Abstract

This pandemic seems to remind the importance of business continuity, that companies must pay attention to all internal and external stakeholders in order to increase company value. Good corporate governance or GCG is still one of the weaknesses that most companies in Indonesia have. The correct application of GCG can make a company bigger and more reliable. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of projected GCG in institutional ownership, managerial ownership, audit committee and the Board of Commissioners and CSR on firm value. The sample in this study was 120 samples of data from manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector. The results showed that the managerial ownership and CSR variables had a significant positive effect on firm value. The audit committee variable has a significant negative effect on firm value. and the variable of institutional ownership and the board of commissioners has no effect on firm value. and all independent variables together have a significant effect on firm value. Based on the results and analysis that has been carried out by researchers, hopefully this research can be useful for companies in increasing the value of the company by increasing the implementation of GCG and CSR disclosure and for investors to be taken into consideration in choosing issuers to invest.

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThe number of smartphone manufacturers offering the latest innovations has resulted in intense competition among smartphone manufacturers. This makes brand loyalty among smartphone users an interesting issue to research. On the other hand, in previous studies on the topic of brand loyalty, not many have conceptualized the moderating role of age. To answer these problems, this study aims to examine and analyze the moderating role of age in the influence relationship between perceived value and brand loyalty. The sample in this study were 100 smartphone users with the I phone brand in the Solo Raya area. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. Testing was carried out using Moderated Regression Analysis through IBM SPSS Statistic 23 software. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that emotional value has a positive effect on brand loyalty, social value has a positive effect on brand loyalty, while functional value has a positive effect on brand loyalty. Age does not moderate the influence relationship between functional value, emotional value, and social value on brand loyalty. Keywords: brand loyalty, smartphone, perceived value

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of attitude, motivation, and environment on entrepreneurial intentions. The sample of this study were active undergraduate students (S1) of tertiary institutions in the Sukoharjo Regency. With the number of respondents 86 people. The analytical tool used to determine the effect between the independent and dependent variables using SPSS. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear analysis. Based on the results of the analysis showed that the variables of attitude, motivation have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Meanwhile, environmental variables do not significantly influence to entrepreneurial intentions. Keywords: attitude, motivation, environment, and entrepreneurial intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence transformational leadership, servant leadership and organizational learning on organizational performance in restaurants at Wonogiri Regency. The sample used was 154 employees of Restaurants in Wonogiri Regency, including Pak Glinding Restaurant, Titoti Wonogiri Restaurant, Karminah Restaurant, Pondok Dahar Tidar Raos Restaurant, Oke Resto, Pak To Buffet Restaurant, Titoti Ngadirojo Restaurant. Testing the hypothesis in this study using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Based on the results of the study, showed that the variables of transformational leadership and servant leadership, have a positive effect on organizational learning. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 76 Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, selain itu lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha serta pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh social media marketing activities terhadap brand loyality dan efek mediasi brand consciousness dan value consciousness, dengan studi kasus pada konsumen kopi Janji Jiwa di kota Surakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 109 responden, dengan kriteria konsumen yang mengetahui tentang kopi merek Janji Jiwa, konsumen yang melakukan pembelian produk Kopi Janji Jiwa dikawasan Kota Surakarta, dan konsumen yang mengikuti akun media sosial Instagram atau Facebook Kopi Janji Jiwa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), program aplikasi yang digunakan adalah Analysis Of Moment Structur (AMOS). Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara daring menggunakan Google Form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Social media marketing activities berpengaruh terhadap brand consciousness dan value consciousness, Brand consciousness berpengaruh terhadap brand loyalty, social media marketing activities dan value consciousness tidak berpengaruh terhadap brand loyalty. Brand consciousness memediasi pengaruh social media marketing activities terhadap brand loyalty. Value consciousness tidak memediasi pengaruh social media marketing activities terhadap brand loyalty. Keyword : Social media marketing activities, Brand consciousness, Value consciousness, Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of employee empowerment, organizational support and compensation on organizational commitment to millennial employees in Solo Raya. The sample in this study was 194 millennial generation employees. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling design with purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that employee empowerment, organizational support and compensation have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.Keywords: employee empowerment, organizational support, compensation, organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of institusional ownwership, corporate social responsibility, firm size and investment opportunity set to firm value of non financial company that listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The sample used in the study is 151 observations of non financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015 to 2018 and took a sample using purposive sampling method. The data in the study came from the secondary data obtained through technical documentation. Data analysis technique used is the classial assumption test and multiple regression with the help of SPSS 21 for windows. The data of this study was to quality the classical assumption and test the suitability of the model with an adhusted R2 of 60,3%. The results show that: institusional ownership and firm size has a no effect to corporate value; corporate social responsibility and investment opportunity set has a positive significant to corporate value.Keyword : institusional ownership, corporate social responsibility, firm size, investment opportunity set, firm value

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, and good corporate governance on the financial distress condition of manufacturing companies. Financial distress is measured by the interest coverage ratio, a ratio smaller than 1 in the financial distress category. the liquidity ratio in this study is measured by the current ratio, the leverage ratio is measured by total debt to total equity, institutional ownership is measured by institutional ownership of shares, and independent commissioners are measured by the number of independent commissioners. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the mining sector in 2015-2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the sample used in this study were 110 companies consisting of 58 companies categorized as financial distress and 52 not experiencing financial distress. The data analysis technique for non-financial difficulties used logistic regression analysis with dummy cariables. The results showed that the liquidity ratio had no significant effect, the leverage ratio had a significant effect, institutional ownership had no significant effect, and independent commissioners had no significant effect on financial distress. It is advisable for company managers to pay attention to the factors that affect financial distress in order to overcome these problems early. For further researchers, it is expected to add several other variables that are thought to have an effect on financial distress and it is recommended that other research objects be selected, in order to expand the object of research so that they are able to generalize the results of research studies and use types of measurement of financial distress other than the interest coverage ratio (ICR). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh CR, DAR dan DER terhadap ROA pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2019. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Metode analisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial menyatakan bahwa variabel CR dan DAR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA sedangkan variabel DER berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. Secara simultan varibel CR, DAR dan DER berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA.
