Abstract

Women with various problems are very interesting to be discussed in studying a topic of discussion, because women are often marginalized. This becomes the cause and effect of the occurrence of various forms of a woman's struggle to maintain her existence and attracts it to become a topic of discussion. There are three scopes of aspects that are the focus of research related to the objectivation narrative of women in the novel Batih Women by A.R. Rizal, namely: (1) The objectivation narrative of women's existence in the novel Perempuan Batih by A.R. Rizal, (2) The objectivation narrative of women's position in the novel Perempuan Batih by A.R. Rizal, and (3) The objectivation narrative of the role of women in the novel Perempuan Batih by A.R. Rizal. This study aims to describe the objectivation narrative of women's existence in the novel Perempuan Batih by A.R. Rizal, describes the objectivation narrative of women's position in the novel Perempuan Batih by A.R. Rizal, and describes the objectivation narrative of the role of women in the novel Perempuan Batih by A.R. Rizal. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the objectivation narratives of women are divided into, 1) the objectivation narratives of women's existence which consist of views on the differences in women's positions, women's violence in terms of service in marriage, and women as men's subordinates. 2) narrative objectivation of women's position which consists of position as an individual, position in the family sphere, and position in the community sphere. 3) objectivation narratives of women's roles consisting of women's roles from a biological or environmental tradition and women's roles from their position as individuals and not as husband's assistants.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the language used in the Quran on Islamic discourse, using qualitative research methods and content analysis of Quranic verses and scholarly literature. The study finds that the Quranic language's unique literary style and linguistic features contribute to its authority and persuasiveness, shaping Islamic discourse over time. Rhetorical devices, such as repetition and parallelism, add to the text's effectiveness. The study highlights the importance of understanding the Quranic language and its impact on Islamic theology, jurisprudence, and ethics, emphasizing the need for interdisciplinary research. By analyzing the linguistic and literary features of the Quran, scholars can gain a deeper understanding of the text's meaning and message and appreciate its continued relevance in contemporary times. This study contributes to the broader understanding of the role of language in shaping religious discourse and interpretation.

Abstract

The Free Learning Curriculum Policy is a learning program with the concept of independent education. This is in line with the thinking of the pioneer of our nation's education, namely Ki Hadjar Dewantara who directed education as an effort to liberate humans, both outwardly and mentally. The concept of independence can be seen in the freedom of educators to control learning and the freedom of students to take advantage of opportunities in learning widely and flexibly. This study aims to analyze the concept of Ki Hadjar Dewantara education with the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum that has been implemented today in Indonesia. The method in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach. Data in the form of information from several libraries. Data collection techniques by studying documents in books, journals, and others related to the educational concept of Ki Hadjar Dewantara and the Merdeka Learning Curriculum. The analysis technique used is data analysis using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings of this study are that there is a relevant meeting point between the educational concept of Ki Hadjar Dewantara and the Independent Learning Curriculum in learning systems and methods, the position of students and educational techniques applied to create an independent education and Pancasila Student Profile character.

Abstract

This study focuses on the perspective of workshop participants to determine its effectiveness. Thus, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of workshops conducted online through the perspective of the participating educators. In this study using descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological design. The subjects of this study were 5 educators who had attended online workshops. Meanwhile, this research instrument uses interview guidelines. In the interview procedure, the researcher uses a type of structured interview. Through the aspects asked by the researcher in the interview, it can be concluded that there are 9 points where the answers are found, including; online workshops involve participants in the learning process, the material is appropriate or relevant to the needs of the participants, the workshop material is practical, the workshop time is still lacking in duration, the development of social feelings among participants, the training is given on target. Regarding the constraints of online workshops, including; internet connection, difficult time adjustment, lack of information. While the main motivation for participating in the workshop, including; the need for competency improvement as educators, the effects of the pandemic, time and place efficiency. Through the results and discussion that the researchers have described, it can be concluded that online workshops are effective from an educator's perspective.

Abstract

Providing teacher welfare and compensation is an effort to retain teachers with good talents and abilities when teaching and learning. Well-being is very useful and meaningful for a teacher’s physical and mental needs. Through a teacher welfare program that is regulated based on government regulations that are fair and obedient to government regulations, it is an effort to improve the welfare of a teacher so that he remains enthusiastic at work, and can also provide high and good quality education. The form of teacher welfare is in the form of salary, such as basic salary and additional salary that comes from government allowances. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher welfare on the quality of education in Indonesia. This study method is a literature study and uses a qualitative approach so that the data obtained is more in-depth with the help of various facts in the field.

Abstract

The Novella title "The Bloody Chamber" is a fairy tale story that is a fairy tale novel that takes a feminist point of view. This study aims to explore the characterization of the Heroine in the story through psychoanalysis Lacan. the method used in this analysis is the library research method with feminist criticism. The researcher found that the three-phase pass by Heroine in the story 1. the real phase when Heroine first feels married and feels an undescribed feeling. 2. Imaginary phase, when Heroine begins to identify her surroundings and discover her identity. and 3. the symbolic phase, when Heroine discovers the reality of the Marquise and the Bloody Chamber
