Abstract

Risiko pembiayaan merupakan risiko yang melekat pada lembaga keuangan bank, risiko ini berasal dari kegagalan para nasabah dalam memenuhi kewajibannya terhadap bank. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi risiko pembiayaan pada Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) di Indonesia. Risiko pembiayaan diukur dengan Non Performing Financing (NPF) yang berperan sebagai variabel dependen, sedangkan variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Beban operasional terhadap pendapatan operasional (BOPO), Financing to deposit ratio (FDR) dan Capital Aduquecy Ratio (CAR). Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh BUS yang ada di Indonesia, sedangkan tehnik pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode perposive sampling, dan diperoleh 6 BUS yang memenuhi keriteria. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi NPF adalah rasio BOPO dan CAR.

Abstract

Introduction: The background of study is stimulated by the existance of micro-financing by using al-murabahah agreement at PT BRI Syariah branch of Bangkalan which is distributed to business people on level of medium, small and micro who need loan as the additional venture capital. Based on the explanation above, the research problems are; the condition of UMKM customers at BRI Syariah, especially the bangkalan people and the influence of Murabahah financing conducted by BRI Syariah on UMKM people in Bangkalan Methods: The study applies the quantitative design in which the data collecting technique used are documentation, interview and questionnaire. Data analysis and processing technique used are SPSS which consist of simple linear regression, correlation test, t-test and excel percentage. The implementation time of this research was carried out in October 2020. Results: The result of the study are: (1) the actors of medium, small and micro business level in bangkalan have taken the murabahah financing at PT. BRI Syariah branch of Bangkalan as the additional venture capital that they has run, and (2) murabahah financing at PT. BRI Syariah branch of Bangkalan is very influential on the development of UMKM people in Bangkalan. It can be measure by the increasing of the income as 236%. Abstract

Introduction: Roof tile business is an effort made by someone or a group, tile business is needed by the surrounding community. Because in addition to reducing the number of unemployed tile businesses, it can also improve the economy of the community, both from tile business owners or employees / workers, because in the village of gunung timur, the village of gunung the impression is difficult to be reached by the government. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of tile business on unemployment. Methods: This research is a qualitative or field research, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data using observation, interview and documentation methods. The research site was carried out at tile SMEs located in Gunung Timur Hamlet in Gunung Kesan Village, Sokobanah District, Sampang Regency.The implementation time of this research was carried out in Januari 2021. Results: Based on the results of research, the roof tile business has an important role in overcoming the number of unemployed and poverty rates and also increases the income of the people in the village of gunung timur, the village of gunung impression. This is evidenced by the increasing income earned so that it can meet the needs of daily life. Keywords: Role of roof tile business, Overcoming, Unemployment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and compensation on employee performance in CV Sari Sofa Lumajang. The design of this research is explanatory research. The data analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this research showed that motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of funds at the Bank of South Kalimantan for the period 2015 to 2019, namely to find out how to determine the amount of funds needed to support the operational activities of the Bank of South Kalimantan as well as the methods of collecting funds carried out by the Bank of South Kalimantan. In this study, the data source used was the annual report of the South Kalimantan Bank for the period 2015-2019. This research resulted in the Bank of South Kalimantan determining the funds needed to support bank operational activities based on Government Regulations, Minimum Bank Provision Requirement (KPMM), bank operational area, liquidity requirements owned, and the quality level of assets. Meanwhile for good bank fundraising policy Bank of South Kalimantan in accordance with the policy direction of the Regional Champion Program which consists of 3 main pillars, namely (1) improving and protecting bank defense (2) serving as regional development agents and (3) increasing expertise in providing services to communities in the regions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect Worklife-Policies, Work Involvement, and Work-Family Conflict on Turnover Intention of employees at PT.Sinar Bodhi Cipta, Tanjungpinang. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sample in this study consisted of 93 people, namely employees of PT. The sample technique used in this study was the distribution of proportion sampling. The data analysis method used consisted of testing the quality of the data (validity). and reliability) Test classic assumptions (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicolonierity, and autocorrelation) Hypothesis test (t test and f test), multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination. Data analysis using SPSS 21 multiple linear regression. The results of this study obtained the equation multiple linear regression Y = 0.8499 + 0.326X1 + (-0.197X2) + 0.786X3 + e and R2 = 0.731 or 73.1%. The t test results for the work-life policies (X1) variable on turnover intention Y obtained tcount 3.186>ttable 1.987 and a sig of 0.002 <0.05. In the variable Job Involvement (X2) on turnover intention Y obtained tcount-3,262>ttable 1.987 and sig 0.002 <0.05, and Workfamily Conflict (X2) on turnover intention Y obtained tcount 7.437> 1.987 and a sig of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the work-life policies, Job Involvement, and Workfamily Conflict variables partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT Sinar Bodhi Cipta, Tanjungpinang with a contribution of R square of 73.1%. In the variable Job Involvement (X2) on turnover intention Y obtained tcount-3,262>ttable 1.987 and sig 0.002 <0.05, and Workfamily Conflict (X2) on turnover intention Y obtained tcount 7.437> 1.987 and a sig of 0.000 <0.05. Abstract

This study aims to test: 1). The Effect of Service Quality on Repurchase Intention. 2). Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. 3). The Effect of Consumer Satisfaction on Repurchase Interest. 4). The Effect of Service Quality on Repurchase Interest is mediated by Customer Satisfaction. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method, namely accidental sampling, with a sample of 150 respondents. The analysis method used is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The data used are primary data using a questionnaire for data collection. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that Service Quality (X) has a positive effect on Repurchase Interest (Y). Service Quality (X) has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction (Z). Consumer Satisfaction (Z) has a positive effect on Repurchase Interest (Y). Customer Satisfaction (Z) fully mediates between Service Quality (X) and Repurchase Interest (Y). This is because when a comparison is made between the direct effect and the indirect effect, the coefficient value of Service Quality (X) has decreased and the significance value, which was initially significant, becomes insignificant.

Abstract

The practice of accounts payable transactions as one aspect of fulfilling one's life through social interactions. A transaction that is full of privileges and virtues that Allah has promised for the doer (the creditor). The practice of accounts payable that we know, in addition to having a positive side through the principle of please help, but often it is also a starting point for disputes and enmity between humans. This will become evident when in practice, humans ignore some of the fundamental principles that form the framework for legalizing the practice of helping to help; namely honesty.

Abstract

Abstrak Introduction: Insurance is an agreement whereby the insurer binds himself to the insured by accepting a premium to compensate him for the loss, damage or loss of expected profit that he may suffer as a result of an event (uncertain event). Methods: The method used in this research is a normative juridical approach, with analytical descriptive specifications, while the data collection techniques use primary data and secondary data. Results: Today, the Indonesian people have realized the important role of the insurance industry in providing security guarantee against the risks that will occur, so they gradually tie themselves to several insurance companies in Indonesia. However, like companies in general, the existence of an insurance company has also experienced several disputes, such as cases of insurance claims that were not disbursed and even rejected by the insurance company. Of course this case requires a resolution as regulated in law. Based on Financial Services Authority Circular Letter Number 2 / Seojk.07 / 2014, there are two alternative dispute resolution options between Financial Services Business Actors and consumers, namely litigation and non-litigation. Conclusion and suggestion: Insurance disputes often occur between insurance companies and consumers who have tied himselves to the company. The law provides for the resolution of insurance disputes by providing two alternative solutions. Namely through litigation and non-litigation. In terms of non-litigation, the Financial Services Authority has established an Alternative Institution for Financial Services Sector Dispute Resolution as regulated in POJK Number 61 / POJK.07 / 2020.
