Abstract

Academic information system planning can provide a guide in the design of academic information systems aligned with the business processes of an organization. SMK Isen Mulang yet have an Academic Information System planning are aligned with business processes. It required an academic information system planning can provide clear guidelines in the use of information technology for academic affairs at SMK Isen Mulang. Analysis of the needs required in the planning of Academic Information System using Zachman Framework approach. Each cell of the matrix Zachman discussed in depth to analyze the needs of Academic Information Systems of SMK Isen Mulang Palangkaraya. For the modeling used E-R diagrams, UML diagrams, and for examples of interface design using GUI Design Studio. The result of this research study is a vocational blueprint by using Zachman Academic Information Framework. Zachman Framework Approach to describe clearly and in detail the parts of planning academic Academic Information Systems in a simple model. This plan resulted in a blueprint that can be used as a reference are structured in making academic information system program code and test development in SMK Isen Mulang Palangkaraya.

Abstract

In the motion tracking is required a marker that will be easier to process this motion tracking, marker certainly has a shape, size and position that will help facilitate the process of this motion tracking. In this research will be done shooting a scene with an experiment with 3 types of marker form and each marker has 5 different sizes, then the results of the taking will be analyzed. From the results of the analysis will get the results of numbers that will show the highest number for what markers with what size can help the process of motion tracking, as well as position marker where the most frequently appear on the results of the marker position analysis later. This can be seen from the results of software analysis that will be used later. Keyword : CGI, marker , motion tracking

Abstract

The library of Faculty of Medicine of University of Palangka Raya is one of the libraries that regulates its management conventionally, and has not utilized computer technology optimally. So that, the library needs to improve its performance over the time, perticularly in delivering information on books or in terms of circulation services of book borrowing and returning transactions. The methodology used in making this information system is method of modified Waterfall software. This method consists of four stages; (1) Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Implementation; (4) Testing. Errors in typing the words searched for by the users could cause the searching for information cannot be found. Thus, levenshtein distance algorithm would be able to display autocorrect or provide the word suggestions to improve the title of the book that had the closest distance value to the word typed. Based on the results of the levenshtein distance algorithm calculation for the single target book title search, it has an accuracy of 75%; for the multi target book title with 2 words, it has an accuracy of 64.29%; for the multi target book title with 3 words, it has an accuracy of 66.75%, and; for the multi target book title with 4 words has an accuracy of 70.83%.

Abstract

Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi mobile myindihome. Sebagai penyedia layanan, PT. Telkom, Tbk dituntut untuk mampu memberikan pelayanan atau respon yang cepat, tepat dan akurat kepada pelanggan. Meskipun memiliki beberapa sarana untuk menampung semua keluhan pelanggan di Indonesia, namun dalam kenyataannya masih banyak keluhan pelanggan yang belum dapat terselesaikan dengan baik yang perlu diperhatikan. Dalam penelitian ini, pengukuran kepuasan pengguna terhadap respon cepat tanggap layanan menggunakan kombinasi metode ServQual dan WebQual. Kombinasi kedua teori, secara efektif menangani multikolinieritas (jika banyak variabel yang sangat berkorelasi). Sehubungan dengan kondisi itu, berdasarkan teori service quality (ServQual) digunakan untuk mengetahui kepuasan terhadap aplikasi tersebut, apakah ada pengaruh variabel reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, dan tangible terhadap kepuasan pengguna baik perorangan maupun kelompok. Sedangkan berdasarkan instrumen webqual 4.0 mengidentifikasi kualitas berdasarkan tiga variabel yaitu usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality. Adapun penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi gambaran kepuasan pengguna sekaligus menjadi masukan bagi pihak penyedia layanan dalam mengembangkan strategi selanjutnya.

Abstract

Sunday School is an activity to teach children the basics of Christianity by delivering material according to the contents of the Bible, including the introduction of Christian songs that are packaged in a simple manner so that they are easy to understand. However, in learning activities, the teacher's way of conveying messages in the Bible is by telling stories. The learning process is conventional and has limited teaching aids and takes a long time to convey the material. In this study, the method of collecting observation data, interviews, references, documentation and questionnaires was used, while the system development method used MDLC, and the design used UML. The final result of this research is interactive learning media for Sunday school children that can be used by children for Christian religious activities. Based on the results of the user response to interactive learning media for Sunday school children by 80.4%

Abstract

In managing documents PT.Pertamina of Depot Bula at the time still in manual and less efficient in recording and data search letters that take a considerable time in all processes. Therefore, it is required by the software to help manage data effectively and efficiently letter. To help resolve the constraints faced by the author takes the title "information system documentation letter". With this information system is expected to last letter of information system documentation to be better than ever. After this letter information system documentation created and based on the desire of the results of PT. Pertamina Depot Bula with their conclusion that the letter information system documentation process is becoming more efficient, fast and easy because in giving the number of letters assistant will no longer need to open a file of letters and numbers letter will be recorded automatically at the time assistant to open a new mail. Therefore, the numerical gain minimizing mistakes letter. In the letter, the data search process will be easier to fast and without the need to open the file documentation as well as data security is also more secure with their password gift. Another database keeps bending to mind is information system documentation this letter is much more effective.

Abstract

Fuzzy method in the world of information and communication technology especially in the domain of intelligent systems, which one can be used to predictions/ forecasting. In this study the author will use the Novel Algorithm presented by Jasim, Salim and Ibraheem as a method to predictioning the Gold Price, the data source is retrieved from the http://www.kitco.com. Then the predictions result with Novel Algorithm will be comparing with fuzzy time series methods presented by Ruey Chyn Tsaur. Results of the predictions using Novel Algorithm, obtained a value of MAPE 0,0385(3,85%), while the Fuzzy Time Series Ruey Chyn Tsaur, obtained results of MAPE 0,0544(5,44%)

Abstract

University is one of the agencies that use information technology to support various business processes. University requires data integration between the systems so that the data available in one system can be used in other systems to support data management.In forwarding data integration there are several obstacles that occur one of the causes is schema heterogeneity used by each information system. linguistic method is one of the schema matching methods used to overcome the problem of schema heterogeneityBased on the analysis of database schemes with the linguistic method, the values of precision, recall and f measure are 0.75. This value indicates that the application of the matching schema has been quite good. But there are still some of the same data between the schemes so that the integration of the data owned is not maximal. So that optimization is still needed to maximize the data integration

Abstract

This study aims to create a decision support system in determining recipients of routine assistance using smarter and topsis methods in Rawakalong Village. The reason for this is that in determining the recipient of routine grant funds is not on target, because a lot of prospective beneficiary data has to be processed and the many criteria used to be considered in determining the recipient of routine route assistance. The criteria calculations used are only based on estimates without using quantitative indicators that can provide clear and definite calculations. For this reason, a decision support system is needed that can be used to process prospective recipient's routine beneficiary data and calculate the criteria used as indicators to determine citizens who must take precedence to be given routine assistance. The existence of this system is expected to help the village apparatus in determining who should be prioritized to receive routine assistance. The method used for the Decision Support System in this study is the SMARTER (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank Method) and the TOPSIS (Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The SMARTER method is used to give weight to the 10 criteria used as indicators, and to rank alternatives based on existing criteria using the TOPSIS method.. Results obtained from this study, that the decision support system is very helpful to the village government as a decision-maker in determining the priority recipient of routine assistance in Rawakalong village.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the shipping industry has long been established. Scada-based ship rudder control system Using the cxprogrammer and easy builder applications, is a form of innovation in the shipping sector, by utilizing PLC devices. PLC will control the ship's steering gear and then connected using a network, thus forming a Scada system. The PLC will be programmed using the cxprogrammer to control the device as needed and use the easy builder as a Graphic User Interface so that the system can be used by the crew easily through graphics and animation. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for workers on the ship to monitor and control the ship's rudder drive system and operate the Steering Gear by monitoring from the platform and engine room of the ship so that their work becomes more efficient.
