Abstract

Bangsa Indonesia yang pernah dikenal sebagai negara yang santun dan kaya akan sumber daya alam dibangun oleh beragam suku, ras, budaya dan juga agama. Paham kebangsaan sebagai dasar kehidupan bernegara amat penting untuk memelihara perdamaian, persatuan dan kesatuan atas dasar kebersamaan dan toleransi. Melting pot, tempat tinggal masyarakat dari berbagai suku bangsa dengan berbagai kebudayaannya yang dilandasi etika diperlukan untuk menampung suatu campuran, dan bukan masyarakat homogen. Sikap keterbukaan terhadap orang lain merupakan kebutuhan penting, untuk menangkap etnosentrisme. Bhineka Tunggal Ika merupakan semboyan bangsa yang berfungsi sebagai payung bagi setiap warga bangsa yang tinggal di Indonesia agar hidup berdampingan bersama-sama memperkokoh nasionalisme.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and get information clearly about coaching against the son of jail inmate Child 2B Class Sungai Raya Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method. Subjects were Trustees and child prisoners. With the source data consists of primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. From the analysis of the research results in general that coaching against child prisoners in Prison Children 2B Class Sungai Raya Pontianak has done well. The existence of the steps in the process of coaching, education and skills development activities have also been carried out and the response to the barriers found in the coaching process.Key Words: Development, Child Prisoners, Prisons.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of learning motivation and use of learning resources on learning outcomes IPS Junior High School eighth grade students 11 Pontianak. Indicators of motivation in this research include covering passion and Desire to learn, enthusiasm for learning, the need for learning, hope the outcomes of learning, and the ideals to be achieved, the indicator use of learning resources, including books and the internet. This study uses form of multiple linear regression. Source of data in this study is the respondents' answers to the questionnaire and student learning outcomes. Collecting data using questionnaires, interview and observation sheet. Results of the study are: (1) there is the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes was 23,5% as evidenced by tcount> ttable, is 6,015> 1.980; (2) a significant difference between the use of learning resources on student learning outcomes was 76,5% as evidenced by tcount > ttable, is 16,537> 1,980; (3) there is a significant relationship between motivation and use of learning resources to students' learning outcomes IPS was 74,9% as evidenced by Fvalue > F table, is 119,135> 3.072.Keywords: Learning Motivation, Learning Resources, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui mobilitas sosial vertikal antar generasi dan mobilitas sosial horizontal antar generasi keluarga petani padi di Kelurahan Pasiran Kecamatan Singkawang Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan bentuk deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi langsung, wawancara langsung dan studi dokumentasi. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu panduan observasi, panduan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang mengalami mobilitas sosial vertikal naik sebanyak dua keluarga petani padi dan yang mengalami mobilitas sosial vertikal turun sebanyak satu keluarga petani padi.Kata Kunci: Mobilitas Sosial, Antar Generasi, Keluarga, Petani Padi. Abstract: This study aims to determine the vertical social mobility and social mobility horizontally intergenerational of paddy farmers family generation in Pasiran, Subdistrict of West Singkawang. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive form. The technique used in study is the techniques of direct observation, direct interview and documentation. The data collection tools used are observation guides, interview guides, and documentation. The results showed that those who experienced vertical social mobility rise as many as two families of paddy farmers and who experienced vertical social mobility down by one family of paddy farmers.Keywords: Social Mobility, Intergenerational, Family, Paddy Farmers.

Abstract

The title of this thesis is "Analysis of the Application of the Model Discovery Learning in Sociology Learning for Students of Class XI IPS 1 for Public Senior High School 1 foreman". This thesis is descriptive in qualitative form. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of stimulation (stimulation of stimulation) in the learning of sociology of Class XI IPS 1 Senior High School 1 Mandor, the implementation of problem statements in the Sociology Learning of Class XI IPS 1 Senior High School 1 Foreman. implementation of data collection (data collection) in Sociology Learning for Students of Class XI IPS 1 State Senior High School 1 foreman, implementation of data processing in Sociology Learning Class XI IPS 1 State Senior High School 1 Mandor, implementation of verification in Sociology Learning Class Students XI IPS 1 State Senior High School 1 Mandor, and the implementation of generalization (drawing conclusions) in Sociology Learning for Students of Class XI IPS 1 State Senior High School 1 Foreman. The problem in this study in general is "How to Implement the Discovery Learning Model in Sociology Learning for Students of Class XI IPS 1 for Public High School 1 foreman?". Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation studies. Primary data sources are obtained directly through interviews that have been conducted between researchers and informants. The informants are sociology teachers. Secondary data sources are sources of data indirectly obtained by researchers from their sources. So this study looks at archives or documents owned by sociology teachers such as student learning outcomes data and sociology teacher teaching materials. The results of research and analysis carried out by researchers showed that the results of this study run in accordance with the concept of the application of discovery learning learning models carried out to students which consists of: stimulation, problem statements, data collection, data processing, verification and generalization.

Abstract

This study aims to know the role of interaction between students and their parents who work at SMAN 1 Mempawah. This research is conducted according to descriptive qualitative method. The technique used to collecting the data are direct observation, direct communication and documentary studies, while the instrumen are observasi, inteview and documentation. The analysis of this research presented according to descriptive qualitative by 10 participants that consisting of 2 people in each 5 families. The results showed that the interaction between students and their parents in social contact and communication are well established. The kids kiss their parents’ hand before go to school, and using their phone to communicate to their parents

Abstract

Karyawan itu berhenti, ada yang didasarkan permintaan sendiri, tapi ada juga atas alasan karena peraturan yang sudah tidak memungkinkan lagi karyawan tersebut meneruskan pekerjaannya. Akibat dari pemberhentian berpengaruh besar terhadap pengusaha maupun karyawan. Untuk karyawan dengan diberhentikannya dari perusahaan atau berhenti dari pekerjaan, berarti karyawan tersebut tidak dapat lagi memenuhi kebutuhan secara maksimal untuk karyawan dan keluarganya. Atas dasar tersebut, maka manajer sumber daya manusia harus sudah dapat memperhitungkan berapa jumlah uang yang seharusnya diterima oleh karyawan yang berhenti, agar karyawan tersebut dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya sampai pada tingkat dianggap cukup.

Abstract

Tantangan saat ini dan masa yang akan datang dituntut kemampuan kita menempatkan pendidikan karakter sebagai sesuatu kekuatan bangsa. Kebijakan dan implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal di sekolah menjadi sangat penting dan strategis dalam rangka membangun bangsa sehingga dapat berfungsi sebagai salah satu sumber nilai-nilai yang luhur. Kearifan lokal merupakan modal utama masyarakat dalam membangun dirinya tanpa merusak tatanan sosial yang adaptif dengan lingkungan alam sekitarnya. Kearifan lokal dibangun dari nilai-nilai sosial yang dijunjung tinggi dalam struktur sosial masyarakat dan memiliki fungsi sebagai pedoman, pengontrol, dan rambu-rambu untuk berperilaku dalam berbagai dimensi dalam kehidupan. Oleh karena itu, guru harus mampu merancang program pembelajaran dengan memperhatikan ranah afektif sebagai salah satu karakteristik manusia dalam hasil belajar, walau memerlukan waktu yang lama. Terintegrasinya pendidikan karakter dalam muatan keunggulan lokal pada proses pembelajaran, akan sesuai dengan lingkungan yang ada dan dialami peserta didik dalam rangka mengaitkan pembelajaran dengan kejadian nyata sehingga dapat menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang bermakna. Secara teoritis, pengembangan karakter berbasis potensi diri belum diajarkan di sekolah sekolah, namun secara praktis telah diaplikasikan dan dipraktekkan oleh siswa di kelas maupun di lingkungan sekolah.Kata Kunci: Karakter Potensi, Kearifan Lokal, Pembelajaran Di Sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors of family, neighbourhood, and society encourages children in Desa Mulia Kecamatan Teluk Keramat do not continue their study to the higher education. A descriptive study is employed in this research. Form of this research is case study involving farmer families whose children pass the senior high school but do not continue to higher education as the participants. The results reports that the factors which encourage them not to continue their study are; (1). family factor, indicated by economic stability, number of dependents in family, low of parent’s educational background, and  lack of parent’s motivation and awaraness on education, (2). neighbourhood factor, represented by low of neighbourhood education and free sex, (3). society factor shown by low of education level of the society and lack of awareness on the importance of education.Keywords : Causative Factors, Higher Education, Farmer Family.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas belajar siswa perokok kelas XI IIS SMA Berkat Bagi Bangsa di Desa Senakin Kabupaten Landak. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskiptif, teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan alat pengumpul data adalah panduan observasi, panduan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa perokok kelas XI IIS SMA Berkat Bagi Bangsa di desa Senakin Kabupaten Landak sedikit terganggu jika dilihat pada konsentrasi siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada aktivitas belajar siswa (Visual Activitties, Oral Activities, and Writting Activitties). Siswa yang sudah ketergantungan tembakau (rokok) akan sangat sulit berkonsentrasi apalagi jika di dalam kelas tidak diperbolehkan merokok.Kata Kunci: Aktivitas Belajar, Siswa Perokok, SMA.
