Artikel Ilmiah Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (AKASIA) Jurnal yang menyajikan tulisan ilmiah hasil dari pemikiran dan penelitian perkembangan terkini. AKASIA diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Fakultas Teknik dan Informatika Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika yang merupakan jurnal peer review dan open access. Penerbitan jurnal AKASIA dimulai pada tahun 2021 dengan nomor ISSN (Elektronik): 2797 - 7277. Jurnal AKASIA di publikasikan secara Nasional dengan menggunakan Open Journal System (OJS). Periode Penerbitan: Dua (2) kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan April dan Oktober. Abstract

Abstract - Good information is actually information that can be comprehensive or reach all interested parties to be able to know and be clear about the information. Information technology has supported various fields of life including in the economic field, education, entertainment and other fields. The users of information technology at this time have covered almost all ages, both children, adults and parents. In the field of education itself, technological developments are used in disseminating information, data processing is still carried out in the conventional way, often making it difficult to search for data, besides that it requires more space and time. Dissemination of web-based information is certainly very easy to access data, especially for the parties concerned. This study aims to produce an Academic Information System which is expected to be able to overcome the weaknesses of the current system in Vocational High Schools. The method used is the waterfall method with the stages starting with needs analysis, design, code generation, testing and support with the final result in the form of a web-based academic information system that is expected to be able to record data, process data into quality information.

Abstract

A financial application is one solution to avoid errors and processing financial data twice for each financial report. Even though it is the digitalization era, there are still business processes that are carried out conventionally, although using a computer it is not optimal because it has not been integrated with the existing system, the process takes a long time and is less accurate. The method used for this research is to use the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. The implementation of Zahir Accounting is expected to simplify the process of recording financial data at the Aulia Furniture store. Aulia Furniture is a trading company that still uses conventional records such as financial reports and transactions, by still using manual recording, it is likely that there will be many errors in calculating and recording financial data, unable to see graphs of financial report developments. If you use the Zahir Accounting application in terms of storing financial data, it will be safer and neater.

Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology, influence various aspects of the business world. Computers and software are examples of technology that has a very big role in a company. These devices are interconnected to help complete various kinds of work quickly, efficiently and accurately. PT Ekapersada Abadi is a company in the field of general suppliers and construction. This company has been computerized in a simple way by utilizing computers in carrying out financial data processing. In its implementation the software used is Microsoft Excel. The process of making recaps of transactions, inventories, general journals, ledgers and financial reports is done by entering data into Microsoft Excel one by one so that there are often obstacles such as multiple inputs, recording errors, difficulties in finding data, and the need for a long time in preparing financial reports. To solve the problems faced, this company requires a special accounting application that is easy to apply and learn. Zahir Accounting version 5.1 application is the right solution to solve the problems that exist in this company. This application is easy to apply and learn, namely by inputting company data and financial data automatically journals, ledgers, financial reports and business analysis will be formed.

Abstract

Abstract - The development of information technology in the era of globalization, the use of computerized systems in all fields can benefit from the efficiency of time, energy, and material, one of which is in the accounting field. Kemang Wholesale Bogor is a type of business engaged in trading. Kemang Wholesale Bogor in the process of recording operational activities is still done manually using Microsoft Excel in making financial books for each month, monthly reports are made based on daily records, namely the preparation of potentially inaccurate financial reports and delays in completing reports on time. The method of collecting data at Kemang Wholesale Bogor is through the stages of observation, interviewing sources who know the flow of the company's accounting data processing process and searching for literature related to the case study of Kemang Wholesale Bogor. Utilization of Zahir Accounting Software version 5.1 as a solution in processing accounting data and financial reports. By implementing accounting data on the application, it can minimize data input errors so that accurate and timely financial reporting is obtained in its preparation. Abstract

PT BPR Eka Bumi Artha is one of the Rurar Bank that has the largest number of assets in Indonesia operating in Lampung, is considered successful in facing bpr business challenges, and is able to get through difficult conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020-2021. This study raises the issue of the development of the performance of the provision of third-party funds collected in the form of savings deposits and time deposits, the performance of lending when PT BPR Eka Bumi Artha faced the challenges of competition and unstable economic conditions during the period 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of the provision of third party funds in the form of deposits, credit distribution and the performance of the use of third party deposit funds for credit distribution in the position of December 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with trend analysis techniques on the financial performance of third-party deposits, and also on the performance of credit distribution of PT BPR Eka Bumi Artha whose data is sourced from the financial statements published by BPR on the Financial Services Authority website in December 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. The results showed that there was a positive performance development towards the collection of third party funds and credit disbursements in the position of December 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. The results of this study also show that the performance of lending over the past four years has averaged 54.20% sourced from third-party deposit funds in the form of savings and credit, the rest of which is financed by other sources of funds.

Abstract

The development of information technology requires all fields of activity to be computerized. Manual accounting still has many weaknesses, so an accounting application that can support the bookkeeping of financial statements is needed. Boutiques require accounting data processing to support business activities in making financial reports. For this reason, the author makes research on processing accounting data at boutiques using Zahir Accounting Version 5.1, because until now the boutiques are still using manual recording. Boutique is a company engaged in the clothing trade. The system used at this time is still manual, starting from transactions and making financial reports. This is what causes errors in recording, inaccurate data so that reports are late in being presented to company management. Accounting data processing using Zahir Accounting Version 5.1 is the right solution in solving problems that exist in the Boutique. This application is effective and efficient in overcoming problems related to manual accounting records that are currently being run. Abstract

The development of technology today demands several things, namely services that are getting easier, faster and more practical. A computer technology is needed by the company, which is used as a tool in solving work problems, such as in terms of processing payroll data. Payroll data processing at the company is included in a complicated problem, because if in the payroll calculation an error occurs in the calculation, it can be detrimental to both the company's management and employees. FoodPedia by Pasta Kangen is currently still doing payroll manually, which can be seen from the attendance recap process, salary calculation data, and report generation. This can be manipulated and can harm the company or employees. Based on this, this research will design a web-based payroll information system, using the Java Web programming language with Neatbeans 8.1 software and MySQL for database needs. The research method used is using data collection methods, and software development methods with the waterfall method. This payroll information system is equipped with various features such as an employee attendance recap menu, calculation of employee salary data, as well as data needed in the payroll process. This payroll system is expected to simplify and speed up the process of calculating employee salaries accurately, effectively, efficiently and transparently.

Abstract

These rapid developments have had a major impact on the world of trade. Examples of technology that is widely used in the commercial world is computer technology. Especially in the retail sector, helping to ensure the company's activities are carried out effectively and efficiently. Ujang Ekon Depok electrical shop requires a computerized accounting information system. Processing of accounting data is still done manually such as errors in recording, loss of transaction documents that occur every day so that the presentation of financial reports is not accurate and is still considered not in accordance with existing accounting data processing standards. To solve the problems faced, this company requires a special accounting application that is easy to understand and easy to implement. Zahir Accounting Version 5.1 is the right solution to solve the problems that exist in this company that is easy to understand and easy to implement, so that accounting data processing at the Ujang Ekon Depok electricity shop can run more effectively and efficiently compared to using manual processing

Abstract

Production Information System is something that is very important for a industrial company. Reliable production management is a major determinant of the company's profit. In the current era of digitalization, the use of production information systems is a necessity so that company goals are achieved with minimal costs and efforts and a shorter time span. On the other hand, the creation of an information system that is intended for a company whose business has been running requires a special method so that the system can be utilized immediately. Therefore, the involvement of system users from the beginning to the end of the creation stage is very necessary. The flexibility of changing requirements should also be well managed by system developers. Extreme Programing (XP) provides this solution, due to its flexibility so that it is able to deliver systems according to user needs, which often experience changes during the system development period. Production Information System on CV. Multi Karya Pontianak is a case study that was adopted in this research. By applying XP, the researcher resulted in the achievement of user acceptance test results reaching 97%.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the world makes a situation of intense competition in the business world so that it requires every company to run its business more effectively. In the era of increasingly rapid technological developments, all fields of activity are computerized, one of which is accounting. PT Aldimana Solusi Teknologi is a company engaged in the trading of goods and services. This company is a new company so that in managing its financial data it still uses a manual system and has not used an accounting application, so that in terms of accounting records until the preparation of financial reports, errors in recording often occur, less the accuracy of the reports that have been made and takes a long time in the process of searching for the required data. The use of Online-Based Accurate Accounting is the right solution to solve problems that occur within the company. The use of Accurate Accounting helps record transactions more easily and efficiently so as to produce financial reports more quickly, precisely and accurately. It is expected that the use of this Accounting Software can facilitate companies in managing financial data so as to support company activities.
