<![CDATA[Endorsement is an act of support (support) or agreement on something. Endorse is currently booming on social media, especially on Instagram. Online shopping finally uses endorse services to promote goods that will be consumed by the public. One of the problems faced today is the endorsement phenomenon that is carried out on Instagram social media, which makes the consumer community continue to shop online, in the midst of teenagers who are the target of marketing by the market. Through this research, the researcher wants to know how the endorse phenomenon on social media Instagram in the consumer society of FEBI UINSU students. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that makes individuals as research subjects. Research informants were determined by a purposive procedure. Data were collected using three methods, namely interviews and observation. In conducting interviews, the informants were FEBI UINSU students who had the criteria of informants in this study, totaling 15 informants. Data interpretation is carried out in stages starting from data collection, data reduction until conclusions and research recommendations are obtained. From the results of research that has been done that FEBI UINSU students often do online shopping because of the influence of endorsements on Instagram social media. Endrse's influence, which is currently booming, creates a desire to continuously consume. This is also driven by family economic factors that support consumption activities. This situation also finally makes the teenager shop no longer because of need but because of the value of the sign attached to the item. Therefore, FEBI UINSU students show consumptive behavior.]]>

<![CDATA[Networks and social capital act as a binder for everyone in society. Social capital is an important issue because an economic business will be successful not only with financial capital, but also with the need for support from human resources, and social capital is one of its elements. Social capital refers to the main aspects of social organization such as trust, norms, networks, which are able to mobilize the participation of group members to achieve common goals. The street vendor who sells vegetables on the Dendang Sea Transportation Road is one of the street vendor communities in Deli Serdang Regency, which has survived in its business. The purpose of this study is to find out how trust is formed among street vendors, especially street vendors of vegetables on Jalan Laut Dendang and to find out the reciprocal relationship between street vendors on Jalan Laut Dendang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, then the sample is based on purposive sampling technique (purpose sample) and 5 street vendors are determined. Analysis Techniques Data were analyzed qualitatively, based on theoretical support related to the object of research from respondents by means of observation and interviews. Then a conclusion is drawn regarding the results of the study. The main aspects of social capital that refer to trust, norms and networks that are seen in the vegetable street vendors (PKL) on the Dendang Sea Transportation Road show the value of social capital that is formed and interwoven between traders from the rules and regulations. Informal rules that apply in the merchant group they are able to obey together, even though there is no written agreement, so that these informal rules become separate norms that develop and are implemented together, reflecting the spirit of mutual giving, mutual trust, and the existence of networks. social network.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper aims to see the extent of the actualization of social status through the provision of traditional objects in the traditional ceremonies of the Toba Batak people. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, document studies and focus group discussions. The results show that the life of the Toba Batak people in the Lake Toba area is regulated by the dalihan na tolu system, where this kinship system becomes the guideline for the community in social activities, especially in the implementation of various traditional ceremonies. There is a relationship between culture and social status, where traditional ceremonies become the arena of the Batak community. Toba to actualize his social status. Social status is actualized in various series of traditional ceremonies, ranging from traditional ceremonies before birth to traditional ceremonies after death, which include joy ceremonies and mourning ceremonies. The actualization of social status in various traditional ceremonies is carried out through efforts to provide rewards in the form of exchanging traditional objects between dalihan na tolu relatives. The giving of these traditional objects is a means of actualizing social status.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the condition of women's education, describe the public's view of women with higher education and describe the public's perception of the importance of higher education for women in Tanjung Morawa, Kabupaten Deli Serdang.This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this research is the community, the data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The results obtained from this study: The educational conditions of women in Tanjung Morawa are dominantly pesantren graduates and women born in the 70-„80s on average only graduated from elementary school. However, now it has experienced developments with the construction of educational facilities and now there are young women in Tanjung Morawa who are starting to continue to higher education, the community views positively women with higher education and hopes that they can apply their knowledge to the community and there are still people who perceive women as It's not important to have a higher education because of their nature in the kitchen, but many people think that higher education is important for women because they will become educators for their children.]]>

<![CDATA[The idea of ??this paper is to start from a learning problem in online classes that still looks only one way or commonly called lectures, questions and answers, and group discussions. While the development of technology at this time is very sophisticated and modern, it can accelerate the dissemination of information in just seconds. The goals and targets to be achieved are to realize a learning based on the use of new media as a means of learning models that meet the needs of students to be actively involved in learning. The research method that the researcher uses is qualitative with the selection of 4 student/I informants as key informants. Data collected through in-depth interviews using interview guidelines in order to remain in the focus of research and the data obtained were analyzed through three paths, namely data reduction (selection process, simplification, interview results), data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study can be concluded that there are obstacles, shortcomings and advantages that affect the learning process through the use of New Media as a new learning medium during the Covid-19 pandemic.]]>

<![CDATA[The Role of Public Relations in the Implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility Program at PT. XL Axiata (Supervised by Muhammad Farid and Moeh. Iqbal Sultan). The aims of this study are: (1) to find out the reasons for PT. XL Axiata chooses education as its flagship CSR program; (2) to find out the actions to innovate and overcome obstacles by the PR and CSR team. This research was conducted at the head office of PT. XL Axiata, Jakarta. The informants of this study were people who were determined by purposive sampling, namely selected based on certain considerations that they were considered competent to answer the researcher's questions. Primary data was obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with informants. While secondary data is obtained through literature study in the form of books, journals, and so on related to the problem under study. The results of the study show that XL Future Leaders as a leading CSR program pays more attention to the development of outstanding young people from Sabang to Merauke with the tagline "XL Presentation Advancing Indonesia" which aims to create regeneration of future leaders. This study also found various kinds of innovations initiated by the XL Axiata CSR team in the implementation process, along with the way the CSR team overcomes the obstacles that arise. However, as the XL Future Leaders program grows, any problems that arise can be used as lessons for continuous improvement.]]>

<![CDATA[Libraries can play an active role in finding, exploring, fostering, and developing as well as channeling hobbies / hobbies, interests, and talents possessed by the community through various activities that can be organized by the library. To improve reading comprehension ability, it is influenced by students' reading interest. Interest has a great influence on learning, because if the subject matter being studied is not in accordance with the interests of students, students will not learn as well as possible because there is no attraction for them. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of library utilization and interest in reading English text books with reading comprehension ability in students of SMK Kesehatan Nafsiah Stabat. This type of research is explanatory research. According to Singarimbun and Efendi Explanatory research is a hypothesis testing research. This research is intended to explain the causal relationship between the research variables and to test the formulated hypothesis. The population in this study were 89 people and the total sample was 89 people. From the results of the F test or simultaneous test (ANOVA) it was found that the calculated F result was 16,532 with a significance of 0.000a. . At = 0.05 with: df1= k-1 = 3-1 = 2, df2 = N-k = 89-3= 86 above in Ftable = (3,11). It turns out that Fcount (16.532) > Ftable (3.11), this means that Ho is rejected. Ha is accepted. The conclusion of the study is that there is an effect of Library Utilization and Interest in Reading English Text Books with Reading Comprehension Ability in English Subjects for class X students. It is recommended that students of SMK Kesehatan Nafsiah Stabat pay more attention to and utilize Library Facilities and Infrastructure in order to achieve maximum learning objectives.]]>
