Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the fiscal policy mix through the allocation of funds in the APBN and monetary policy through various relaxations of banking regulations. This research is qualitative in nature and the data source taken is secondary data. Data collection techniques, namely data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an unexpected impact on the world economy. Indonesia is also not free from its impact, state revenues which come partly from community activities and activities have decreased significantly along with restrictions on community activities. In this situation, the government is supported by economic theory that supports government intervention to restore the national economy implementing a mix of fiscal policies through the allocation of funds in the APBN and monetary policy through various relaxations of banking regulations. The policy mix which was implemented consistently and closely monitored resulted in very satisfactory improvements in economic and social conditions.

Abstract

The quality public services can be fulfilled when the agency is able to manage the morale of each employee well. High morale will encourage employees to work optimally. However, classical issues related to public services are in fact still often occur at Medan City Population and Civil Registration Agency where the administration process provided is still considered complicated and slow by the society. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment on employee morale. The type of research used is associative (relationship) with a quantitative approach. The sampling of 55 public civil servants at Medan City Population and Civil Registration Agency was carried out using probability sampling technique. Data obtained through questionnaires were analyzed descriptively and processed using SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the work environment condition is at 4.08 which means entering in good category, 2) the employee morale earned a 4.20 so it is classified in a high-level, 3) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee morale with R Square value of 0,577. This means that the contribution of the work environment influence to the morale of employees at Medan City Population and Civil Registration Agency are at 57,7% and other 42,3% is influenced by other variables beyond this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of tourist attraction and service quality on tourists' intention to return. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained based on surveys or questionnaires, observations, and interviews, while secondary data was obtained through websites, journals, books, and other documents. This study involved 69 respondents who were taken randomly at Taman Kyai Langgeng. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research which is carried out by collecting data in the form of a number format and analyzing it with multiple linear regression statistical tests. The results showed that the variable tourist attraction partially did not significantly influence the intention of visiting tourists.

Abstract

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) plays a very important role in providing capital and overcoming the problem of limited funds owned by developing countries in carrying out the economic development process. This study aims to analyze the effect of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), inflation, and deposit rates on foreign direct investment (FDI) in Indonesia in the long and short term. The method used in this study is the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) method with periodic secondary data (time series) from the early 1990s to 2020. The results obtained in this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between GDP on investment foreign direct (FDI). However, inflation shows a negative effect in the long term on foreign direct investment (FDI). Meanwhile, the deposit interest rate in the long term shows a negative effect and in the short term it shows a positive and significant effect on foreign direct investment (FDI).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of operating costs at sea, experience at sea, and length of time at sea on the income of fishermen in the Kamal Muara Village, North Jakarta. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The reachable population in this study were all fishermen in the Kamal Muara Village Area, North Jakarta, namely a total of 200 fishermen. The 67 fisherman were randomly selected for the sampling, and a questionnaire was used to gather the data. This study use Multiple Regression Analysis as its method of analysis. The results of this study indicate that Operational costs have a positive effect of 0,515 and are significant on fishermen's income. Experience at sea has a positive and significant effect of 0,033 on fishermen's income. Likewise, there is a positive effect of 0.474 and a significant relationship between the length of time at sea and the income of fishermen, which means that each additional length of time at sea will increase the total income of fishermen by 0,474%. Simultaneously, operational costs, experience at sea, and length of time at sea has a positive and significant influence on fishermen's income.

Abstract

Mukbang is an opportunity to find sustenance. This research using 8 concepts consisting of attraction in delivery, voyeurism mediation, perceptions of novelty, loneliness, health awareness, collectivity, social normatives and intentions watch. This study uses a positivism paradigm using quantitative approach and survey methods. The population in this study were adolescents age 15 to 17 years old. Based on research results this shows that the normative influence of Tanboy kun loneliness appeal to consciousness health with the collective perception of novelty in mediating voyeurism the delivery of mukbang (X) affects the intention to watch (Y) students of SMKN 1 Bekasi.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the effect of self-regulation on learning and self- efficacy partially or simultaneously on academic procrastination at State Vocational High Schools in East Jakarta. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population of this study was 179 students with 124 students who used as a research sample using the Proportionate Stratified technique Random Sampling. To obtain data the research used primary data in the form of a questionnaire / questionnaire. The research results show that self-regulation variables in learning have a significant negative effect on academic procrastination. The self-efficacy variable also has a negative and significant effect on academic procrastination. Simultaneously, the variables of self-regulation in learning and self-efficacy have an influence on academic procrastination in students of State Vocational Schools in East Jakarta. Test results from the coefficient of determination is 77.9%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. Hence, this study concluded that there is an influence between self-regulation in learning and self-efficacy on academic procrastination in XII grade of accounting students at State Vocational High Schools in East Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover on profitability in food and beverage industry companies listed on the IDX for 2019-2021. This research is quantitative in nature. The sample used consisted of 18 companies from a population of 26 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. This study makes use of Indonesia Stock Exchange as a secondary data. The method of data analysis employed is panel data regression. The results showed that Profitability is a predictable growth or reduction in annual earnings. Significant profit capability indicates the company's potential to generate high profits, resulting in a rise in dividend payout. Hence, the potential to generate profits will influence the decision of investors to raise their capital investment in the business.

Abstract

The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic added to the problems and obstacles faced by musicians. Enforcement of a policy of limiting activities makes all musicians becomes hampered. Problem such as job loss faced by musicians can cause stress. Applying the right coping strategies can help musicians make adjustments and avoid prolonged stress. This research aims to find out what coping strategies are used by the musicians lost amid the COVID-19 pandemic and what factors influence the choice of coping strategy by using qualitative methods phenomenological approach. Data collection using semi-structured interviews. Respondents in this study were 5 musicians who lost their jobs in the middle the COVID-19 pandemic and experiencing problems or obstacles at work as musicians due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The results show that the strategy method coping used by respondents consist of distraction, problem solving, and support seeking. The choice of coping strategy methods in this study is influenced by desire yourself, hobbies and abilities, as well as family and friendship environment. Impact that arises after carrying out coping strategies is to feel calm and happy and the economic situation is getting better as seen from the income of the respondents which increases.

Abstract

Hyperlocal media is an increasingly important player in the media landscape, providing communities with targeted and relevant information. This conceptual paper aimed to explore the potential of hyperlocal media as a solution for community media in the digital era. The study analyzed the benefits of hyperlocal media for communities and discussed the key challenges and opportunities facing these media outlets. The analysis revealed that hyperlocal media could foster civic engagement, cultural preservation, public discourse, and community connection. However, the study also emphasized the need to address the sustainability of these media outlets and the importance of exploring innovative technologies and strategies to support their growth and development. This study sheds light on the significance of hyperlocal media in creating more substantial, more connected communities and highlights the need for further research in this area.
