Abstract

The authority given to local governments by the central government to manage regional affairs for the benefit of the people is known as decentralization. The Tanah Datar Regency Government makes a policy through the “One Village One Event” program. The purpose of this study was to determine the benefits and inhibiting factors in implementing “One Village One Event” using a qualitative approach. By describing the implementation of “One Village One Event” activities, this type of research is descriptive in nature. In this study, interview techniques, documentation, literature reviews in journals and online media, and documentation were used to collect data. The results of this study indicate that the benefits of ”One Village One Event” are Preserving Culture, Exploring Local Potential, Increasing Tourism and Increasing the Community's Economy. The implementation went smoothly and without any significant obstacles.

Abstract

The implementation of road maintenance and surveillance policies is useful for providing comfort to road users in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number 13 of 2011 concerning Procedures for Road Maintenance and Surveillance. Efforts to implement the policy are to provide services in the form of repairs, prevention of road conditions so as not to cause problems. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of road maintenance and surveillance in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number 13 of 2011 concerning Road Maintenance and Surveillance Procedures. The results show that the implementation of road maintenance policy in Malang District is hampered by the shortage of quantity and quality of human resources and financial resources. The lack of competent human resources and the lack of financial resources have an impact on the course of implementing road maintenance policies. From these obstacles, the results of road maintenance implementation are not as expected. On the other hand, the community considers that the government of the Malang Regency Bina Marga Public Works Office has provided and shown positive services and responses in the implementation of road maintenance in Malang Regency. Community support is also a motivation for the government in implementing road maintenance policies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the quality of service delivery provided by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Tanjung Perak. This research is a qualitative type of research which uses a descriptive approach as a research method. Observation, documentation, and interviews are used as data collection methods in this study, so that after the research data is obtained, the next process of data analysis uses the stages of reducing the data that has been obtained, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The subjects of this study are participants and prospective participants who have received services from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Tanjung Perak. From the results of the research that has been conducted, it shows that the quality of public services at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Tanjung Perak has been carried out well as a whole, where it has fulfilled five dimensions in the implementation of public service quality which are studied through the dimension of reliability, dimension of responsiveness, dimension of assurance, dimension of empathy, and dimension of tangible.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an assessment of the implementation of the Action Plan for the Prevention, Eradication, Abuse, and Illicit Trafficking of Narcotics and Narcotics Precursors (P4GN) in the prevention field conducted by the National Narcotics Agency of Bengkulu Province. This study utilizes a qualitative method employing a case study research strategy. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis is carried out interactively using the Miles and Huberman data analysis model. The research findings indicate that there are three well-assessed prevention programs/activities and two programs/activities whose implementation needs improvement. The evaluation of the effectiveness of these programs/activities is based on the achievement of P4GN success indicators. The three programs/activities that received positive evaluations are: a) P4GN socialization, b) urine testing for non-civil servant employees and transportation service operators, and c) drug-free village program. On the other hand, the two programs/activities that require improvement are: a) urine testing for every family planning activity, and b) urine testing for core members of the anti-drug youth cadre

Abstract

The effectiveness of the KALIMASADA (Population Administration Aware Community Environmental Area) program in raising public awareness about the importance of managing population administration is discussed in this study. The aim of the KALIMASADA program is to make it easier for the community to process population administration documents by making it possible to handle the KALIMASADA pilot RT head or at the nearest RW hall instead of having to go directly to the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registry office. This study uses a qualitative approach with an emphasis on descriptive techniques. Target accuracy, program socialization, program objectives, and also program monitoring are four aspects that affect whether or not a program runs using Budiana's variable theory of effectiveness (2007). The results of research on the implementation of the KALIMASADA program in the Kendangsari Village can be said to have been effective. However, it needs to be improved again in several aspects such as program socialization so that citizen awareness of the importance of population administration can be further increased so that an orderly population administration area is realized.

Abstract

The state's efforts to meet the basic needs of its citizens are through public services. Where the position of state officials as service providers must be oriented towards optimal service and community satisfaction is a priority. One of the efforts made by Dispendukcapil district. Sidoarjo, namely through the Integrated Pick Up Football program. Integrated Ball Pick-up is a population administration service that is carried out by visiting the location you want to go to. This program aims to encourage regional innovation in providing services, especially for communities who are constrained by distance in managing population administration. This research aims to determine the quality of service from the Integrated Ball Pick-up program implemented by the Sidoarjo Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The results of this research show that the quality of service from the Integrated Pick-up and Ball program is quite good and effective in helping the community to manage population administration. Based on the Tangible dimension, it proves that people feel the service is easy and effective, the Reability dimension proves that the service provided is swift and efficient, the responsiveness dimension proves the responsiveness of officers in solving community problems, the assurance dimension proves a guarantee of the authenticity and security of community population data, and the empathy dimension proves The existence of a community satisfaction survey provides the community with the opportunity to provide an explanation of the performance of officers in providing services so that good communication can be established between officers and the community.

Abstract

Community engagement is crucial for successful development initiatives and rural community empowerment. This study focuses on analyzing community participation in an empowerment program in Batam City. The challenge lies in disseminating information about local regulation No. 11 of 2013 to a growing population. Current information dissemination methods, including print and electronic media, have limitations in reaching newcomers effectively. Despite consistent socialization efforts by the Batam City Environment Service, public awareness of environmental cleanliness remains insufficient due to a lack of attachment to the surroundings. To address waste management effectively, Regional Regulation Law No. 11 of 2013 plays a vital role. Ongoing socialization programs by the Batam City Environment Service are essential for program effectiveness. The study emphasizes the importance of community engagement and the need for tailored strategies to foster environmental stewardship in Batam City.

Abstract

Population Administration is a series of structuring and controlling activities in the publication of documents and Population Data through Population Registration, Civil Registration, management of Population Administration information and utilization of the results for public services and development of other sectors. To improve the quality of service at Dispendukcapil Surabaya launched an innovation called Klampid New Generation (KNG). This research aims to explain how Population Administration service innovations carried out by Dispendukcapil through Klampid New Generation cover six important aspects. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Interviews, observation and documentation are the techniques used in collecting research data. The research focus includes new or improved services, process innovation, administrative innovation, system innovation, conceptual innovation, and radical change of rationale. This research data analysis uses interactive data analysis. The research results show that the City of Surabaya has succeeded in creating public service innovation through Klampid New Generation. Klampid New Generation has had a positive impact on Population Administration services in the City of Surabaya, although there are still shortcomings in it.

Abstract

Environmental damage as a from of change caused by human interaction, both these changes are direct and indirect. This change becomes a new problem that is difficult to overcome. The problem of environmental damage is not a problem of an individual, an organization, but rather it is a common problem that requires joint handling as well. This research aims to find out how the government’s policy to tackle environmental pollution and how public policy encourages social inclusion in tackling pollution. This research uses a juridical approach by examining government policies. This research managed to find out what are the public policies in dealing with environmental pollution. The existence of the government’s role in encouraging social inclusion in tackling environmental pollution as a from of government participation in environmental pollution

Abstract

The Secretariat of the Regional Representatives Council of Badung Regency or known as Badung Regency Secretariat is an institution within the Badung Regency administration which has the duties and functions of providing administrative services and assisting the DPRD in helping out its functions and duties. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role and leadership style of the board secretary in improving the competence of employees at the Badung Regency DPRD Secretariat. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the data collection methods and techniques used, the authors obtained data that the role of the Board Secretary as a leader, Liason Manager, and figurehead has been going well. This can be seen from the leadership style used by the Board Secretary, namely an employee-oriented leadership style, where through and focus on how to motivate employees rather than control them. Through the leadership style of the Board Secretary, there are several ways to improve the competence of employees. Among them is by providing good training through seminars, training, mentoring, and working visits outside the region so that employees can increase competence both theoretically and creatively in developing innovations at work.
