Research Methods : This study used an observational analytic design with a cross sectional time approach . The population and sample in this study were all pregnant women who had experienced nausea and vomiting as many as 35 people in the Ngajum Health Center Work Area. The sample of this study were some pregnant women who had experienced nausea and vomiting, as many as 30 people were taken according to the researcher's criteria. Sampling using purposive sampling . Collecting data using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Spearman rank test . Research Results: This study showed that respondents with primigravida parity almost all had negative nausea and vomiting handling behavior, as many as 10 respondents (33.3%) . All respondents with poor knowledge have negative behavior in handling nausea and vomiting, as many as 4 respondents (40%). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the behavior of handling nausea and vomiting in terms of knowledge and attitudes with a P value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) . Conclusion: The behavior of pregnant women in the first trimester in handling nausea and vomiting is strongly influenced by the knowledge of pregnant women about nausea and vomiting and parity of pregnant women. it is hoped that health workers can provide midwifery care about nausea and vomiting in the first trimester of pregnancy, especially in primigravida and can increase efforts to overcome nausea and vomiting experienced by pregnant women in the first trimester. Abstract

Background: Anemia is an event that is often experienced by pregnant women, the cause of anemia is more due to inappropriate eating patterns and risky pregnancy intervals. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between diet and pregnancy spacing with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Methods: This type of research uses a cross sectional approach , the instruments used are observation sheets and questionnaire sheets, the population in this study is pregnant women who experience anemia, namely 25 people with a sample of 20 respondents using cluster random sampling technique, this study uses Chi square test analysis. Results: This study showed that results of bivariate analysis with chi square test with a significant value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), which means that there is a relationship between eating patterns and pregnancy spacing with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Conclusion: There is a relationship because the occurrence of anemia is generally caused by an unbalanced diet. This is due to the low nutritional awareness of the community, especially pregnant women, while repeated pregnancies with a short time span will cause iron reserves in the mother's body to have not been fully recovered and then again depleted for the needs of the fetus being conceived

Abstract

Background: The spread of dengue hemorrhagic fever can be caused by many factors, one of which is the lack of family duties in preventing. This study aimed to know the role of the family in preventing dengue hemorrhagic fever in the community. Methods: The research design used was observational using cross sectional method and using a questionnaire sheet instrument. The population in this study were 45 respondents. The sample size is 45 respondents using total sampling technique, while to determine the relationship between variables used Spearman rank test with a significant level of 0.05.Results: The results showed that almost all (33%) had not performed the 3M Plus Behavior. The results of the Spearman rank statistical test simultaneously have a family task relationship in 3M Plus behavior with a significant value = 0.000 < 0.05, then reject H0. While the individual test only family tasks that affect the behavior of 3M Plus with p value = 0.035 < 0.05.Conclusion: Family tasks affect the behavior of 3M Plus with dengue hemorrhagic fever prevention because the family has done five forms of family tasks. In the future, the family will be able to carry out 3M plus behavior and try to deal with it appropriately through five forms of family tasks
