<![CDATA[Legal protection for victims of human trafficking has become a serious concern for the international community because human trafficking does not only occur in one area but has developed into an organized transnational crime. But what happens if the victims are illegal migrant workers who incidentally do not have official documents, considering that the number of illegal migrant workers who are victims of human trafficking abroad is currently increasingly dominating. The purpose of this study is to determine legal protection for illegal Indonesian migrant workers who are victims of trafficking in persons in connection with Law Number 21 of 2007. The author uses a normative juridical research method that uses secondary data and uses primary data only as support for secondary data. The results of this study indicate that Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning the Crime of Trafficking in Persons, hereinafter referred to as the TPPO Law, provides legal protection to illegal Indonesian migrant workers who are victims of human trafficking in the form of fulfilling their rights, including the right to rehabilitation, the right to integrated services, the right to be returned to Indonesia based on state costs, the right not to be arbitrarily deported, the right to assistance when dealing with laws in the destination country, the right to restitution, and other rights.]]>

<![CDATA[The significance of employee performance is vital in attaining organizational objectives and sustaining a competitive edge within a progressively intricate marketplace. Hence, the primary objective of this study is to investigate the determinants that have a favorable impact on enhancing employee performance within the context of PT BPR Tata Anjung Sari. The research scope include the examination of work discipline, work environment, remuneration, and work aptitude as pertinent variables. The present study used a descriptive and correlational methodology. The employed sampling technique was purposive sampling, encompassing a comprehensive sample size of 103 individuals who were employees. The data was obtained by administering a questionnaire that had undergone rigorous testing to ensure its validity and reliability. The coefficient of determination was utilized for data analysis using SPSS version 26 software. The findings indicate that there is a positive correlation between work discipline characteristics and employee performance, as well as work environment and salary variables. Nevertheless, it is worth noting that the variable of job ability does not exhibit a statistically significant impact on employee performance. In summary, the findings of this study suggest that the combined influence of work discipline, work environment, salary, and work ability significantly affects employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Analysis of student sentiment on lecturer teaching performance This study aims to analyze student sentiment on lecturer teaching performance in a good university. The method used in this research is sentiment analysis using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto Method. The data were obtained from the results of a questionnaire conducted on students regarding the teaching performance of lecturers in the last semester. The data is then processed and analyzed using a classification algorithm to classify student sentiment into positive, negative, or neutral towards lecturer teaching performance. is student sentiment towards lecturers, from the teaching quality testing data = 2 positive words (8), Material Availability = 2 neutral words (7), Student and lecturer interaction = 1 negative word (4), Lecturer Feedback Quality = 2 negative word (3) from the input the output result is a value of 3 and is in the negative set, so the result of the test is negative sentiment]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to apply the Classification Decision Tree method in knowing the factors that influence student satisfaction with student services in tertiary institutions. The Classification Decision Tree method is used to build a decision tree model that can identify the factors that most influence student satisfaction.The data used in this study is survey data on student satisfaction with student services in tertiary institutions, which consists of several variables such as service quality, facilities, information availability, and others. The data will be processed using the Classification Decision Tree algorithm to build a decision tree model that can predict student satisfaction based on the factors that influence it.The results of this study obtained an important root or root of student satisfaction with student services. The first is student welfare services and the second is organizational development services and the results of the test data show an accuracy of 87%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the use of technology in the field of social work through the implementation of e-counseling services in the context of assessment. The development of information and communication technology has provided new opportunities for providing counseling services online, which can expand the reach of social work services to people in need. This study adopts a qualitative approach using a descriptive study method. The results of this study reveal the positive potential of using e-counseling in social work assessment services. The main benefits include increased service accessibility, time flexibility, privacy for service participants, and automatic data processing. However, the research also identified several challenges, such as expanding technological capabilities for social workers, deep understanding of E-Counseling ethics, technical challenges in ensuring data security and confidentiality and effectiveness in providing assessments because they are not face to face. This research contributes to broadening insights about the use of technology in the field of social work, especially in assessment services. The practical implication of this research is the expansion of social work assessment services through the E-Counseling platform, taking into account the ethical, data security and training aspects of social workers.]]>

Through the Community Service Program (PKM) it is hoped that it will be able to provide partners with an understanding of the scope of media literacy. The concept of literacy is currently growing and is divided into several forms of literacy, one of which is digital literacy. Strengthening digital literacy for teachers is intended so that teachers have the ability to utilize digital media to increase teacher professionalism, especially for teachers who deal with students with special needs. Improving digital literacy skills can be done in various ways, one of which is through training activities. <![CDATA[Recommendations for prospective workers are determined based on the fulfillment of the criteria tested by participants, whereas fuzzy multicriteria based on Simple Additive Weighting are used to process available data to produce participant assessment information that has the potential to be accepted. The multi-criteria-based system shows the accuracy of candidate recommendations according to ranking. The fuzzy set will show the paradigm of handling uncertainty and ambiguity in the behavior of determining candidates effectively and choosing based on Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) in the candidate labor market. The argument for selecting the title is adjusted to the Fuzzy Multicriteria decision-making pattern. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to identify the approach taken by PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Jakarta Bendungan Hilir Branch Office in order to cultivate a culture of learning throughout the company. The method of surveying, in which data are obtained from the outcomes of data collection using a questionnaire, was selected as the methodology for this research project. According to the findings of this study, learning organizations are affected by knowledge management. On the other hand, entrepreneurial orientation, transformational leadership, and management control systems do not have an effect on learning organizations. Knowledge management is the only factor that was found to have an effect on learning organizations. Consequently, the findings of the research simultaneously demonstrate that control management systems, entrepreneurial orientation, knowledge management, and transformational leadership each have a significant influence on the development of a learning organizational culture, which accounts for 71.9% of the total.]]>

<![CDATA[The pandemic situation has not only caused changes in health management, but has also caused business competition in the pharmaceutical sector. The development of information technology is utilized in pharmaceutical services such as telemedicine. Hospital X is one of the hospitals that has implemented telemedicine services since 2020. The implementation of telemedicine services is one of the ways Hospital X has responded to the impact of the pandemic and developments in information technology. This service has been implemented since 2020 along with the pandemic which has changed the format of services in many health facilities, including hospitals. Technological developments also make hospital customers have high expectations for health services. Research Objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of telemedicine and Brand Awareness on treatment decisions and impact on patient repeat visits at X Hospital. Research Methodology: The authors used a cross-sectional study design with quantitative methods, measuring telemedicine service variables, brand awareness, treatment decisions, and patient repeat visits with a sample size of 150. Results: The telemedicine service variable has a mean value of 3.99. The brand awareness variable has a mean value of 4.09. medication decision variable has a mean value of 4.32. the patient return visit variable has a mean value of 4.11. Conclusion: There is an influence of telemedicine services on treatment decisions while there is no influence of telemedicine services and brand awareness on treatment decisions. Brand Awareness also influences Patient Return Visits. However, telemedicine has no effect on patient repeat visits. Treatment Decisions Affect the patient's repeat visit.]]>

The Communication and Informatics Office in the Central Tapanuli district is a government agency that manages incoming and outgoing mail to communicate with organizations inside and outside the agency. fulfilled, such as minimal information received. A web-based information system is needed to be able to solve problems in managing mail. Researchers created an information system for incoming and outgoing mail to improve the quality and efficiency of mail management using the Waterfall method in a series of development processes that used UML (Unified Modeling Language) using the programming language PHP, Python, HTML and Mysql database.
