Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) how is the role of leaders in improving work discipline at the Branch Head of PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. (2) what is the factors hinder the leader's role in improving work discipline at the Branch Head of PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. The research method used is descriptive research type. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique where the entire population is used as a sample of 75 samples. The data collection methods used are interviews, questionnaires and observation. Data analysis used is quantitative analysis supported by qualitative analysis and data processing using frequency distribution table. The results of this study indicated that the role of leaders in improving work discipline at the Branch Head of PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar can be said to be "not good".

Abstract

The large number of entrepreneurs in the field of selling fresh flowers in the city of Tomohon requires MSMEs to create unique and attractive products by implementing an innovation strategy in their business. By implementing innovations in fresh flower products, it is expected that MSMEs can produce products that have competitive advantages. This study aims to determine how much influence partially and simultaneously product innovation has on the competitive advantage of Ilomata fresh flower products. This research uses quantitative methods and uses a Likert scale as a measurement. The sampling technique uses a nonprobability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were consumers of MSME Ilomata Tomohon fresh flower products, from this population there were 60 samples to be studied. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the product innovation variable for each dimension had a significant effect because it had a t-count > t-table (2.004) and a significance level <0.05. Taken together the independent variable Product Innovation  has a significant influence on the dependent variable Competitive Advantage with Fcount 12.692. The coefficient of determination is 67.7%, meaning that the influence of the product innovation variable on competitive advantage is 67.7%, while the remaining 32.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Libraries are institutions that carry out service-based activities. The fact is that to borrow books in the library needs long time affecting completion of students’ final project. There are also library officers serving students angrily. Consequently, many students look for books elsewhere. It is assumed that the optimization of student service quality is influenced by dynamic archive management at the Manado State Polytechnic Library. This study uses quantitative analysis in the form of multiple regression and correlation levels by carrying out several tests, namely classical tests such as multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests using the SPSS version 26 computer program. The results of the research showed that archive management storage systems, archive management officers, archive managemet knowledge have a positive and significant impact on students’ satisfaction. Meanwhile, archive managemet equipment had no effect on students’ satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted on followers of @avoskinbeauty twitter account. This research aimed to find out the effect of green marketing on buying interest in Avoskin products on the followers of @avoskinbeauty twitter account. The type of research used was associative research. Sampling technique used was stratified purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires distributed to 100 followers of @avoskinbeauty twitter account. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and t-test with the help of SPSS 25.0 program. The results of this research indicated that green marketing had a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Avoskin products on followers of @avoskinbeauty twitter account. Green marketing contributes 28.3% in influencing the buying interest of followers of the @avoskinbeauty twitter account towards Avoskin products.

Abstract

This research aimed to produced social media marketing as a promotional media at Bombo Uai Merch that is easy to use/applied as well as effective and efficient. The research method used is a design research method with the following stages or procedures: 1) Needs Analysis, 2) Data Collection, 3) Design, 4) Results, 5) Publication (posting), 6) Feedback. Furthermore, the data collection techniques used are: 1) Observation, 2) Interview, 3) Documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis. In this study, it was found that the results of the social media marketing design as a promotional media for Bombo Uai Merch included the use of 4 pillars (greeting, product info, promos, engagement), 21 Instagram feeds with captions and hashtags, 5 Instagram stories, 5 highlights, link tree beacons. ai, 7 Tiktok feeds with captions and hashtags, and 1 month SMC. The efficiency of social media marketing is seen from reaching a wider market share (audience) by saving time, energy and costs. Furthermore, the effectiveness of this social media marketing has had a good impact on sales with an increase of 80%. Context, communication, collaboration, and connection strategies were in accordance with the needs of followers.

Abstract

The problem was related to financial performance using an economic value added. This research aims to assess financial performance based on Economic Value Added (EVA) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia and PT. Bank Mandiri. The method used in this study is the Economic Value Added (EVA) method. EVA analyzes financial performance by paying attention to operating profit and the company's cost of capital. The type of this research is a quantitative description that provides a description and analysis of the results of the EVA calculation. This research uses financial data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: 1) financial performance based on EVA at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia obtained a positive EVA value in 2016 to 2018, while in 2019-2020 it obtained a negative EVA;2) financial performance based on EVA at PT. Bank Mandiri obtained a negative EVA value in 2016, 2019, and 2020, while in 2017-2018 it obtained a positive EVA.
