Abstract

Final Project is a scientific paper on the research that discusses a problem in a particular field of science by using applicable scientific rules so that students can compose and write according to the field of science in understanding, analyzing, and explaining problems and providing solutions that are under the field of science. Likewise, the Swadharma Institute of Technology and Business requires every student to prepare a final project as one of the graduation requirements in obtaining a bachelor's degree. However, based on the analysis using the PIECES method, there were several obstacles encountered in the preparation of this final project, especially during the guidance process, the lecturer had difficulty monitoring the progress of the student guidance final project, due to incomplete files and miss communication between lecturers and students so that the problems in work on the final task cannot be solved immediately. In addition, the Dean finds it difficult to monitor the guidance process between students and lecturers. So it is necessary to have an application that can facilitate the guidance process and monitor activities in the guidance of students' final assignments

Abstract

Information is important in carrying out an activity. Information technology is an important tool in supporting the performance of companies, both public and private, on a small, medium, or large scale. Information is expected to facilitate the work and achieve organizational goals. Information is an element that links management functions consisting of planning, operation, and control. Without information, a company will have difficulty in carrying out its operational activities. Therefore, to support the implementation of product and regular company information, a computerized system is needed. Employees can determine the progress of a company based on the performance of its employees. Generally, companies provide compensation in the form of bonuses to maintain a balance in the work ability of an employee to become more enthusiastic and responsible. In an effort to obtain complete and accurate data and information, the research method used to collect data and facts related to the problem discussed, field study research was carried out as a data collection technique. Based on the results of the analysis of hardware and software requirements, the proposed system design is declared technologically feasible and can be used. The system is designed using a web-based operational system, so that the resulting information can be accessed anytime and anywhere

Abstract

PT Jakarta Teknologi Utama is a company engaged in car body repair services or body repair specialists, which is the official workshop of a company engaged in insurance. The repair service process at this time still adheres to the old system, which only prioritizes the quality of repairing the vehicle, without paying attention to customer comfort from other factors. Based on the background of the problem formulation, how to design a claim handling information system, so that the application can not only record claims data recording activities but can also produce accurate reports on claims from customers. Abstract

Many methods can be used in decision-making systems. One of the methods used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The concept of the AHP method is to change qualitative values into quantitative values. This decision support model will describe a complex multi-factor or multi-criteria problem into a hierarchy so that the decisions taken are usually more objective. The Decision Support System uses the web-based Analytical Hierarchy Process method to determine the department. This is a decision support system designed to determine the majors for grade X students at school 2 on Punjung island. The assignment that will be given is taken from various criteria such as the average score of report cards, understanding of the material, and student interests. With this application, it is hoped that students will get a department according to their respective interests and abilities. This system is made web-based using the programming languages PHP and MySQL and uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Decision Support System method

Abstract

PT. Daya Eka Samudera is a company engaged in Marine Cargo Expedition (EMKL) since 2012. Most of the data processing in this company has not been computerized, such as processing of receipt data, and news of goods receipt. So, it has several problems such as difficulty in finding the Minutes of Receipt of the desired goods because they have to look for one by one, invalid data between physical and expedition books. It is quite vulnerable to manipulation, and data may be lost due to scattered or damaged expedition books. The analysis that has been carried out, using the PIECES method on the running system, found various shortcomings that require an E-Archive data processing application. The purpose of this research is to design a Web-based E-Archive application. Abstract

Production of raw materials is one of the scopes of PT. Cahaya Harapan Satya has a direct impact on production performance. Delays in the fulfillment of product orders ordered by consumers can harm the company. Meanwhile, if the supply of raw materials is excessive, it can increase storage costs, damage, and loss of raw materials. The purpose of this study is to overcome existing problems, for that, it is necessary to make an inventory system application that is useful for monitoring the availability of web-based production raw materials to solve the problems that occur. Abstract

PT. Dayalima Abisatya, which is engaged in HR Consulting, still does not have a capable system to support business needs, one of which is in terms of lending information technology equipment for its business.Problems faced by lending are still carried out in various ways, such as by telephone, email, and even private messages to managers of information technology devices. Loan data storage is still in Microsoft Excel. There is a double record of borrowing due to data that is not real time. Loan reports in excel files often do not match. The purpose of this research is to design a system of borrowing and returning a web-based technology device. The results achieved are quite satisfactory and can run well according to the design

PT. Jasa Berdikari Logistics is a company engaged in transportation and logistics. Established since 2006, the business that is carried out is in the field of transportation services. In determining the promotion of PT. Jasa Berdikari Logistics does not yet have a method to determine what will happen at this time. It has main problems, namely: There is no definite method in determining the promotion of vacant positions, because of the manual process carried out by HRD because in conducting the assessment. The employee appraisal process of PT Jasa Berdikari Logistics for the purpose of current promotions is still done manually and takes a long time in the employee appraisal process. Along with the development of the organization of PT Jasa Berdikari Logistics, the current assessment system is considered less supportive to be applied or used at PT Jasa Berdikari Logistics. So that the proposed system is expected to simplify and speed up the process and obtain information related to employees. Abstract

MNC Vision is a company that has many divisions in it. In mechanical engineering division, there’s a problem in handling damage complaints from employees. Due to the lengthy procedure, the complaint handling often does not follow the applicable procedures, causing difficulties in preparing reports and determining priority. Based on analysis and field observations, the mechanical engineering division requires a helpdesk ticketing system that simplifies the process of registering damage, determining priorities and reporting to the management. Registration of complaints per day continues to grow and causes the need for a helpdesk ticketing system to be quite urgent, therefore researchers use the RAD Rapid Application Development method in designing to speed up system design time.MNC Vision sebuah perusahaan yang memiliki banyak divisi didalamnya. Dalam salah satu divisi yaitu mechanical engineering mengalami permasalahan dalam penanganan komplain kerusakan dari karyawan. Karena prosedur yang panjang, sering kali pelaporan kerusakan tidak mengikuti prosedur yang berlaku sehingga menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pembuatan laporan dan menentukan prioritas penanganan komplain. Berdasarkan Analisa dan observasi dilapangan, divisi mechanical engineering membutuhkan sebuah sistem helpdesk ticketing yang mempermudah proses pendaftaran kerusakan, penentuan prioritas dan pelaporan kepada pimpinan. Pedaftaran complaint perhari terus bertambah dan menyebabkan kebutuhan akan sistem ini cukup mendesak, oleh karena itu peneliti menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) dalam perancangan untuk mempercepat waktu perancangan sistem.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a delivery information system for Denso Centra company. PT. Denso Centra is a company engaged in the sale of auto spare parts. In the delivery process to the customer's location, couriers often forget the customer's location and in reporting shipments there are often queues. Based on the analysis using the PIECES framework, it can be concluded that the main problem of PT. Denso Centa is the accuracy and efficiency of information that is less than the maximum on the running system so by making this web-based system it is hoped that it can produce better information. With the design of a website-based application program at PT. Denso Centra, is expected to help simplify the management of data on the delivery of goods and speed up the process of making reports to the leadership. The results of the modeling are in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. While the software used is the PHP and MySql Web programming languages and Micro Dreamweaver. The results of the research are in the form of a web-based delivery system which is expected to overcome the problems that exist in the delivery of goods at PT Denso Centra
