Abstract

In particular, Sorong Regency, West Papua, where the availability of veterinarians is still relatively low. The problems that occur in the regency make it difficult for experts to deal with a disease that occurs in livestock, especially cattle. This also makes it difficult for people to diagnose certain diseases experienced by their livestock, so that handling becomes slow and resulting in the risk of death for livestock. This research aims to create an application system to diagnose cattle disease base on android to make it easier for breeders to diagnose symptoms of a disease that occurs in their cattle (cow). The process carried out is by interviewing experts consisting of three paramedics, the results obtained are in the form of disease data, symptoms, and solutions which are used as data on the system. The data that has been analyzed using the Forward Chaining method results in an android-based expert system, help breeders’ difficulties in diagnosing cattle diseases. The results obtained are that the system created to produce a disease that is in accordance with the exiting symptoms. The system is very helpful for farmers in Sorong Regency, they hope that ini the future the system can be updated if there are new diseases or symptoms. The data provided by animal husbandry department and experts are very helpful in this research.`

Abstract

The richness of Indonesia's natural resources in the marine area, makes the sea an ecosystem of the existing diversity of fish. Fish is one of the types of animal protein that can be consumed by humans. Fish also contains essential vitamins and amino acids needed by the body with a biological value of up to 90% with binding tissue that makes it easier for the body to digest them. With the large number of fish that fishermen get per day, fish traders also have to make the fish they sell durable, one of which is by preserving fish with formaldehyde. Formlain is also a dangerous substance if used for food, this is because this substance can cause death if consumed long term. So that the existing problems encourage the author to identify formalin fish images using the MLP (Multilayer Perceptron) method which is a fairly reliable method in the image detection process because the search process is very directional (paying attention to backpropagation) where the feature extraction used is GLCM ( Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix). From this study, it was found that the Accuracy value was 62%. Where the error rate is 50%. Recall is 85%, application is 39%, precisson is 58% and F1 score is 71%.

Abstract

The management of data at UPT Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Ponorogo is still done manually. Given the current era of globalization, many companies/agencies have used computerized systems to manage data in order to simplify and speed up work. Based on the description above, we carry out community service activities in the form of developing and applying a computerized data management system in the Ponorogo'SKB. The system that we built is an information and administration system. Based on a computerized system capable of processing data quickly and accurately as well as being able to store and display transaction data related to administration. The method we use in this activity is to provide a computerized system and directly conduct training as well as assistance in operating the system. We hope that by developing this administrative information system the Ponorogo community can more easily access information about the SKB Ponorogo and make it easier to manage the administration of the SKB better and faster. Until now, our activities have reached the stage of training in the operation of the information system for all admins in SKB Ponorogo.

Abstract

Limitations of the process on filing employee leave at the Ciawi Bogor sub-district office tend to be ineffective and inefficient so that in the process it makes both parties (employees and operators) have a difficulty. In addition to the leave filing files that are piled up, sometimes the operator forgets to process when there are employees who apply for leave. The research objective is to produce a web-based leave filing program so as to make it easy for users to apply for and process leave. The method of developing a software system uses the waterfall model. The results of the study in addition to displaying information about office activities or staffing on the main page, there are also facilities for filing leave, and changing the status of leave applications. Through this website employees had a view of information about the office activities and make the leave submission process online.

Abstract

The Raden Fatah State Islamic University Library in Palembang is one of the university facilities that supports learning and teaching for students and lecturers. Performance at the Raden Fatah State Islamic University library in Palembang provides the best service for the entire academic community of the university by using the Library Information System, namely SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System). During the use of SLiMS, there was no evaluation using the COBIT 5 framework. The analysis was obtained from the results of the respondents' answers, namely the SLiMS manager with several domains from COBIT 5.

Abstract

The role of information technology greatly influences the improvement of a higher education governance, so that universities today should have models and standards that can be implemented as a reference in enhancing harmony between business strategies and information technology. Abstract

The Blood donation is an activity of taking blood from someone voluntarily to be kept as stock or given to patients in need. Blood donation activities are channeled through the Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD) of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) which is engaged in blood donation services for the community in their respective regions. Lack of public awareness of blood donation and ineffective blood donation activities during the pandemic caused the blood stock supply at PMI Sukabumi Regency to be running low and even empty. The purpose of this research is to create a blood donor inFormation system that is equipped with a website-based Geographic InFormation System. GIS is used to store and display inFormation on potential donors in a digital map. This study uses the Togaf Architecture Development Method approach which was developed using the PHP Version 7 programming language, MySQL 3.2.2 database and open source Leafletjs. The result of this research is a website-based geographic inFormation system for blood donors (SIGDORAH).

Abstract

Small Medium Enterprises (SME) play an important role in the economic growth of Indonesia, and it was no exception in Sleman Regency, D.I. Yogyakarta province. This study aims to investigate and to recommend factors driving SME success by using formal concept analysis (FCA). Eleven factors and 36 subfactors were found based on the literature study to be further tested against a dataset based on interviews of 14 SMEs from seven different business sectors. With 95 attribute values from the attribute scaling process, the FCA results showed 641 concepts and concept lattice visualizations. Using a support threshold of 64%, seven intents were found to be more important, while other intents not included in the iceberg concept lattices were considered to be less important. The findings show that five factors (i.e., customers, products, human resources, networks, and external influences) play more important roles in driving SME success in Sleman Regency than the other six factors (i.e., characteristics, finance, competitors, market, technology, and government policy).

Abstract

The need for information technology at this time has become an obligation for every company or organization. One that applies the development of information technology is ABC University. ABC University is a university that was founded in 2012 and along with the development of educational infrastructure every year, in 2020 ABC University has just completed the construction of an integrated laboratory building that functions as a place for research, learning, and academic and non-academic activities. This Integrated Laboratory will be used by 17 study programs at ABC University, more than 3000 students as well as lecturers and the academic community. With the limited number of rooms and laboratory assets for a large number of laboratory users, a system that functions to facilitate the use of laboratories is needed, starting from scheduling laboratory use, borrowing laboratory space, and borrowing laboratory equipment, Therefore, an information system needs to be developed in order to meet the needs of the ABC University Integrated Laboratory, namely the ABC University Integrated Laboratory Management Information System (MIS). The method used in developing this Integrated Laboratory SIM is the Scrum method which includes sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Based on 5 iterations during the development process of the Integrated Laboratory MIS, the total backlog items obtained were 65 backlog items. The ABC University Integrated Laboratory MIS has also been hosted on ABC University's servers and can be accessed via the https://labterpadu.itk.ac.id link.

Abstract

Data regarding huge sales and purchase transactions are stored electronically in company databases. Leave this data alone so it will not have any impact. Lately, many companies provide promo prices to customers to attract customers. However, the decision is suitable to be taken, regardless of sales growth, to not cause more significant losses. The sales show that has been recorded each year in the sales transaction database. This research focuses on implementing data science at a retail company to analyze sales performance using the cohort analytics method to calculate customer retention and perform clustering customer using the K-Means model. As the results, we can conclude that the company has sales performcean about 37.4%, seen from customer retention and the monthly sales volume within one year. There are three groupings produced, namely ID 0, 1, and 2. Customers with Cluster Label 2 are customers with the highest number of transactions compared to other groups.
