Abstract

The ability of a school principal who has an entrepreneurial spirit in terms of innovation can greatly determine the success of the school he leads because within the school principal is able and able to respond to the needs or desires and expectations of the community as an educational service for their children. Therefore, if you want to be successful in leading a school, be a creative and innovative individual in terms of realizing the creative potential that you can have in the form of quality innovation. The process of implementing entrepreneurial management at SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo, goes according to predetermined programs. Among them in carrying out entrepreneurship, schools always prepare themselves with Entrepreneurial Planning at SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo is an activity to think in advance about things that must be done regarding students at school, both since students will enter school, while at school, and they will graduate from school. What is planned is the things that must be done with regard to the acceptance of students until the graduation of students. School policies identify activities that can be used to achieve the target or goal of student success. In terms of this research approach is qualitative research, in terms of this research, there are problems that can be raised are activities related to giving ideas or ideas in an entrepreneurial spirit carried out by the principal of SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo, the result is that the Principal of SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo As a knowledge leader always prioritizing the role of the principal as a knowledge leader is a step forward in directing changes in the school's organizational culture. Increasing Creativity is carried out through: a climate of mutual trust and shared commitment; honest and open communication; creative problem solving; and flexible school management processes

Abstract

Mathematical communication abilitiess are very important for students to have because through communication, students can explore their mathematical thinking, develop mindsets, and relate one idea to another. Talking about the ability of everyone has different abilities, one of the factors that influence it is gender differences. This study aims to analyze and describe the mathematical communication abilities of high-achieving students in terms of gender differences in class VIII students at MTs Negeri 6 Kuningan. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Subject taking was done by purposive sampling technique. Data collection was obtained through tests, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that students' mathematical communication skills, both male and female students, had nearly as good mathematical communication skills, both in terms of speech and writing. It's just that what distinguishes between male and female students is that male students are more thorough and thorough in the process of doing it in writing compared to female students who experience mistakes.

Abstract

In Permendikbud No. 3 of 2020 concerning Standards for Learning facilities and infrastructure are the minimum criteria regarding facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the needs of the content and learning process in the framework of fulfilling graduate learning outcomes. In general, this study aims to evaluate the implementation of learning-based library management organized by SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik. Based on its purpose, this research was designed as a qualitative research. In this case the population in this study are students, teachers, foundation owners, and school principals. The research subjects were a portion of the population at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik. The results obtained in this study are expected to provide an explanation of how learning-based library management is implemented in terms of learning process standards. The results showed that the maintenance of learning-based library facilities at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik was carried out in the context of efficiency and effectiveness. Abstract

The problem in this study is the low mathematical problem solving of students. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach to mathematical problem solving abilities. The method in research is quantitative method. The type of research used to investigate causal relationships is quasi-experiment where experimental units are divided into experimental groups and control groups without randomization. The research design chosen is Non-equivalent control group design. This research will be carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Ciautumn in February 2023. Samples were taken by purposive sampling consisting of classes VII A and B (Experimental Class) and classes VII C and D (Control Class). The number of students of both classes is the same which is 24 students, a total sample of 48 students. The results of the hypothesis test on the results of post-test data showed that there was a significant difference between students' mathematical problem solving abilities after applying the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach in the experimental class and the conventional model of the control class. There was a significant improvement in students' mathematical problem-solving ability in the experimental group compared to students' mathematical problem-solving skills in the control group

Abstract

The research stems from concerns among graduate students who lack proficiency in English communication, essential in today's era of global competition. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the online-based English language learning management's role in enhancing students' English communication skills. Specific objectives encompass English Learning Planning, Organizing, Implementation, and Evaluation, while addressing inhibiting factors and devised solutions. Employing the POAC management function (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) by G.R. Terry, the research follows a qualitative case study approach. Outcomes demonstrate that effective planning with vision, mission, objectives, and schedules significantly improves students' English communication skills. Organizing online English learning through an optimized structure and dedicated teaching team facilitates the process. Curriculum-guided implementation utilizes native speaker guest lecturers for an enriched experience. Evaluations are consistently refined through iterative processes. Despite challenges such as human resources, infrastructure, and institutional policies, alternatives are established to overcome barriers. Solutions encompass human resources, facility enhancements, ICT advancements, and policy adaptations, all fostering English communication skills. Online-based English learning yields graduates with proficient English communication abilities, positively impacting their overall quality. However, the study highlights that the current online-based management hasn't reached its full potential in enhancing communication skills. Bridging the gap between online and practical learning can more effectively train students in English communication, gradually achieving the desired proficiency

Abstract

The implementation of Tatanen-based character development at Bale Atikan is expected to be able to produce graduates with noble character. The purpose of this research is to analyze TDBA-based character education management in improving the quality of creative and innovative junior high school graduates using qualitative methods. In this case, the population in this study are school principals, school committees, teachers, education personnel, student representatives and parent/guardian representatives. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research subjects were part of the population at SMPN 10 Purwakarta, SMPN 2 Pasawahan, and SMPN 3 Purwakarta. The results of the study revealed that (1) character program planning in these three schools focused on long and medium term development plans, with vision, mission, and clear goals; (2) the implementation of character development refers to a curriculum that supports the school's vision and mission; (3) TDBA-based character education management evaluation is carried out effectively, involving all components in planning, implementation, and evaluation; (4) obstacles in implementing character education involve internal and external factors; (5) efforts to overcome obstacles involve the provision of facilities and infrastructure, teacher training, and improvement of character education management; (6) TDBA-based character education in the three schools produced a positive impact, including improving students' academic results, skills, and attitudes.

Abstract

In the era of globalisation and advances in information technology, competition in various business sectors is increasingly fierce, including in the world of small businesses. On the other hand, higher education also faces the challenge of preparing students to become graduates who have high competitiveness in the ever-changing labour market. The purpose of this study is to explain the strategy of utilising educational technology to improve the competitiveness of students' small businesses. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The study results show that the integration of educational technology has a significant positive impact on the growth of small businesses as well as students' readiness to face competition in the global market. Through technology-based education, students are given the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of business aspects, develop relevant technological skills, and design smarter strategies. Technology adoption supports operational efficiency with automation of routine tasks, more accurate inventory management, and better financial management. The utilisation of technology also provides opportunities for innovation in products, services, and business processes, which in turn helps small businesses to compete better in the marketplace.

Abstract

Education is one of the main pillars in a country's development, given its important role in shaping a competent and competitive young generation. In today's digital and information technology era, the role of technology in education is increasingly important to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning process and overall education management. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply the role of ChatGPT in improving the efficiency of the education management process. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The research found that ChatGPT's role in improving the efficiency of the education management process is significant. This technology has opened the door for a positive transformation in the way education is managed, taught and run. By providing instant information, assistance in learning, and support in communication, ChatGPT can enrich the educational experience of students, teachers, parents, and administrative staff.

Abstract

MSMEs play a crucial role in a country's economy. They contribute to job creation, local economic growth, and product or service innovation. Education is also recognised as a key pillar in community and economic development. Improving the quality of education has the potential to help MSMEs grow and thrive. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of business mentors in supporting the growth of MSMEs that receive support from education. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from special sources, namely Google Scholar and Google search engine. The results of this study show that the role played by business mentors in supporting the growth of education-supported MSMEs is significant. The collaboration between business knowledge gained through formal education and practical guidance from mentors forms a strong foundation for sustainable business growth. Mentors not only provide insight and experience, but also help young business owners overcome challenges, formulate effective strategies, and build valuable networks. In an ever-changing business ecosystem, this role is becoming increasingly important in moulding the next generation of competent and innovative entrepreneurs.

Abstract

In the midst of increasingly fierce competition, students as the younger generation have the potential to become innovative and highly competitive entrepreneurs. However, the first step in the entrepreneurial journey, namely developing a viable business idea, is often an obstacle for many students. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply the role of business incubators in encouraging students to develop entrepreneurial ideas. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The study results show that the role of business incubators in encouraging students to develop entrepreneurial ideas is crucial. Business incubators provide a supportive environment, valuable resources, training, infrastructure, funding sources, and collaboration opportunities that all contribute to the development of creative ideas into successful businesses. Business incubators also help develop the entrepreneurial character and mentality necessary to face the challenges and uncertainties of the business world.
