partnership of business and volunteers affects the collection of zakat funds.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the presence of Islamic Microfinance Institutions in the form of BMT, namely BMT Fajar in the community, especially the people of Cileungsi-Bogor, is expected to bring changes in various aspects of people's lives. In the case of the people of Cileungsi Village, Bogor Regency, where the community is not familiar with Sharia Microfinance Institutions such as BMTs well. Until finally people prefer to make loans to Mobile Banks or so-called loan sharks with interest that are not small as business financing capital, it is the habit of borrowing capital to loan sharks that is the problem and attracts the author's interest to do research. This study aims to determine the background of BMT Fajar in providing mudharabah financing, to know the mudharabah financing procedure, and to determine the role of mudharabah financing in BMT Fajar. The methodology used in this study used a qualitative approach, namely field research and library research. Field research is data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation methods with Branch Heads, BMT Fajar Cileungsi-Bogor UMKM entrepreneurs, and their business customers. So as to get accurate data on the research process, and library research data, namely by means of data analysis using inductive, deductive and comparative. Through interviews and observations, it can be seen that based on the results of the research it can be concluded that the role of BMT Fajar's Cileungsi branch in improving micro-businesses is by BMT Fajar to provide financing products that are not difficult in terms of capital, which do not apply the usury system in the operational system, but are replaced with a profit sharing system. between BMT and members in accordance with Islamic Sharia. One of them is through Mudharabah financing. Because they saw many Little Pengusa who had gone out of business. Whereas Small and Medium Enterprises have the potential for development in facing the Economic Crisis.

Abstract

According to the Classical Islamic Literatures, down payment is clearly known as Urban in Arabic, or in Bahasa accepted by Panjar, which means an initial agreed contract into a transaction. Islamic Scholars arguably have different opinions in implementing down payment as a method in the transaction. There are some scholars who do not agree to put down payment as a particular way in the transaction, but others do. However, by exercising the quality of specific reasoning that is applied, and also the fact of the acceptance of the system of transaction, therefore this method of payment is generally accepted. The first objective of this study is to determine the down payment mechanism and implementation of KPR financing with a murabahah contract at BNI Syariah KCP JABABEKA Cikarang Bekasi which is contained in the Griya iB Hasanah product. Second, to find out the settlement steps in case of problematic or bad financing. The three views of Islamic law in the perspective of muamalah fiqh towards down payments in a murabahah contract on a KPR at BNI Syariah KCP JABABEKA Cikarang Bekasi. This type of research is qualitative research. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary and secondary data were obtained from observations, interviews, documentation, field studies, and from existing literature. The results of this study are advances in murabahah contracts on KPR in BNI Syariah which refer to the DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 13 of 2000 concerning advances in murabahah. It seems that the fatwa is influenced by the thoughts / opinions of Imam Ahmad and his followers who allow buying and selling transactions using advances, then referring to the existing regulations of the OJK, the regulator of BI, that every financing, both conventional and sharia, must have an advance.

Abstract

In recent years, Islamic banking has experienced positive developments. With a situation like this, conventional banking will face new competition with the presence of Islamic banks. The competition is in its products, one of which is a payroll service product that can help a companies or institutes pay its employees en masse and efficiently at one time. At this time not only conventional banks have payroll service products, Islamic banks also have payroll service products that can meet the needs of companies or institutes in managing finances whose operating processes are adjusted to Islamic sharia principles. This study aims to determine the marketing strategies implemented in BNI Syariah, know the concept of the system of marketing payroll service product in BNI Syariah KCP Jababeka-Cikarang and find out obstacles faced by BNI Syariah in implementing the marketing the market strategy of its products. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely field research and library research. Field research, namely data collection techniques with the method of observation, interviews and documentation with marketing staff and customers of BNI Syariah KCP Jababeka-Cikarang so as to get accurate data in the research process. And library research, namely data collection techniques using written sources. Through interviews and observation it can be seen that the marketing strategy carried out by BNI Syariah KCP Jababeka-Cikarang in marketing their Payroll Service products is by using the Marketing Mix 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidance), and the concepts applied in its marketing in the form of needs, wants, demands, products, value, costs, satisfaction, exchange and markets. And the type of payroll system used is BNIDirect which is one of a number of financial management service provided by BNI Syariah KCP Jababeka-Cikarang.

Abstract

The zakat fundraising strategy is an effort to collect zakat from individuals or business entities to achieve zakat goals. The main source of zakat fundraising is muzakki. So considering that the zakat fundraising process is fundamental to zakat management efforts, parties who have been given the authority to manage zakat must be able to convince the Muslim community about the importance of zakat. The fundraising strategy that has been implemented has not been able to achieve zakat potential and zakat fundraising targets in Karawang Regency. And the offline fundraising strategy has not been optimal in increasing the amount of funds and the number of muzakki in Karawang Regency. And this research is how the constraints in the fundraising strategy at LAZ BaitulMaalKu, Karawang Regency. This research uses qualitative methods, data collection with 3 methods, namely: observation, interviews, and documentation. After the data is collected, the next step, with the analysis stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research carried out are zakat fundraising strategies in increasing the number of muzakki at LAZ BaitulMaalKu, namely using 2 (two) strategies, the first is Direct Strategy (Offline) such as fundraising campaign, zakat pick-up services, and fundraising retail, namely the socialization and education of zakat to majelis taklim and companies. company. Second, the strategy is indirect (online) or indirectly, including through good friends channels, social media, through zakat accounts, and payroll or partnerships with corporations in Karawang. The strategy that is considered the most effective is the indirect strategy (online), namely payroll through the transfer of a partnership cooperation account with a corporation in Karawang. For factors driving the zakat fundraising strategy in increasing the number of muzakki at LAZ BaitulMaalKu, namely Institutional Legality, Monthly Compensation for the Elderly, Mustahiq empowerment programs, scholarships for dhuafa/outstanding students, and other programs that can make muzakki interested fulfill it in BaitulMaalku. While the inhibiting factor for the zakat fundraising strategy at LAZ BaitulMaalKu, namely knowledge about zakat in some communities is still lacking, some people believe more in religious figures and there are also people who channel directly, the Amil Zakat Institution is flourishing in the midst of society despite the legality of the institution. No, and the Islamic philanthropic institute LAZNAS is conducting fundraising in Karawang Regency.
