Abstract

Background: The number of mothers whose babies do not get complete immunizations because mothers do not bring their babies to the posyandu or at the puskesmas for immunization because some of the heat when immunization will be carried out and the availability of time for working mothers so that they always delay immunization for toddlers so that there are still some mothers who have low levels of immunization. Low knowledge is one of the factors that cause mother's level of education to be anxious about bringing her baby to immunization. Method: The population was 35 respondents, namely mothers of children under five in the posyandu area of the Pakisaji Public Health Center. The sampling technique in this research is Simple Random Sampling. for research results using the contingency coefficient. Results: Data management and analysis using the coefficient of congruence test. The results of this study indicate that the mother's knowledge level (50%) and maternal compliance are 23 people (71.9%). The results of the coefficient of congruence test showed that the P-value = 0.014. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between mother's knowledge about immunization side effects and compliance with the completeness of basic immunization for toddlers in the Posyandu area of Puskesmas Pakisaji

Abstract

Background: Problems that arise related to DM such as changes in the way of life such as feeling lonely and aware of death, living alone, changes in economic terms, chronic diseases, weakening physical strength so that sufferers experience decreased body functions, so the need for self-efficacy and regular checks of levels blood sugar. Method: The literature is sourced from the google scholar database, google scholar published from 2015 to 2019, and manually selects articles that are relevant to the research question. Results: The results of the study in a literature review revealed that the majority of respondents had self-efficacy in the good category with blood sugar levels in the normal category. The results showed that type 2 diabetes mellitus is the most common type of DM, which is 90-95% of all DM patients and is mostly experienced by adults over 40 years of age. This is due to insulin retention tends to increase in the elderly (40-65 years).. Conclusion: Self-efficacy has an important role in changing these behaviors where there must be confidence and awareness that you have the ability to take the expected actions in this case the patient's behavior in controlling blood sugar levels

Abstract

Background: The function of the toddler integrated healthcare center is important in monitoring the growth and development of children, but there are still many mothers of toddlers who do not regularly visit the integrated healthcare center. This can be influenced by various factors, including the low level of knowledge and interest of mothers in integrated healthcare center. Method: The design of this study was pre-experimental with a one-group pre-post test approach. The population of all mothers of toddlers aged 3-5 years in Parakan Village amounted to 132 people, with a probability sampling technique obtained a sample of 33 respondents. The independent variable of health education with the dependent variable of knowledge and interest, the results were analyzed by the Wilcoxon signed rank test at = 0.05. Results: The results showed that most of the respondents prior to receiving health education had sufficient knowledge category, namely 20 respondents (60.6%) and had moderate interest category, namely 18 respondents (54.5%). After health education, it was known that almost all respondents had good knowledge, namely 27 respondents (81.8%) and most of them had high interest categories, namely 21 respondents (63.6%). Conclusion: The provision of information stimulus can increase knowledge and trigger interest in making regular visits so that it is hoped that there will be ongoing health education activities to maintain maternal visits to integrated healthcare center

Abstract

Background: Integrated healthcare center park is a government effort in optimizing Integrated healthcare center activities so that they do not only carry out monitoring functions but are also promotive efforts to stimulate child growth and development better, but in fact there are still many children who have not participated in Taman Integrated healthcare center either due to limited facilities and there are still many parents who doubt the benefits. Method: The design of this study was observational with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study were all toddlers in Ngadirenggo Village, Pogalan District-Trenggalek totaling 399 toddlers, with a proportioned random sampling technique obtained a sample of 40 respondents. The independent variable is the participation of Taman Integrated healthcare center with the dependent variable being child development. Data analysis using Spearman rank test at=0.05. Results: The results showed that all respondents who participated in Taman Integrated healthcare center had the appropriate category development, namely 8 respondents (100.0%) and most of the respondents who did not participate in Taman Integrated healthcare center had development in the appropriate category, namely 22 respondents (55.0%). The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between participation in Early Childhood Education Programs activities at the Integrated healthcare center Park with the development of children under five in Ngadirenggo Village, Pogalan District, Trenggalek Regency (p = 0.005 < = 0.05). Conclusion: Children who participate in the integrated healthcare center park will get better monitoring of growth and development, besides that they will also get developmental stimulation through group activities. Existing play and learning activities are useful in honing children's development so that children who participate in Integrated healthcare center parks tend to have more appropriate developments

Abstract

Background: The performance of health workers is a very important issue to be studied in order to maintain and improve the quality of health services. In improving health service efforts, especially promotion and prevention services, it is necessary to have health workers who have good and competent performance. Method: researchers used a literature review design. This literature study uses three databases (Pubmed, Proquest & Google Scholar) with the majority of the research design using quasi-experimental, randomized control, case-control, cross-sectional, qualitative studies, literature/systematic reviews. Picos is used to select studies which include, journals for the last five years and in English and Indonesian, titles, and abstracts. The keywords used are the role of cadres for the behavior of mothers in maintaining the growth and development of babies and 6 journals will be reviewed. Results: Efforts that can be made by health cadres of Posyandu under five are as motivators, health educators, health service providers, having high knowledge, good skills, approaching and persuasive, conducting visitations and conducting evaluations. Mother's awareness behavior in maintaining baby's growth and development is low. However, the presence of health cadres can help direct mothers to know and understand how to maintain good and correct baby growth and development. Conclusion: Health cadres have many efforts that can be done to increase mother's awareness of maintaining baby's growth and development by being motivators, health educators, health service providers, having high knowledge, good skills, approaching and persuasive, conducting visitations and conducting evaluations

Abstract

Background: Abdominal pain during menstruation (dysmenorrhea) that is felt by every woman is different, some are slightly disturbed but some are so disturbed that they cannot carry out daily activities and make them have to rest and even have to be absent from school or work. This study aimed to explore the differences between abdominal stretching exercises and dysmenorrhea exercises to reduce dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls. Method: the researcher used a literature review design. This literature study uses two databases (Proquest & Google Scholar) with the majority of the research design using quasi-experimental, randomized control, case-control, cross-sectional, qualitative studies, literature/systematic reviews. Picos is used to select studies which include, journals of the last ten years and in both English and Indonesian languages, titles, and abstracts. With a total of 11 journals identified. Results: Abdominal stretching exercises can be done anywhere and anytime so it is not difficult for teenagers who want to do the exercises. Conclusion: This exercise is also very suitable to be applied to teenagers who have a high desire for motion, where this exercise if done regularly can also burn calories which can help shape the body.

Abstract

Background: Dextromethorphan is often misused with excessive doses so that it gives a euphoric effect, a sense of calm, visual and auditory hallucinations. In fact, if taken in the recommended dosage, these pills are useful for suppressing coughs (antitussive) and phlegm-busting. However, it is often misused as a drug pill, because if you take too much, at least 10 pills at a time, it can cause nervous system depression that can become addictive. This study aimed to explore the abuse of the dextromethorphan class of drugs on adolescent learning concentration. Method: the researcher used a literature review design. The method used in the literature review is through a systematic approach to analyze data in a simplified approach. The keywords in this study are dextromethorphan drug abuse and concentration in learning. Results: Dextromethorphan is often misused with excessive doses so that it gives a euphoric effect, a sense of calm, visual and auditory hallucinations. Dextromethorphan intoxication or overdose can cause hyperexcitability, fatigue, sweating, slurred speech, hypertension, and can cause respiratory depression. Conclusion: Dextromethorphan drug abuse is associated with tolerance, addiction or addiction problems which can then develop into drug dependence (drug dependence). Students who experience deviant behavior in the form of drug abuse of the dextromethorphan class will experience impaired concentration while studying.

Abstract

Background: Pregnant women often feel worried, afraid or anxious both in primi gravida and multigravida. In primi gravida mothers this feeling of anxiety arises because they have never experienced this process before and in multigravida mothers anxiety usually arises because they think about whether later after delivery they can divide their time, especially in taking care of their children. This study aimed to determine the Effect of Five Finger Hypnosis Therapy in Reducing Anxiety in Mother Gravida. Method: The research design uses a literature review of several research journal articles published on the Health Base. The health databases used include: Google Scholar, and Pubmed with a time span of 2015 to 2020 with search results of 6 journals. The results of this paper indicate that there is an effect of Five Finger Hypnosis Therapy in Reducing Anxiety in Gravida's Mother. Results: Where on average the articles get the results of anxiety before doing finger hypnosis in the mild category, after hypnosis, most of them have mild anxiety levels and there is an influence of hypnosis on anxiety levels in primigravida and multigravida mothers. Conclusion: This five finger hypnosis therapy is very meaningful because with five finger hypnosis therapy pregnant women will get inner peace and relaxation so that the level of anxiety in the mother decreases

Abstract

Background: Hypercholesterolemia can cause blockages in blood vessels and heart. Not infrequently people with hypercholesterolemia will experience myocardial infarction in the heart which leads to death. Changes in lifestyle are characterized by consuming less fiber-containing foods which have an impact on increasing LDL cholesterol levels in the blood. This study aimed to determine the effect of the application of high fiber consumption patterns on the reduction of cholesterol levels. Method: Literature review from the Google Scholar database, Pubmed published from 2010 to 2020, and manually select articles that are relevant to the research statement and use the keywords high fiber consumption patterns and hypercholesterolemia. Results: From the results of the literature review conducted, it was found that there were 10 related articles that met the criteria. Results: The results of the search are obtained by consuming a high-fiber diet (avocado, guava and dragon fruit, carrots and tomatoes, etc.) which produce nutrients and antioxidants such as anthocyanins, flavonoids, lycopene, PUFA, MUFA, niacin, fiber, vitamin C and phytosterols which can help lower LDL cholesterol levels and increase HDL. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the pattern of consumption of high-fiber foods to decrease cholesterol levels. With a high-fiber consumption pattern, it can bind bile acids and then excreted together with feces, this acid can reduce LDL cholesterol levels.

Abstract

Background: There are so many kinds of acquaintances with teenagers and one of the most troubling in recent times is motorcycling students who have various deviant behaviors and engage in various kinds of behavior such as racing, brawls, and drinking alcohol. This is because teenagers who are members of motorcycle gangs do not only commit violations that disrupt public order, such as offenses leading to crimes that can endanger the community, such as robbery, persecution that takes the lives of others. This study aimed to explain the assistance of parents with students who often play motorcycle racing at night. Method: The method of searching for articles in several databases using certain keys in the 2015-2020 period. The results of the search found 8 journal articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: The habit of racing among teenagers is a form of juvenile delinquency. The teenagers involved were jockeys, spectators and mechanics. The reason for wild racing is because it is a hobby, channeling automotive talent and stress relief. The resulting impact: disturbing the peace of the residents, damaging public facilities when an accident occurs, and the loss of self-ethics of teenagers on the road. Conclusion: There is a relationship between student social behavior and motor racing.
