Abstract

Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) Maslahah Capem Tegalsiwalan which is a financial institution that implements a system based on Islamic sharia. In its application it does not use the principle of interest (Riba) but instead uses the principle of profit sharing (Nisbah) so as to guarantee the halal income. The goal of every company is to create satisfied customers. So we need the right service strategy to be able to provide satisfaction to customers and maintain customers. The purpose is to find out service to customer satisfaction, it can be known the cause of customer interest to save, namely the quality of BMT services Maslahah Capem Tegalsiwalan that satisfies customers, and it is known that the Sumberbulu community positively welcomed the presence of BMT Maslahah Capem Tegalsiwalan because the services provided by BMT employees Maslahah Capem Tegalsiwalan Tegalsiwalan is very good, public appreciation is more caused by the performance of BMT employees Maslahah Capem Tegalsiwalan who are all alumni of Islamic Boarding Schools, they show a positive attitude in serving customers. In addition, savings products provided by BMT Maslahah Capem Tegalsiwalan can be taken at any time if there is an urgent need, and there is a profit sharing every month. The procedure is quite easy, it is also the reason for customers to choose to save at BMT Maslahah Capem Tegalsiwalan.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study using a Likert scale. The sample used was a total population of 36 sandal craftsmen. The statistical analysis used is path analysis, using SPSS 17 calculations. The objectives of this study are: i) To examine the effect of individual characteristics on business performance; ii) Test the effect of individual characteristics on entrepreneurship; iii) Test the effect of competence on business performance; iv) Test the effect of competence on entrepreneurship; v) Test the effect of individual characteristics on business performance through entrepreneurship; vi) Test the effect of competence on business performance through entrepreneurship; vii) Test the effect of entrepreneurship on business performance.The results showed that: (i) Individual characteristics did not significantly influence business performance; (ii) Individual characteristics do not significantly influence entrepreneurship; (iii) Competence has a significant effect on business performance; (iv) Competence has a significant effect on entrepreneurship; (v) Competence has a significant effect on business performance through entrepreneurship; (vi) Individual characteristics do not significantly influence business performance through entrepreneurship; (vii) Entrepreneurship influences business performance.

Abstract

The village head's leadership is very influential on the progress of the village. Good village governance and quality village officials are able to bring villages to become independent in improving the welfare of village communities. Qualitative research with a multi-site method is needed to obtain in-depth information about the style and strategy, triggers and inhibiting factors, as well as the expectations of the leadership of the village head in the Dringu Subdistrict, Probolinggo Regency. A qualitative method with a multi-site approach was used in this study. This design was carried out guided by 3 stages of phenomenology, namely the intuitive stage, bracketing, analyzing and doing descriptive and interpretation. Unstructured interviews are used as the main method of data collection. There are 10 participants who have been saturated and based on participant criteria. The results of the study found 3 themes, namely (1) Leadership of innovative progressive and visioner village heads; (2) The duties and responsibilities of the village head are full time; (3) Hope to be an independent and participatory village. Abstract

In general, the determination of the price of coffee by a middleman is to look at it from several aspects, for the first time looking at the prevailing market price method in the market. Both the plus cost methods, based on the amount of costs incurred to produce the product, are added by a certain percentage of the costs. The third method of contribution margin is the difference between the selling price and the variable cost of a product. The four maximum profit methods, where the maximum profit will directly affect the product sales volume.Finally, the method of return on capital, which requires companies to use it as a basis for setting the selling price of products on the production capacity of the company. The results showed that the price-setting variable by the middleman (X) had a positive and significant effect on the interest of coffee agricultural product sales (Y). This condition could be seen from the coefficient of the price-setting variable which was 0.424 and a significance of 0.000 (less than 0.05). Keywords: Pricing, Agricultural Product Sales Interest

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine marketing strategy of Warung Micro finance products at Probolinggo Branch Office of Bank Syariah Mandiri as well as to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for marketing the product. This study using a descriptive qualitative approach to the type of field research (flied research) through observations about a phenomenon. Data collection techniques are done by observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study explain that the marketing strategy used by the Bank Syariah Mandiri Proboliggo Branch Office in an effort to achieve the target marketing of Warung Micro Fianance Products use a marketing mix strategy consist of Product, Price, Place and Promotion. While the promotion strategy used is a door to door strategy, advertising promotion strategy, pricing strategy, top-up strategy and product strategy. Supporting factors in the marketing of microfinance products are competitive product, low price and strategic location. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of public knowledge about the operational system of Islamic banks, competition between banks and the lack of human resources, especially human resources, microfinance sales so that marketing the product to the wider community takes a long time. Abstract

The Honda motorcycle company in America is being hit by a failure of a bigbike product called the Honda Monkey, around 44 units of the unit has become a defective item that must be recalled because there is a problem in the luggage rack that is vulnerable to breakage and cause an explosion because it is located next to the tank. This motorbike is not marketable, so from Honda filed a product recall. Aside from the side, the susceptibility of the breakage of the luggage rack damages the electrical stability of the battery. In addition, there are also problems with relay relay starter button. Therefore, the factory directly contacted the customer who owns the motorcycle. So that there are no accidents or accidents due to defects in Honda's bicycle products. Based on this case, to respond and discuss using cost quality and productivity in the decision-making accounting used by companies and business people worldwide. Quality cost is an event that includes costs caused by low quality. In the quality of products for cost quality there are several components of reliability, performance, easy maintenance, features, durability / strength, aesthetics, comfort and compatibility. But not only that, it also requires a cost quality measurement approach and a quality approach vs. the productivity of an item to be bought and sold. Abstract

Borrowing and lending is one of the economic activities carried out by financial institutions, especially the BMT Maslahah CapemWangkal cooperative, the BMT Maslahah Capem Wangkal cooperative business activities include the provision of credit. BMT cooperative Maslahah Capem Wangkal as a distributor and provider of credit funds for the community that does not always run smoothly, there are times when debtors do not fulfill obligations according to the agreed time (default). The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1) What causes the occurrence of bad credit in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Maslahah Wangkal Sub-Branch? and 2) what is the strategy to anticipate customers of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Maslahah Wangkal Sub-Branch Office to avoid bad credit? Abstract

Prudential Principles Can Provide Protection for Cooperatives in Relation to Savings and Loans Agreements Implemented As for the precautionary principle arrangements can provide protections for cooperatives in connection with savings and loan agreements which carry out lending is one form of money lending, in a loan agreement money is often required there are debt guarantees which can consist of various forms and types. Debt guarantees in positive law in Indonesia, there are various laws and regulations that govern or relate to debt guarantees which are often referred to as collateral law. The provisions of the applicable guarantee law provide arrangements that will protect the parties concerned with the loan of money, financing and debt guarantees. The cooperative as a business entity that provides financing to Members is required to make security measures so that the financing can be paid off by the Member concerned. Financing which is not paid by the Members either in whole or in part will be a loss for the Cooperative. Losses indicate a relatively large amount that will affect the health of the Cooperative and the continuation of the Cooperative business. Therefore, no matter how small the value of money from financing that has been given to Members must remain secured in accordance with the precautionary principle. In general, financing safeguards can be carried out through the financing analysis stage and the application of applicable legal provisions. The link between credit collateral and credit security can be concluded from the provisions of Article 1131 of the Civil Code so that it is another effort or alternative that can be used by the Cooperative to obtain credit repayment when the debtor defaults. Abstract

Competition in economic activities is often used to find out how marketing strategies are formed. To establish a marketing strategy by a company, something product can be offered to the market to get attention to be bought, used, or consumed, so that it can meet the wants and needs. In the marketing mix strategy, the first step to take is a product strategy. This is very important because what will be sold is the product and consumers will get to know the company through the products that will be offered. Whereas marketing is marketing, marketing strategy is the design, implementation, and control of plans to influence exchange in order to achieve organizational goals. Strategy is an organizational tool used to achieve its objectives, and therefore, marketing strategy is needed in achieving success.This research is a type of field research (filed research), which is a study by conducting observations about a phenomenon in a scientific situation. While in data collection using, observation, interview, and documentation.The results of this study explain that the Home Industry of Bakery Bread Products use a face to face strategy, a cooperation strategy. And marketing mix which includes product strategy, price, place, promotion. After exposing the marketing of Bakery Bread products, it is expected to activate the stages of product marketing in all places by looking at the conditions of strengths and weaknesses and environmental changes, so that it can find out whether marketing is applied right on target or not. And further enhance the development of the ability of employees to convince the public to trust the industry that has been created by the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School, so that the product becomes better and is also well-known among the outside community. Abstract

Desaku Menanti program from Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs has been implemented by Malang City Social Service in the form of the development tourism village the named is Wisata Kampung Topeng in Tlogowaru, Kedungkandang, Malang City. This tourism village is realized as an effort to empower homeless people, such as beggars, buskers, and scavengers. These fostered residents are given variety of facilities and social assistance to meet their primary needs. Society is given guidance and assistance in the form of training and funding business.This research uses qualitative method which type is phenomenological research. Determination of research location uses a purposive area method, in Baran Hamlet, Tlogowaru Village, Kedungkandang, Malang City. The research subjects were determined by purposive sampling, Malang City Social Service and Kampung Topeng Tourism Community. Data collection in this study uses interview, observation, and document. Analysis data used by researcher consist of three tools, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.This community economic empowerment program as intended to improve community welfare and support economic activities of society. In the process of empowerment, the community face economic transition. Various jobs and efforts the have do to improve a better quality of life. The community is able to be more productive in encouraging and more rational in consumption activities. In addition, the ability of the community to prioritize needs appears in better financial management. Keywords: economic empowerment , financial management.
