Abstract

Hospital as a entity sought to develop good corporate governance with services variety, including the indicators of a comprehensive performance development. Patients as health services consumers certainly expect optimum service from the hospital, be it from a doctor, nurse or from other employees. If the services provided by the hospital as expected, then the patient is likely to feel satisfied. That patients have the satisfaction of the hospital can emphasize a quality service form. This study aimed to determine patient satisfaction in terms of the employees performance at the Saras Husada Regional General Hospital Purworejo. The population in this study were inpatients and outpatients in the Saras Husada hospital with an unknown number while the sample in this study is part of inpatients and outpatients as many as 110 people. The instrument used in this study is Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire and Performance Employees have previously been tested and qualified for the validity and reliability while data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Results of t-test analysis note that the significance values greater reliability and responsiveness of the condition of the test criteria of 0.05 (5%). This means that reliability and responsiveness did not significantly influence patient satisfaction in Saras Husada hospital. Meanwhile, the significant value assurance, empathy and tangible terms is smaller than the test criteria of 0.05 (5%). This means assurance, empathy and tangible significantly influence patient satisfaction in hospitals Saras Husada Purworejo. F-test analysis results known that test-f value of 64.608 with a significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 means that the independent variable is the employees performance consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles simultaneously significant effect on patient satisfaction in Saras Husada Hospital Purworejo.

Abstract

Many people do activities in the computer utilizing one of them is on the internet. Internet is widely used in various fields of education, entertainment, and even governments. Due to the greater Internet functionality for humans certainly fast internet service and stable is the most expected every Internet user. According to market research agency e-Marketer, the number of internet users in Indonesia, the country netter population reached 83.7 million in 2014. With the number of network-enabled supplied by the office of the Office of the Department of Transportation, Communications and Informatikamembuat network traffic is getting full. Districts and villages in Purworejo district also needs data from the Department office. Good infrastructure will make the pace of the computer network at the office becomes more optimally with the existing bandwidth. Wireless Mesh Networks (WMN) combining wireless technology and ad-hoc routing, so that the service providers do not have to provide the installation cable to connect each Access Point (AP) mode as the general infrastructure. Wireless Mesh Network provides saving solutions wires at once to make the level of mobility of the wireless network becomes higher by replacing the use of a cable as a liaison between devices backbonewireless be using wireless technology that is also used for connecting to the client WMN has the ability to be able to configure themselves (self configured) , organized themselves (self organized), and constituted itself (self-healing) that will create and maintain connections between nodes in the event of damage to one node. Abstract

Currently smartphone technology has grown rapidly with various operating systems such as Ios, Windows Phone and Android. One thing that attracted many people today is Android. Education has also used the software to create interactive learning applications. Media learning of mathematics is now available in several forms, including in the form of books and e-learning. This book has its limitations can only display information in the form of text and pictures, easily destroyed by water, and make it difficult to carry anywhere as it requires a large storage space. While mobile phones with android operating system can be used as a solution of the present study can be taken anywhere. Mathematics is one of the compulsory subjects to be studied, because mathematics is a prerequisite for learning math. To follow the development of the necessary methods and practical mobile learning, but can meet learning needs. Then make an application for Mobile as a medium of learning mathematics. The author hopes that this application can make hopefully with increased interest in learning mathematics, as well as make it easier for anyone who wants to learn math. The application of mathematics teaching and quizzes can be used as an alternative to learning mathematics that can display text, images and sound. Abstract

Financial statements are one source of information about an entity that reflects the financial condition of the results of the company's operations in a certain period. Users of financial statements consider that high profit means the business or company is in good condition, without thinking about how the profit process is obtained and whether the profit is a sustainable profit. Profits in the company are short-term, meaning that they can change over time. This study aims to calculate and analyze the effect of operating cash flow, debt levels, and company size on earnings persistence. In addition, this study also aims to calculate and analyze whether the book tax differences moderate the relationship between each variable operating cash flow, debt level, and company size on earnings persistence. This study uses a sample of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 to 2019 for mining sector companies. The number of samples is 32 companies, using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and regression analysis of moderating variables with absolute difference method.The results of this study indicate that operating cash flow has a negative and insignificant effect on earnings persistence, firm size has a positive and significant effect on earnings persistence and the level of debt has a positive and significant effect on earnings persistence. The results of this study are related to the moderating variable Book tax differences moderating the effect of operating cash flow on earnings persistence, the tax book differences moderating the relationship between the variable debt level and earnings persistence, the tax book differences variable did not moderate the relationship between firm size and earnings persistence.

Abstract

This research aims is to examine: 1) Tangible toward the works’ satisfaction, 2) Reraliablelity toward the works’ satisfaction, 3) Responsiviness toward works’ satisfaction, 4) Assurance toward the works’ satisfaction, 5) Emphaty toward works’ satisfaction The data are collected from 60 respondens by using random sampling method. They are analyzed through the research instruments such as a product moment test and the reliability test by using a Cronbach Alpha tecnique; hypothesis test uses a path regression analysis. The research result shows that: 1) Tangible gives positive and significant influence toward the satisfaction of the staff of Koprasi Nasib Kecamatan Butuh Purworejo district, 2) Reablelity gives positive and significant influences toward the satisfaction of staff of Koprasi Nasib Kecamatan Butuh Purworejo district, 3), responsiviness gives positive and significant influences toward the satisfaction of the staff of Koprasi Nasib Kecamatan Butuh Purworejo district 4, Assurance gives positive and significant influence toward the satisfaction of the staff of Koprasi Nasib Kecamatan Butuh Purworejo district 5) Emphaty give positive and significant toward the satisfaction of the staff of Koprasi Nasib Kecamatan Butuh Purworejo district. The path regression analysis shows: that Tangible, Reraliablelity, responsiviness, and Assurance give influence positive and direct toward the satisfaction, otherwise Emphaty give influence negative and significan toward the satisfaction of staff of Koprasi nasib Kecamatan Butuh Purworejo district. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the website interface on its usage convenince (usability). It also aims to providerecommendation based on the evaluation as an attempt to improve user acceptance level of the website. The object of this research is STIE Putra Bangsa website. The research is conducted in the application ofquantitative method in the approach of descriptive quantitative. Website is analized by the use of variables, namelydownload delay, navigation, interactivity, responsiveness, information, and user satisfaction. Simple random samplingis the sampling techique used in conducting this research with 94 respondents. The result of this research in the aspect of download delay it values the percentage of 75.80%. In the aspect ofnavigation it values the percentage of 72.94%. In the aspect of interactivity it values the percentage of 74.73%. In theaspect of responsiveness it values72.34%. In th aspect of information content it values 73.67%. In the aspect of usersatisfaction it values 72.96%. The above research results show that STIE Putra Bangsa is classified as good overall.

Abstract

Sebagai Negara berkembang, Indonesia merupakan Negara yang mempunyai perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat cepat. Namun, Tingkat pemahaman pada anak didesa tertinggal terhadap teknologi informasi yang masih rendah sangat berbeda dengan tingkat pemahaman didaerah perkotaan, hal tersebut sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan teknologi informasi didaerah-daerah terpencil, yang mengakibatkan terhambatnya kemajuan teknologi informasi didaerah terpencil, penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai langkah awal dalam menganalisa faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan perbedaan tingkat pemahaman tersebut, sehingga dihasilkan fakta- fakta serta data penunjang yang dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dasar dalam mengembangkan teknologi informasi didaerah terpencil. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut tindakan yang dilakukan adalah (1) Melakukan observasi tingkat pemahaman anak melalui pengenalan dan penagajaran pengoperasian alat teknologi informasi (2) Mengadakan pengisian kuisoner yang berisi pertanyaan yang dapat dijadikan tolak ukur terhadap pemahaman teknologi informasi (3) mengadakan analisa terhadap faktor yang menjadikan perbedaan tingkat pemahaman teknologi informasi (4) membuat pengelolaan data yang bisa menghasilkan table-tabel dan grafik sebagai data riil yang digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pembuatan konsep dasar pengembangan teknologi informasi didaerah tertinggal. Abstract

Chroma key is a special effect on video editing, used for compositing (layering) two images or video streams together based on chroma range. The technique has been used heavily in many fields to remove a background from a subject or videos. A color range in the foreground footage is made transparent, allowing separately filmed background footage or a static image to be inserted into the scene. Chroma key effect particulary used at video games, newscasting and modern movies. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan kinerja keuangan pada pemerintah daerah kabupaten kebumen pada tahun 2013-2018. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatifuntuk mengukur kinerja keuangan dengan rasio. Data yang digunakan merupakan data kuantitatif berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, tingkat kemandirian daerah masih sangat rendah atau instruktif. Pengelolaan keuangan daerah dalam tergolong sangat efektif dan efisien. Penggunaan dana belum berimbang karena sebagian besar dana digunakan untuk belanja operasi daripada belanja modal. Tingkat Pertumbuhan pendapatan, PAD, belanja operasi, dan belanja modal rata-rata mengalami pertumbuhan yang positif namun masih fluktuatif. Sedangkan rasio derajat desentralisasifiskal pemerintah daerah masih tergolong kurang. Paska perubahan basis akuntansi pemerintahan sejak tahun 2015 terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada realisasi PAD. Perkembangan rasio belanja operasional setelah penerapan akuntansi berbasis acrual secara umum menurun dengan rata-rata lebih rendah 63,93% jika dibandingkan pada saat menggunakan basis akuntansi cash toward actual dengan rata-rata lebih tinggi yaitu 67,04%. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari rasio kemandirian sebelum perubahan basis akuntansi rata-rata 15,39% dan meningkat menjadi 20,28% setelah perubahan basis akuntansi pemerintahan dan rasio derajat desentralisasi sebelum perubahan basis akuntansi rata-rata sebesar 14,23% dan meningkat menjadi 12,79% setelah perubahan basis akuntansi pemerintahan
