Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the entrepreneurial intentions of students consisting of demographic characteristics, personality characteristics and the characteristics of entrepreneurial students at STIE Malangkucecwara Malang. The population was 2011 class of students at STIE Malangkucecwara who had stepped 6th semester and already getting entrepreneurhip subjects (Entrepreneurship). Sample using 76 respondents. The results showed that the respondents aged 18-23 years was 85.5%, most of the sex of the respondents were male as many as 41 people or 53.9%. The personality characteristics of the items need for achievement for entrepreneurs that states could not agree as much as. Next at 72.4% of respondents stated item self-efficacy strongly agreed that 47 people or 61.8%. While the variable characteristics of entrepreneurs with a future orientation items respondents said strongly agree and 65.8% of items respondents agreed responsibilities as much as 52.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the successful implementation of the empowerment aspect of context, input, process, product. This study using CIPP model. The methodology used is a combination method (Mixed Methods) with design verification sequence (Sequential Explanatory). CIPP research instruments were tested to obtain valid and reliable instrument. The variables of this study consisted of: (1) The level of success of the SME development program component context, (2) The level of success of the SME development program component inputs, (3) The level of success of the SME development program component process, and (4) The success rate of the MSME program product components. The results of this study indicates that: (1) The level of success of the SME development program component context with a mean score of 4.07 or 81.4% is included in the category of very high, (2) The level of success of the MSME program input component with a mean of 4.00 or 80 % included in the very high category, (3) The level of success of the MSME program components demgam process mean 3.79 or 75.8% are high, (4) The success rate of the MSME program product components with a mean of 4.00 or 80% including in the very high category.

Abstract

Aims of this study to analyze the influence of confidence benefit and personality dimensions on customer loyalty through relationship quality with 84 customers of Muslim clothing boutique in Malang in 2014 as a sample and using quantitative explanatory as the research approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis techniques were using descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results of the study showed that the confidence benefits and personality dimensions influence loyalty through relationship quality. However, the confidence benefit does not directly influence loyalty. This study shows that the confidence benefits proved to have no effect on loyalty if only seen from Muslim clothing prices, but other factors that support. So, the role of the employee as an intermediary fashion boutique owner as providers and customers as users is very important. In this case, the communication skills of employees are very important to build trust, and commitment to customer satisfaction which leads to customer loyalty.

Abstract

Lecturer personality aspect is important for the learning process, to establish the identity of the lecturer in the profession , as well as provide professional academic services to students. Quality service excellence is inseparable from the ability of hard skills, soft skills, and spiritual skills possessed by the lecturer. Quality service excellence is inseparable from the ability of hard skills, soft skills, and spiritual skills possessed by the lecturer. This increased capacity is crucial because the government has declared that education in Indonesia must be able to create an intelligent and competitive man who has high academic grades, a good attitude and be able to compete with human resources from abroad. The purpose of this study are: 1) Analyze simultan influence between hard skills, soft skills, and spiritual skills to work productivity lecturer, 2) Analyze the effect of partially between hard skills, soft skills, and spiritual skills to work productivity lecturer, and 3) Analyzing the dominant variable affecting productivity lecturer. This study uses the lecturer as respondents, primary data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 86 lecturers at the 5 largest universities in the city of Malang. There are three independent variables were analyzed, namely: hard skills, soft skills, and spiritual skills, while the dependent variable is labor productivity lecturer. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis . The analysis showed there are significant either simultaneously or partially between hard skills , soft skills , and spiritual skills to work productivity lecturer . Spiritual skill variable has a dominant influence on the productivity of faculty work

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate factors of purchasing intentention on pirated products. That factors of attitude function caused consumers non-deceptive choose to buy counterfeit handbag. This study use Handbags Louis Vuitton(LV) scenario to stimulate, also brand as variable affected consumers purchased intention and perceived social value. Sales of pirated fashion products remain high despite various industry effortd to constrain the growth. Based on psychological theory, this study arggues that the rise of pirated fashion products such as handbags due some constraints in the supply side such as high price and consumers side such as social adjusted. The questioners spread to two hundred twenty one under graduate student at Economic Faculty Jambi University. Metode uses Experiment group-control group design and between subject with design factorial 2 (social adjusted: high and low) x 2 (price: high and low). To understand differences between treatmen group, use MANCOVA test. The result indicate that social adjusted and high price increase the favorability of purchasing pirated fashion product specialy as handbags of Louis Vuitton. The interaction among two variables is alsosignificant and indicated the low social adjusted and low price effective on reducing favorability of consumers on purchasing pirated Handbags of fashion product.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of gender, educational level, working experience and religiosity on ethical decision-making of accounting students. The main contribution is on the importance of ethical decition for accountants. Logistic regression is employed to analysis the effect and the sample of 128 undergraduate and professional accounting students are drawn. The results show that gender does not significantly affect ethical decision-making, while tingkat pendidikanand working experience do have significant effect on ethical decisions. Religiosity is not the most dominant ethical factor in decision makings if compared to other ethical factors.
