Abstract

Spam calls are any calls made without the consent of the recipient and for any reason. These calls can originate from marketing, advertising, notifications, or fraud. The average Indonesian receives 14 spam calls per day. Only half of it comes from contact book numbers. According to the Google Play Store, the Truecaller and Getcontact apps offer a number of advantages as they each help identify callers and prevent spam. However, in this regard, spam call blocking software has a number of drawbacks, including identifying spam calls incorrectly and blocking useless calls. Sentiment analysis can help users choose applications that suit their needs and in this study intends to analyze reviews on the sentiments of the two applications namely Truecaller: Caller Id and Getcontact by analyzing effectiveness based on the application reviews Support Vector Machine classification algorithm which contains basic guidelines for maximizing hyperplane boundaries that separate the two datasets, are used in the classification process of this study. The results showed that the Truecaller application at 10-fold cross validation had an average accuracy of 88.20% and the Getcontact application had an average accuracy of 87.90%. Meanwhile, the sentiment aspect of the Truecaller application has an average accuracy value of 60.20%, while the Getcontact application has an average accuracy of 63.30%.

Abstract

Rubbish is a residual material from human daily needs. Rubbish has become a terrible problem throughout Indonesia. Poor waste management can lead to the destruction of waste which has great potential to cause health, environmental and social problems. Rubbish that accumulates and is not managed properly becomes a source of disease transmission and gives off a stinking and pungent odor. This study aims to design a ‘Rubbish Picker App’ aimed at housewives, food distributor companies so that they can help manage accumulated waste in a clean and timely manner. The method used for this research is the Design Thinking Method. From the results of the prototype testing that has been given, there were responses in the form of 75% of respondents agreeing that this designed application can assist in waste management. And 25% of other respondents responded neutrally. Therefore, it is hoped that this application can be further developed to become an even more perfect application.

Abstract

Pada zaman sekarang kebutuhan perusahaan terhadap moda transportasi semakin meningkat, untuk itu perusahaan menginginkan kendaraan mobil untuk menjalankan kegiatan sehari-hari seperti kebutuhan operasional perusahaan dan lain-lain. Setiap perusahaan dalam memilih kendaraan mobil yang disewa pasti mencari kendaraan yang nyaman untuk dipakai. PT. Mardika Daya Tribuana merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang berfokus pada bidang penyewaan. Masalah yang terjadi pada PT. Mardika Daya Tribuana yaitu data penyewaan yang sangat banyak tidak bisa diolah, sehingga pihak perusahaan belum menemukan suatu metode untuk mengolah data agar menemukan pola dari data yang ada. Maka pada penelitian ini penulis bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan kendaraan-kendaraan yang dimana hasil dari pengelompokan dapat digunakan oleh pihak PT. Mardika Daya Tribuana untuk mengambil keputusan yang tepat sesuai kebutuhan yang diinginkan. Tentunya untuk mengolah data penyewaan pada PT. Mardika Daya tribuana diperlukan suatu metode yang dapat menghasilkan suatu keputusan yang tepat. Pada penelitian ini penulis menerapkan analisa data Mining dengan Teknik Clustering menggunakan algoritma K-Means. Metode K-Means Clustering digunakan dan diolah berdasarkan kebutuhan untuk mendapatkan informasi pada setiap kelompoknya. Hasil klaster pada data penyewaan sebanyak 280 baris data dan dibagi menjadi 3 (tiga) klaster dimana pada setiap klaster menghasilkan, 11 data dengan level sedang rendah dari segi peminatnya pada klaster 1, 113 data dengan level sedang dari segi peminatnya pada klaster 2, dan 156 data dengan level tinggi dari segi peminat pada klaster 3. Berdasarkan pengujian menggunakan Sum of Square Error (SSE) klaster yang direkomendasikan yaitu 3 klaster dengan nilai selisih 10.44. Sehingga klaster tersebut optimal untuk dipakai.

Abstract

Sukabumi Regency is one of the regencies in West Java that has various facilities and infrastructure, including public open spaces, which serve as beneficial places for the daily activities and needs of the general public. One of these spaces is the town squares, namely Alun-Alun Cisaat, Alun-Alun Palabuhanratu, Alun-Alun Jampang Kulon, Alun-Alun Purabaya, and Alun-Alun Cicurug. However, there are still town squares in Sukabumi Regency that are poorly maintained, resulting in negative articles or opinions from visitors regarding these town squares. Therefore, it is necessary for the local government to undertake development or evaluation to further improve the public open spaces in Sukabumi Regency. Before carrying out the development and evaluation, it is essential to gather information, data, or conduct analysis related to public opinions on these public open spaces. One method is by performing sentiment analysis. This research conducts a public sentiment analysis on the town squares as public open spaces in Sukabumi Regency, utilizing the Naïve Bayes algorithm for sentiment analysis. The data used for analysis were obtained from visitor reviews of these places from the period of 2019 to 2023 on the Google Maps website. A total of 2698 sentiment data points were collected, consisting of 2254 positive sentiment data and 444 negative sentiment data. The algorithm used in the created model achieved an accuracy rate of 92%, precision value of 90%, recall value of 53%, and an F1-score of 67%. The frequency of words obtained from the sentiment analysis revealed the top 5 most frequently mentioned words based on their sentiment class. The top 5 positive sentiment words are excellent, good, clean, hang out, and pleasant. On the other hand, the top 5 negative sentiment words are garbage, dirty, slum, traffic jam, and disorganized. The results of this research, specifically related to sentiment analysis, are expected to assist the local government, especially Regional Office of Land and Spatial Planning in Sukabumi Regency, by providing valuable information as a reference or recommendation for the future development and evaluation of public open spaces in Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

Information is a result of processing data and facts that can be understood and conveyed to describe a situation or condition. At this time the information is important and much needed in various fields. Information is very useful for describing a condition, such as in the world of cooperation, information is needed to give an idea of the partners who will collaborate. The International Office is an information website managed by the Institute for International Cooperation and Relations (LKHI) to provide various information about the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi (UMMI) to all collaborating partners. In addition to providing information to partners, besides that the International Office is also useful for providing information on international activities that can be followed by students and making it easier for lecturers to find information on activity data. After several years of operation, the International Office has experienced a decline in users as a result of which the website does not match the interests and needs of current users. This study aims to increase user interest and interest in the website by understanding the characteristics and needs of users in more depth using the User Persona approach. Where from understanding with the User Persona approach, researchers can understand more deeply the needs and desires of users for websites which are then used as a basis for redesigning the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) to provide an overview of the implementation of the characteristics and needs of users. After the UI/UX redesign in accordance with the understanding of the interests that users want, this research results in a more attractive website appearance resulting in an increase of 21% interest and 18% preference for appearance and provides an overview of implementation to make it easier for developers when making changes to the site web.

Abstract

Data Mining can be utilized in various disciplines, such as Solo Latri Grocery Store, to boost sales and determine grocery sales. The current problem is that the determination of basic food sales at Toko Sembako Solo Latri cannot determine customer purchasing patterns or the number of customers who purchase basic food at the same time. This research seeks to develop a web-based application that integrates the Apriori algorithm into the recommendation process for bundling basic food products. Latri Grocery Store will create a model or association rule to increase sales. By utilizing the Crisp-DM method, it is possible to obtain important information regarding the pattern of transactions made simultaneously using the Apriori algorithm. This investigation is supported by a dataset of sales transactions for the period February 1 to April 20, 2023. Our results show that the Apriori algorithm with a minimum support value of 50% and a minimum confidence value of 50% produces the best seven item set combinations. The best result is a support value of 95.38 percent, a confidence value of one hundred percent, and a lift ratio of 1.97.

Abstract

Chatbot advances have been widely adopted by various companies as support for customer service. Chatbot itself is a technology that simulates or imitates human-like conversations via text messages. Basically, the development of the Chatbot system in this research aims to make it easier for users if they want to learn programming in the Python programming language. Although a web-based application is available for this purpose, namely Google Colab, this web application interface is difficult to use when programming on the small screen found on a mobile device. With this problem as a background, the author built a chatbot system that can help users carry out Python programming via WhatsApp. Execution of program code sent via WhatsApp is implemented by utilizing the Python programming language feature to execute program code in string form. Apart from that, the author provides a program code management feature for many users, so that this Chatbot system can be used by many users at once.
