Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of prices and promotions on housing purchase decision making at PT. Ressan Land Gemolong. The population in this study are all consumers who have come and made purchases at PT. Ressan Land Gemolong. The sample in this study consisted of 70 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection is done by using a survey through a questionnaire filled out by customers. Then, the data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test and F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study, the regression equation obtained the results Y = 19.113 + 0.462 X1 + 0.505 X2 + e. Based on the analysis of static data, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. In testing classic assumptions, multicollinearity regression models, heteroscedasticity do not occur, and have a normal distribution. Individually, the variable that has a greater influence is the price with a regression coefficient of 0.505 and followed by a promotion variable with a regression coefficient of 0.462. Hypothesis calculation using t test shows that the price and promotion variables studied are proven to be significant. Then through the F test, it is clear that the independent variable is feasible to test the dependent variable of the purchase. The adjusted R square figure shows that 22.4% of purchasing decisions can be explained by promotion and price variables. While the rest is explained by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

The implementation of CSR in the context of Islam is seen in Islamic Social Reporting or ISR. However, the reporting of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) in practice and its disclosure is still voluntary. This is due to the absence of standard syariah standard that regulates the reporting of Islamic CSR. The standards for disclosure of sharia CSR issued by the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institution (AAOIFI) can not be used as a standard of CSR disclosure because it does not mention all CSR related items that a company must disclose. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) on companies listed in the Sharia Indonesia Sharia Index (ISSI) in 2013-2015. Factors used in this study, among others: the size of the company, profitability, and environmental performance. The research population is a company registered in Indonesia Sharia Sharia Index (ISSI) in 2013-2015, with sampling technique using purposive sampling. Analyzer uses multiple linear regression, which previously will be tested classical assumption which include: test of normality, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, and autokorelasi. The results showed that firm size influenced the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR), while profitability and environmental performance had no effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of the family environment, attitudes and entrepreneurship education partially on the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya. The research variables studied were one dependent variable, namely interest in entrepreneurship, and three independent variables, namely family environment, attitudes, and entrepreneurship education. The population is students from the economics and Business Faculty, Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya while the determination of the sample is based on purposive sampling with the following criteria: 1)a student of management studies program; 2)already or currently taking entrepreneurship courses, and 3)his parents or family are entrepreneurs. The number of samples studied was 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis while the hypothesis is tested by t-test. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the t-count value is greater than the t-table with the significance value of less than 0,05, so the family environment, attitudes, and entrepreneurship education partially have a significant interest in entrepreneurship in management study program student, Faculty of Economics and Business, Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya. So that interest in entrepreneurship among students continues to grow, students should be in an environment related to entrepreneurial activities, instilling an entrepreneurial attitude among students and periodically the faculty adjusts the entrepreneurship course material with current conditions.

Abstract

The development of business in the online transportation sector is in great demand by the public. In this case, the researcher conducted research on one of the online transportation companies, namely Gojek. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of price and service quality on student satisfaction of Gojek goride users in Deli Serdang Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling technique with accidental sampling approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire / questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods, and hypothesis testing is carried out using the T test and F test. The results of the study using the T test show that price (X1) has a positive  effect on student satisfaction (Y), while the quality of service (X2) has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction (Y). This shows that the service quality variable (X2) has a dominant influence in influencing student satisfaction (Y). While the F test price (X1) and service quality (X2) simultaneously affect student satisfaction by comparing. And this can also be seen from the value of the Adjusted R Square, which is 0.665.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) the influence of the bureaucratic system on service user satisfaction, 2) the effect of facilities on service user satisfaction, 3) the effect of fulfilling sharia concepts on service user satisfaction, 4) the influence of the bureaucratic system , facilities and fulfillment of sharia concepts to service users' satisfaction. This study included quantitative descriptive research whose conclusions were obtained based on the results of statistical analysis with the object of research at KSPPS BMT Tumang Boyolali. A sample of 161 people from a population of 300 people with incidental sampling techniques. Instruments used with questionnaires and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2 test. Regression analysis results obtained regression equation: Y = 3.223 + 0.249 X1 + 0.255 X2 + 0.298 X3, which means that service user satisfaction is influenced by the bureaucratic system, facilities provided and fulfillment of sharia concepts (compliance). Based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) the bureaucratic system influences the satisfaction of service users. (2) facilities affect the satisfaction of service users. (3) fulfillment of sharia concepts  affects the satisfaction of service users. (4) the bureaucratic system, facilities and fulfillment of the concept of sharia together affect the satisfaction of service users. (4) bureaucratic system, facilities provided and fulfillment of sharia concepts affect the satisfaction of service users by 59.5%, while the remaining 40.5% is influenced by other variables outside of this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze financial ratios to the level of profit growth in pharmaceutical companies lied on the IDX in 2014-2018. Financial ratio used in this study are the quick ratio, debt to equity ratio, net profit margin, and total asset turnover as an independent variable, then profit growth as a variable bound. This research includes quantitative research. Methods of data collection carried out is documentation through secondary data, namely the financial statements of pharmaceutical companies on the website the official Indonesian Stock Exchange and IDN Financial. This study uses a population of consumer goods industry companies in the pharmaceutical sector which totaling 10 companies with a sample of 7 companies obtained through purposive sampling. The analysis used to conduct this research is by conducting a test classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. Research resultpartially the QR variable has a significant effect, the DER variable has no significant effect, the NPM variable has a significant effect and the TATO variable has no significant effect on profit growth rate. Meanwhile, simultaneously the financial ratios used in This study has a significant effect on the rate of profit growth.

Abstract

In this study the authors have the aim to determine the effect of repeat orders, halal labeling and member recruitment on sales volume at PT. Orindo Alam Ayu Yogyakarta Branch, both partially and simultaneously. The data needed in this study is primary data. Primary data obtained by the questionnaire method of a sample of 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that repeat orders, halal labeling and member recruitment have a positive and significant effect on sales volume at PT. Orindo Alam Ayu Yogyakarta Branch.

Abstract

AbstractOne of the factor that influence of brand awareness is the promotion of strategy, advertising on television becomes the choice in conventional promotion. The rapid development of technology is very influential in the promotion espectially social media through social endorser service is the right choice.The purpose of forming brand awareness is to provide a number competitive advantages, brand awarness is considered capable of driving on puchasing decisions.This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of advertising and endorsers on the formation of brand awarness  representing intervening variable  in the decisions purchase cosmetic product of  Make Over.The population is make up artist in Solo. The result is advertising and endorser, it’s significantly proven influencing of brand awarness. Brand awareness significanly mediate advertesing to purchasing decision (indirect effect), but not significanly mediate endorser to to purchasing decision.

Abstract

In this study the authors have a goal to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, and price to the purchase decision of batik products in Batik Danar Hadi Surakarta either partially or simultaneously. Hypothesis in this research are: Suspected brand image, product quality, and price have a significant effect to purchasing decision of batik product in Batik Danar Hadi Surakarta either partially or simultaneously. Data needed in this research is primary data obtained by questionnaire method from sample counted 100 responden. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the brand image, product quality, and price significantly influence the purchase decision of batik products in Batik Danar Hadi Surakarta either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to identify how much influence the health and safety of employees so that it affects employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Frasta Survey Indonesia or more specifically Singa Gembara Village, North Sangatta District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province, and this research was carried out in June 2021. The sampling in this study used 55 respondents, the data collection technique was through a distributed questionnaire. to respondents, and the research variables are Health (X1), Safety (X2), Performance (Y). This study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, and to test the level of reliability using Cronbach Alpha and then the data is processed by Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing using the F test and t test with a significance level of 10%. Researchers used SPSS Version 25 tools. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis shows that employee performance is influenced by health and safety variables. The result of determination (R2) uses the adjusted r square value, because it uses a regression with more than one independent variable, which is 0.618, which means that the health variable and work safety variable are able to explain employee performance by 61.8% while the remaining 38.2% is influenced by other variables not examined. From the calculation results of the F test and t test, it can be seen that the health variable and the occupational safety variable simultaneously affect the employee's performance and the most dominant variable is the work safety variable.
