Jurnal Teknologi dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (TEKIBA) urnal Teknologi dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (TEKIBA) adalah jurnal ilmiah multidisiplin yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Teknik Universitas PGRI Banyuangi dengan nomor registrasi ISSN 2776-947X. Jurnal ini berkaitan dengan informasi tentang gagasan, implementasi serta pencapaian dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Publikasi jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran atau gagasan konseptual dan hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat. TEKIBA memuat berbagai kegiatan tenaga pengajar di Universitas PGRI Banyuangi dalam menangani dan mengelola berbagai potensi, hambatan, tantangan, dan permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian juga melibatkan peran serta masyarakat dan mitra. Kegiatan pengabdian disusun menjadi suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Fokus dan Lingkup Publikasi jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran atau gagasan konseptual dan hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Abstract

Community service is one of the dharma and obligations of college. One form of activity is participation in activities at the village/kelurahan level. The writing of this article aims to describe the participation of college in the anniversary activities of the Gombengsari village, Banyuwangi district. Participation is carried out according to the invitation of the organizing committee. Participation was carried out from elements of structural officials, the unit of Humas dan Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru and university students. University have participated in enlivening and enlivening activities in the form of ceremonial events, exhibition and environmental dialogues.

Abstract

Financial reports are a source of information that stakeholders use to make decisions regarding controlling company operational costs, understanding company profits and losses, understanding debts and liabilities, and calculating taxes. As financial reports also play an important role in Micro Small and Medium Enterprises sector, there are still many Micro Small and Medium Enterprises sector that have not prepared financial reports or have prepared them in the middle of difficulties and complications. This community service activity is carried out using survey and interview methods. After finding the obstacles faced by Batam Sumber Indah Store, the solution was to design an accounting system information in the form of Microsoft Office Access. The results of this activity are expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Batam Sumber Indah Store in producing reliable financial reports.

Abstract

Early childhood is a child in the golden period, also known as the "Golden Age", during which the growth and development of children in various aspects develops rapidly. Children at an early age are in dire need of stimulation appropriate to their age and abilities: infants (0-1 years), toddlers (2-3 years), playgroups (3-6 years), and early school age (6-8 years). Children's fine motor skills are greatly influenced by the making of this collage. The author uses the method of playing while learning by tearing origami paper and pasting it on the given paper. The purpose of this study was to find out whether children's fine motor development improved when they participated in collage activities with various materials and tools such as glue, origami, and making pictures with patterns. This study strives to help children become more innovative and creative. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method which is this method to collect information

Abstract

One of the biggest challenges in business in the global era is creating and maintaining satisfied and loyal customers. It is difficult for a company to survive in the long term without satisfied customers. Every company in the field of products and services has a different excellent service system. This research is aimed at finding out how efficient it is in helping the Excellent Service process. The methods used in the research are questionnaires, documentation and using the Androgogy development model. The results of this research show that there is efficiency in Service Excellent training, meaning that the learning process has demonstrated an understanding of the material. This is in line with the opinion of Edwin B. Flippo (Sukma, H.P 2018) that after employees are recruited, selected and appointed/introduced, they must then be developed to be more suited to the job and organization. This development includes training to increase general knowledge and understanding of the entire environment. Meanwhile, based on the assessment of superiors and subordinates, in this case the Service Excellent Training participants, changes in employee behavior after attending the training show that employees have experienced an increase in their behavior of helping others, self-integrity, mutual respect, professionalism at work, working together in teams, completing tasks on time, caring about colleagues and customers, and using greetings to colleagues, superiors and customers. The results of this assessment mean that the training carried out has had a positive effect on improving the behavior expected by the organization and it can be said that the training held has been effective.
