Abstract

Each student experiences an educational process so that can become a quality human being in accordance with the objectives of level education are more required to carry out work practices in accordance with their majors. Things that are done when the practice sometimes causes uncomfortable feelings, one of which is feeling anxious. Anxiety can be interpreted as a situation where someone feels afraid, feels depressed, feels worried about things that will happen, so that can interfere with the learning process. In this article will explain the concept of anxiety and aspects that affect anxiety that can be experience by students in general in vocational high schools.

Abstract

TikTok is an audio-visual-based social media application that contains short videos of a certain duration, with interesting features such as the latest music, unique filters, comment fields, video stitch features and others.  Usually TikTok videos contain tips & tricks, trending dances, knowledge and so on that can be made by yourself or others.  Videos made by other people will pass through our fyp or TikTok app homepage, then we can watch and comment on them.  This research was conducted to find out how the level of self-confidence possessed by individuals from adolescence to late adulthood, when making TikTok videos of ideals vs reality that happened to themselves.  The research method used is research and development, the population in this study is TikTok users aged 17 to 25 years totaling 25 people.  The data obtained were then processed and analyzed using Person Centered Therapy Theory by adapting the WDEP Technique from Reality Theory.  The results showed that on average the subjects felt happy when making TikTok videos of ideals vs. reality because it had various benefits that made them realize that they had accepted the reality of life that had happened, and they felt confident with who they were today.

Abstract

Marriage is the only legitimate means for building a household and giving birth to offspring, in line with human nature. (Indra, 2004). The purpose of marriage by a husband and wife is to form a happy family, the presence of the baby in the family is placed at the very top level of marital duties, namely to damage the side of the family. In reality, not all couples can easily obtain offspring as expected. The situation of couples who have been married for more than six years without contraception and do not have it is called infertility. Conditions of childless marriages often result in conflicts between husband and wife. The wife / woman is more often accused of being the main cause because the process of conceiving and giving birth is attached to the nature of women. Women who are always blamed will result in psychological problems in the form of stress or depression, feelings (low self-esteem) and negative thoughts about God. The purpose of discussing this case is to find out what psychic programs the wife has yet to obtain and that efforts are being made to overcome them. Abstract

Cancer is a potentially life-threatening disease. This can affect the patient's self-efficacy. The integration of religious counseling is expected to increase self efficacy in lheukemia patients. This qualitative research uses a case study approach with the subject of one lheukemia patient. Data mining in this research was carried out by observation, interview, then the data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that individual counseling by integrating the religious greatness of God, sincerity, patience, repentance, and prayer made patients more enthusiastic in undergoing the treatment process and eager to undergo daily activities.

Abstract

Everyone has problems and complaints that they faces. However, not everyone can easily share their complaints and feelings with others because of various factors that bother them. AMICO is an interactive website that the author created to help those who want to share their problems and even their works in a forum that allows anonymity. This study aims to see how much young people are interested in using AMICO and the impression they give after using AMICO. In this study using a quantitative approach and using the method of action. Data retrieval was carried out using a Google Form containing questions about the Amico website itself, both from the features provided, the design used, and others. The distribution of Google Forms is carried out via Internet Relay Chat (WhatsApp) and social media (Instagram). The number of respondents was 35 people with an age range of 15 to 25 years. The results showed that most of the testees considered the AMICO website to be innovative and Amico is a good medium of sharing their issues and their works.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1) role conflict on the performance of the administrative division of the Kerinci District Secretariat (2) Role ambiguity on the performance of employees of the Kerinci District Secretariat of Governance Section (3) Work stress on employee performance in the Governance Section of the Regional Secretariat of Kerinci Regency (4) Role conflict, role ambiguity and work stress have a joint effect on the performance of the employees of the Kerinci District Secretariat Governance Section. The population and sample in this study were all 35 employees of the Administration of the Regional Secretariat of Kerinci Regency. The technique of determining the number of samples using total sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple regression by fulfilling the requirements of the classical assumption test of normality, and multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity. Resultsthis study shows that (1) role conflicthas a negative significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Governance Section of the Regional Secretariat of Kerinci Regency (2) Role ambiguityhas a significant negative effect on the performance of the employees of the Governance Section of the Regional Secretariat of Kerinci Regency (3) Work stresshas a significant negative effect on the performance of the employees of the Governance Section of the Regional Secretariat of Kerinci Regency (4) Role conflict, role ambiguity and job stressjointly have a positive effect on the performance of the employees of the Kerinci District Secretariat of Governance Section.

This study aims to see the effect of (1) Organizational culture on employee motivation in the Finance Division of the Sungai Penuh City Regional Secretariat (2) Job satisfaction on the work motivation of employees of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of Sungai Penuh (3) Work experience on the work motivation of employees of the Finance Section of the Regional Secretariat of Sungai Penuh City(4)Organizational culture, job satisfaction and work experience have a joint effect on the work motivation of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Sungai Penuh City. And the technique of determining the number of samples taken as respondents with the technique of taking this sample using the total sampling technique (whole sample). Total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population. The reason for taking total sampling is because the total population is less than 100 and the entire population is used as a research sample. Abstract

Self-care practices regarded as one of the most important components for the profession of counselling. Besides, self-care practices are also recognized as an essential necessity for trainee counsellors in becoming helping professionals in future. Nonetheless, there is insignificant in previous studies regarding self-care practices among trainee counsellors. The purpose of this study is to explore self-care practices from a coping style perspective among trainee counsellors. This study adopted a descriptive qualitative research design in exploring the self-care practices among trainee counsellors at one of the universities in Sarawak, Malaysia using Six Part Story Method. The application of Six Part Story Method helps in exploring the self-care practices by illustrating the drawing through the six boxes. The data was collected through group counselling sessions and data was analyzed using the BASIC Ph Model. Overall, six themes have emerged from the findings. The results from these findings shows that trainee counsellors are highly dominant in Social and Physical Dimensions. Besides that, this study also proposes on determining the suitability of Six Part Story Method in counselling approach. This study has contributed to the existing knowledge on the self-care practice in context of trainee counsellors. It enhances awareness to the society especially people in counselling field on the importance of practicing self- care when experiencing stressful circumstances.
