The purpose of this study is to determine the Brand Performance and Value Pricing has an influence on the Repeat Purchase of Xiaomi smartphone products in Jakarta. Theories used in this research are Brand Performance, Value Pricing and Repeat Purchase. The independent variables in this study are Brand Performance and Value Pricing, while the Dependent Variables in this study are Repeat Purchases. The object of this research is the Xiaomi Smartphone. Data analysis techniques used in this study are Descriptive Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test and Multiple Regression Analysis. Sampling is done by non-probability sampling using the judgment sampling method. The classical assumption test analysis results state that the regression model meets the assumption requirements that are normally distributed, do not contain heteroscedasticity, do not occur multicollinearity and autocorrelation does not occur. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the regression model can predict repeat purchases and based on the t test illustrates that the value of sig. under 0.05 so that it can be concluded that brand performance and value pricing variables have significance so that the hypothesis can be accepted. The conclusion in this study is that Brand Performance and Value Pricing have a positive effect on Repeat Purchase of Xiaomi Smartphone Products in Jakarta. Abstract

Investors often make irrational investment decisions. Decisions are often based on their judgment which is far from rational assumptions. When investors face risky situations, there are some objectivity, emotions, risk tolerance and other psychological factors that usually influence their decision making. The theory underlying this research is Efficient Market Hypothesis and Behavioral Finance. Efficient Market Hypothesis explains how information about a security or stock is used to predict the price of a security or stock in the future so that the resulting return can be predicted. Behavioral Finance studies how psychological phenomena influence financial behavior where there are biases that influence a person's behavior such as overconfidence, herding, and regret aversion. This study uses a judgment sampling by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who have already invested and are in Jakarta with the help of SPSS 20. Measuring instruments in this study are validity, reliability, average, likert scale, test classical assumptions, and multiple linear regression tests with valid, reliable results, the regression model fulfills the assumptions that the residues are normally distributed, there is no heteroscedasticity, and there is no multicollinearity. The results showed that overconfidence had a positive effect on investor investment decision making, while herding, regret aversion, and risk tolerance did not significantly influence investor investment decision making. This shows that work discipline affects the performance of employees of PT Provices Indonesia. Then based on the results of the t test the compensation variable has a sig value. amounting to t count 3.053> t table 2.020 with a significance of 0.004 <0.05 that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that compensation has an effect on the performance of PT Provices Indonesia employees. Abstract

Theoretically, trade reform is believed to have positive effects on TFP (total factor productivity) in the manufacturing sector. However, empirical studies show mixed evidence about the effect of trade reform on TFP in the manufacturing sector. The objective of this research is to calculate and decompose TFP growth in Indonesian textile (ISIC 32) and chemical (ISIC 35) industries from 1981 to 2000. TFP is calculated and decomposed using the Färe-Primont index according to sub-periods of trade reform. Results show that at two-digit level, both of textile and chemical industry, TFP growth is positive over the period 1981 to 2000. The main difference between the two sectors is on the main driver of TFP growth. While in the textile industry the main driver of TFP growth is technical progress, in the chemical industry the main driver of TFP growth is technical efficiency. In addition, the analysis of TFP growth and its components at the five-digit level of the textile industry and the three-digit level in the chemical industry show that TFP growth and its components vary across sub-sectors and sub-periods. Based on these results, it is better for the government to formulate the policy of international trade reform based on the industry's characteristics.
