<![CDATA[Small industrial of batik "SEKAR SARI" and "SUMBER AGUNG" is a small industry develop business the batik area which has a special design motif that accentuates their regional, has a special characteristic on the motif, such as a banana image, banana shoots, mountain and dance horse. Ipteks activities for the community of training technology, design batik, provided assistance in establishing a permanent means of drying space batik, provided assistance in establishing of infrastructure the place pelorodan/sink batik, disposal waste pelorodan, providing training and assistance in the management of marketing and simple accounting. Training results obtained special design that characterizes the batik District Klakah, obtained ways of the making batik is more efficient with using staining remasol and the use of tool of the form bidangan of the of bamboo. <![CDATA[This activity aims to develop product and marketing innovation in ladrang pastry business group in karangsono village sub district bangsalsari jember district so that the product has high competitiveness. The method of community service activity has several stages: (1) Survey: The survey activity will be conducted to see the business condition of the partner, (2) Interview: The purpose of the interview is to explore information related to the problems of the partner and also to find the solution, (3) packaging and product taste variance: The packaging innovation practice is assisted by lecturers by designing more attractive and unique packaging, while the taste variances are accompanied by lecturers, (4) Monitoring and evaluation: Monitoring and evaluation activities will be conducted periodically until partners can produce innovative products so that the target and outcome of this program can be achieved. The Target of Community Service Activities of this cake ladrang business group in Karangsono Village, Jember Regency are: (1) Market expansion, not only marketing in local village stalls but in nearby areas such as Lumajang. (2) Improvement of product quality both taste and packaging innovation.]]>

<![CDATA[Entrepreneurship improvement training aims to develop communication skills. Selok Awar-Awar Awar-Awar village, Pasirian Lumajang sub-district is a very potential tourist spot for people to entrepreneurship. By exploiting the potential of natural resources (SDA) and human resources (HR), it can be assured regional income will increase. In addition, by exploiting the natural potential, the field of work will increase and the unemployment rate will decrease. However, in reality people have not taken advantage of entrepreneurship opportunities as well as possible. This is due to their lack of knowledge about entrepreneurship. Most people tend to think only about how to create and process products, they are less concerned about how to promote their products to sell and excel in the market with a high price. <![CDATA[Business Unit of Village Unit or Bumdesa is mandate of Law no. 6 Year 2014 on the Village. The establishment of BUMDesa is an effort to accommodate all activities in the field of economy and / or public services managed by the village and / or inter-village cooperation. The regulation on BUMDesa is regulated through Village Regulations. Bumdesa Gesang Sejahtera was established in 2017, with a legal umbrella of village law. The effort developed by Bumdesa is based on the potential of agriculture and other sectors that have become embryos before. Businesses managed by Bumdesa include; (1) agriculture with organic rice production and fertilizer business, organic agricultural medicine, (2) waste transportation services, (3) HIPPA water service. The problem faced by Bumdesa Gesang Sejahtera as a partner is not yet optimal financial management Bumdesa, which consists of planning, implementation, administration and financial accountability. The pressing issue is financial administration, where Bumdesa has not been able to present financial reports and report to the Village Government. Devotion is done, is training and mentoring activities on (1) standardization of financial format, (2) process of preparation of financial statement, (3) OJT prepare financial report. The output of this devotion is the management capability for the operational operators in the process of administration and financial reporting Bumdesa covers the aspects of cognitive, psychomotor and affective.]]>
