Abstract

This study aims to determine the concept of curriculum based on Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Santri. The subject of this research is the PPTQ of the Great Mosque of Surakarta. This research is a qualitative research with data research methods through observation, interviews and documentation. Then data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results found in this study indicate that the curriculum concept applied in the PPTQ of the Great Mosque of Surakarta is always repeating old memorization and adding new memorization regularly, scheduled and deposited with Asatidz (Teacher), repeating old memorization with close friends, evaluating carried out in the PPTQ of the Great Mosque of Surakarta carried out in several ways; 1) Sima'an, 2) Final Examination (Khataman Sugro and Khataman Kubro).

Abstract

Reading Al Quran is a must for Muslims. However, it is very unfortunate that 65% of Indonesia's population cannot read the Qur’an. Al-Qur'an illiteracy must be eradicated immediately, and this is our collective responsibility. One way to eradicate illiteracy in the Qur’an is to teach students as early as possible. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of learning to read the Qur’an using the Al-Husna method for the first grade students at Pondok Tarbiyatul Qur'an Karanganyar, and the factors that support the effectiveness of learning to read the Qur’an using the Al-Husna method. This study used descriptive quantitative research methods. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation. The subjects of this study were the first grade students at Pondok Tarbiyatul Qur'an (PTQ) Cahaya Nusantara, Jetak Hamlet, Wonorejo Village, Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency. The results of this study show that learning to read the Qur’an using the AlHusna method is effective in improving the ability to read the Qur’an for the first grade students at Pondok Tarbiyatul Qur'an Cahaya Nusantara Jetak, Wonorejo, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar. There are 21 students who have completed the Al-Husna learning method within 3 to 4 months and can read the Al-Qur'an. The factors that support the effectiveness of learning to read the Qur’an using the Al-Husna method, namely, the sincerity of students in learning and teachers in teaching, increasing flight hours, concentration, applying learning designated by the al-Husna method, competent teachers, adequate facilities and infrastructure, cooperation between teachers and parents, and always praying to gain useful knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation of habituation of dhikr al-ma'tsurat activities in the spiritual formation of students at SMPIT Darrul Maghfiroh, the obstacles encountered in habituation of dhikr al-ma’tsurat activities in spiritual gathering of students at SMPOT Darrul Maghfiroh, and the solutions in overcoming existing obstacles in habituating dhikr al-ma’tsurat activities at SMPIT Darrul Maghfiroh. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted at SMPIT Darrul Maghfiroh Nglipar. The subjects in this study were students, and informants in this study were school principals, teachers of Islamic education and vice principal of curriculum. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, and documentation methods. To test the validity of the data (data validity) in this study was through triangulation techniques. Data analysis used data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions. The results show that 1) The implementation of habituation of al-ma’tsurat dhikr activities at SMPIT Darrul Maghfiroh Nglipar has an influence in shaping the spirituality of students as evidenced by the attitude of children who are getting used to starting and ending daily activities with do’a, forming a calm attitude in students in responding to all situations and being able to control emotions, and having maturity thinking in solving problems, 2) The obstacles during the application of dhikr al-ma’tsurat at SMPIT Darrul Maghfiroh are some students who cannot read the Qur’an properly and correctly, there are students who are cool themselves when carrying out dhikr, and 3) The solution carried out in overcoming existing obstacles is to provide support as well as motivation to students who have not been able to read the Qur’an, provide a punishment so that children are not late in carrying out activities

Abstract

Teachers play an important role in creating the nation's next generation who are highly dedicated to the nation and religion, so teachers need to pay attention to mastering teacher competence. With optimal mastery of teacher competence, it can create harmony in educational institutions in the form of realizing educational goals, increasing the competence and quality of teacher human resources, as well as creating quality student human resources and being able to foster public confidence about the importance of education. With the competence possessed by the teacher, it can influence how the teacher is in the process of measuring and assessing students. This research uses library research, the method used is literature study. Literature research is research that examines different reference books, and the results of previous similar research help in obtaining a theoretical basis for the problem under study. The literature study process is carried out by reviewing the literature and analyzing related topics that are combined. Literature search can use sources in the form of journals, books, dictionaries, documents, magazines and other sources without conducting field research. The results of this study indicate that teacher competence in measurement and assessment is very important in ensuring the success of the measurement and assessment process. Teachers who have good competence in terms of pedagogic, professional, personal, and social can have a positive and significant impact on student learning outcomes. In addition, teachers who have personal competence can also assist in the moral development of students

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the implementation of the Al-Husna method for teaching hijaiyah letters. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data from observations, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which involved data collection, data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of the study indicate that the Al-Husna method facilitates Quranic reading by making it easier, practical, systematic, and aligned with the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and his companions. The method incorporates Ottoman script as a basis for learning and authenticating the letters. The application of the Al-Husna method in the Al-Ikhlas Qur'an Circle at Muniroh Mosque consists of three stages: preparation, implementation, and assessment. The preparatory stage involves organizing study circles. The subsequent stage focuses on introducing hijaiyah letters through a sequential system, scanning and keywords, and teaching letter formation. The final stage entails evaluating students' learning outcomes using mutaba'ah cards. In conclusion, the Al-Husna method proves beneficial for children, as evidenced by a 75% success rate in Quranic reading and comprehension of hijaiyah letters at an early age.

Abstract

Contemporary phenomenon, if we pay attention together that the morals of students who have grown up or are teenagers are very concerning, there are many cases that we meet directly or are spread on social media regarding the moral behavior of teenagers today. Many of them do not reflect themselves as a Muslim who is moral and well behaved. One example of students who are brave with teachers, teachers who should be respected and valued but there are still students who don't listen to their teacher's advice and still behave poorly towards their teacher and their friends. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the muhasabah an-nafs method in the formation of akhlakul karimah. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method, namely analyzing events and understanding existing phenomena then creating a comprehensive and complex picture. The results of this study show that the muhasabah an-nafs method in the formation of akhlakul karimah plays an important role because with this program students can self-introspect from what students have done. With muhasabah an-nafs students can also increase the good deeds that have been done can be increased in the future both in quality and quantity.

Abstract

This service provider is an organization under the auspices of the Nurul Iman Ta'lim Assembly Organization (MTNI) Karanganyar Regency This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the role of ustadz and ustadzah on the fluency of reading the Koran for elderly students at Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School, Karanganyar Regency. In this study, a qualitative descriptive method was used, namely analyzing events and understanding existing phenomena, then creating a comprehensive and complex picture. The results of this study show how the role of an ustadz and ustadzah in the fluency of reading the Qur'an, inhibiting factors and supporting factors of ustadz and ustadzah on the fluency of reading the Qur'an of elderly students Nurul Iman. The results showed that there were several factors that became obstacles in improving the ability to read the Qur'an of elderly students, namely: 1) the motivation and interest of the elderly were not evenly distributed, 2) the lack of time to listen to the readings of the students one by one, 3) number of students. The supporting factors are: 1) board of caregivers, 2) motivation from the board, 3) personal factors, 4) family factors.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the process of internalizing the values of Islamic religious education through SKI extracurriculars at senior high school to find out the internalized values of Islamic religious education, and to find out the implications of internalizing the values of Islamic religious education through extracurriculars to foster Islamic character in senior high school. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection used was observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the process of internalizing the value of Islamic religious education through the SKI extracurricular at senior high school in cultivating Islamic character has been going quite well. There are four stages carried out in internalizing the values of Islamic religious education at senior high school, namely the value transformation stage, value transaction, value transinternalization, and correction or evaluation. The values that are internalized are the values of i'tiqadiyyah, khuluqiyyah, and amaliyyah. These values are internalized through religious activities at school such as tadarus Qur'an, congregational noon prayers, kultum and tahfidz Qur'an, Friday imtaq, Friday infaq, hadroh, halaqoh, commemoration of Islamic holidays, and Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Intellectual intelligence (IQ) and emotional intelligence (EQ) play an important role in success, keep in mind that intellectual intelligence (IQ) and emotional intelligence (EQ) alone do not guarantee success and happiness and both must be in balance with spiritual intelligence. If not, it will affect the mental and psychological development of students, making them alienated from God. Common problems faced by students during personality formation are managing communication and behavior in the social environment, especially in terms of emotional intelligence, students cannot control their emotions, are too sensitive, selfish, tend to do bad things, are easily influenced, ambitious and doubtful. Most problems arise when religious education does not have an impact on character formation, so students do not have a basis for social life, and experience physical and mental imbalance. So Islamic education is needed as a mean to gain access and control the behavior of all students, whether deviant or not, so that students are able to control their behavior so as to form individuals based on religious teachings. The aim of this research is to find out aspects in Islamic Education that can shape students' emotional intelligence. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative type and used observation, interviews and documentation as data collection procedures. The results of this research in forming students' emotional intelligence require aspects of self-awareness, self-regulation, teaching social skills and empathy for students. These results provide implications that arise from emotional intelligence which influences students' personal and social adjustment. In learning, Islamic Education requires adjustments so that students become "adults" in facing their environment, so this emotion adds a sense of enjoyment to everyday experiences.
