Abstract

Pengembangan pembelajaran terintegrasi merupakan mengarus-utamakan berbagai program kinerja pendidikan dan pelatihan yang terintegrasi sehingga mendorong kinerja organisasi menjadi bagian yang terikat dengan pendekatan desain corporate university yang optimal. Pengembangan pembelajaran dari pendidikan dan pelatihan serta pembinaan jabatan fungsional kerekayasaan dan kelitkayasaan telah dilakukan, namun pendekatan yang mengacu pada model strategik dari sistem corporate university sehingga keterkaitan seluruh unit kerja mendapat korporasi keseluruhan. Beberapa tahapan identifikasi sampai dengan unit kerja terkait pengembangan sumberdaya manusia kelembagaan mendukung sistem evaluasi dan pengendaliannya menjadi lebih terkonsentrasi dan terpadu mendorong kinerja organisasi menjadi lebih optimal. Penyempurnaan dalam tata kerja serta penguatan sistem internal penyelenggaraan pembelajaran terintegrasi memberikan komitmen perlunya kekuatan kepemimpinan yang dapat memberikan penguatan sumberdaya manusia yang efektif dan efisien menuju profesionalisme aparatur yang terbaik.

Abstract

Entering the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, the government has intensively implemented a vaccination program to date. The Covid-19 vaccination program is carried out as an effort to boost the immune system, reduce the risk of transmission, reduce the severe impact of the virus, to achieve group immunity. In its own implementation, the Covid-19 vaccination is regulated by the regional government in each province with a policy that requires the Covid-19 vaccination to be vaccinated twice for everyone who meets certain criteria. This study aims to cluster the implementation of vaccination in all areas of East Java province in 2021. The method used in conducting this clustering is the K-Means algorithm. From the results of the study, the results of the division or clustering of regions into three clusters were C1 for the area with the lowest vaccination, namely Pasuruan Regency, C2 for the area with moderate vaccination, namely Kediri City, and C3 for the highest vaccination area, namely Surabaya City. The clustering results obtained based on the K-Means algorithm can be used as input for the East Java Provincial government in evaluating the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai kekuatan mekanik variasi ukuran serbuk yang paling baik dari komposit tempurung kelapa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen, dengan variabel bebas variasi ukuran (mesh), variabel terikat kekuatan mekanik dan resin sebagai variabel kontrol. Penelitian diawali dengan menyiapkan bahan serbuk tempurung kelapa, resin BQTN 157 dan katalis. Alat yang digunakan ayakan (mesh), gelas ukur, cetakan, oven listrik, mesin bending dan mesin impak izod. Prosedur yang dilakukan dalam pengambilan data variasi ukuran serbuk tempurung kelapa diayak menggunakan mesh 40, 80, 120 dan 180. Selanjutnya di-oven pada temperatur 110 oC selama 45 menit hingga memiliki kandungan kadar air maksimal 4%. Selanjutnya serbuk tersebut dicampur dengan resin dengan perbandingan 40% serbuk tempurung kelapa dan 60% resin, diaduk selama 6 menit ditambah katalis 1%, diaduk selama 2 menit lalu dituang pada cetakan. Tahap pengujian untuk mengetahui kekuatan bending mengacu pada ASTM-6272 dengan metode four point bending dengan dimensi spesimen panjang 127 mm, lebar 12,7 mm, tebal 3,2 mm, sedangkan untuk pengujian impact izod mengacu pada ASTM D-5941 dengan dimensi spesimen panjang 80 mm, lebar 10 mm, tebal 4 mm. Hasil penelitian diketahui semakin serbuk tempurung kelapa kecil, maka kekuatan mekaniknya semakin meningkat. Kekuatan bending tertinggi sebesar 50,66 MPa dan ketangguhan impak tertinggi sebesar 3097,53 J/m2 yaitu pada serbuk ukuran lolos mesh 180. Potensi pemanfaatan secara ekonomis komposit serbuk tempurung kelapa cukup berpeluang, misalnya sebagai bahan panel.

Abstract

Brick is a non-structural material that is widely used by the community in building houses in general. There are so many brick craftsmen scattered throughout the province of Central Java, but innovation is needed in the manufacture of these bricks, so research is needed to determine the effect of adding rice husk ash as a mixed material and the length of time for burning bricks on the mechanical properties of bricks in terms of the test. porosity, burn loss, and compressive strength, as well as knowing the percentage of addition of rice husk ash and the best burning time for bricks. This study uses a sample of bricks in the form of blocks with a length of 22.5 cm, a width of 11 cm, and a height of 4 cm and a cube shape with a side size of 5 cm. Variations in the composition of rice husk ash added were 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15%. Making bricks is done by molding a mixture of clay, water and husk ash by compacting, drying for 3 days and burning for 12 hours and 24 hours. Testing of mechanical properties of bricks includes porosity, burn loss, and compressive strength tests. The addition of rice husk ash with a composition percentage of 5% to 15% can affect the mechanical properties of bricks, namely reducing porosity and burning shrinkage and increasing the compressive strength of bricks. The burning time of the bricks also affects the mechanical properties of the bricks. Based on the test results, each of the best test values, namely the minimum porosity value was achieved at the percentage of rice husk ash as much as 5% by burning for 24 hours, namely 18.5%. The minimum burn loss value was achieved at 15% rice husk ash percentage by burning for 12 hours, which was 0.45%. The optimum compressive strength value was achieved at 5% rice husk ash percentage, which was 4.1 N/mm2 by burning for 24 hours.

Abstract

Buildings are places for humans to carry out various activities. Buildings also have a very important role in character formation, embodiment of productivity, and identity. In addition, the building also functions as a place for humans to carry out their activities, whether for daily or residential, religious, business, socio-cultural or special activities. In general, the inspection of the feasibility of the building is carried out by means of visual observation of the physical condition of the building on the components of Architecture, Structure and Test using tools. Based on the results of field observations for Technical Architecture which includes aspects of comfort, health, safety and structure, the AL-Fattah Junior High School building has fulfilled all the assessment points and it can be concluded that the Al-Fattah Junior High School building has met and is recommended to get a Function-worthy
