Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the human resources development, organizational commitment, job motivation, loyalty performance lecturer, analyzing the influence of the human resources development, organizational commitment, and motivation work towards loyalty and performance lecturer, analyzing the influence of loyalty towards the performance of lecturers, and analyze the influence of the human resources development, organizational commitment and motivation of working through loyalty to the performance of a lecturer. Analytical techniques descriptive analyses that used and SEM analysis. Based on the results of the analysis showed that the human resources development, organizational commitment, motivation and loyalty effect on work performance of a lecturer. Loyalty is an intervening variable that could mediate the human resources development, organizational commitment and motivation on performance lecturer, meaning that professors who are committed and have a high work motivation and supported by human resources development good will create loyalty lecturer at institutions that will ultimately improve the performance of lecturers. Keywords         Human Resource Development, Job Motivation, Lecturer Performance, Loyalty, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Abstract: The analysis showed that there was no significant effect of leadership on the value of excellence. There are no direct influence between leadership on teacher performance Foundation Mardi Wiyata Malang through excellence value. There is a positive and significant direct effect between labor compensation to the value of excellence. There is a compensation effect between the work on teacher performance through excellence in value. There is a significant influence between motivation of service to the value of excellence. There is a significant relationship between motivation of service to the Foundation Mardi Wiyata teacher performance through excellence in value. Abstract

Objectives - Actor / small business owners play an important role in the system of taxation in Indonesia. This paper is intended to establish a framework to highlight the situation of small business owners and their impact from a psychological perspective.Methods / approach - as a framework to identify the characteristics of small business owners from the actual tax situation is felt by small businesses.Results - three key aspects that differentiate the perception that small businesses, small businesses tend to be more of a chance to disobey pay taxes, a lack of knowledge and understanding of regulations, taxation and small business difficulties if faced with the decision-making when experiencing a loss of business.  Keywords: Knowledge tax regulation, compliance and small businesse

Abstract

Abstract. PT Tupperware Indonesia, a manufacturer of home appliances, became the fourth largest contributor to the total sales of Tupperware products around the world. Sales of Tupperware products in East Java in the first half of 2010 in the East Java market grew 50%. PT Tupperware product sales figures. Margo Pangestu Mighty Malang fluctuated, Tupperware sales in 2010-2011 experienced a large increase compared to the previous year's sales, although the prices offered by the Tupperware is quite expensive when compared with Lion Star products are becoming a major competitor, it does not affect the customer to remain loyal using products from Tupperware. Sales growth in Malang PT indicates sales force. Margo Pangestu Perkasa has good sales performance. These conditions did not dampen the PT. Margo Pangestu Mighty conduct a thorough reform of the management of human resources (HR). The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on organizational commitment and performance sellers. The sample in this study was 57 salesperson (manager). The analysis tool is used path analysis. Based on the analysis found evidence that the leadership style and work  motivation and organizational commitment affect the performance of the seller. Organizational commitment may mediate the effect of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of salespeople. To improve the performance of salespeople, leaders of PT. Margo Pangestu Mighty, need to implement a style of leadership by providing work guidance to do the job to the salesperson (manager) in order to encourage increased organizational commitment. Abstract

ABSTRACT. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and firm size of the company's debt policy. The population of this study using the criteria : (1) manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in a row during 2011 to 2013, (2) the company has managerial ownership (managerial ownership) as Director and Commissioner registered as shareholders (shareholders). Based on the criteria of population, it is obtained a total of 39 companies. Sampling was carried out with saturated sampling method that all members of the population is used as a sample. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple regression. The results showed that managerial ownership, institutional ownership significantly and negatively related to debt policy. The size of the company a positive impact on debt policy. In the implementation of the operation , the company should reduce the proportion of debt financing in order to reduce financial distress, because the funding of the company's debts caused financial distress and agency cost is greater than the tax savings from debt interest expense, as a result companies are particularly vulnerable to economic shocks. In addition, the Company should increase firm size so that more have a more stable cash flow which can reduce the risk of the use of debt in order to avoid the risk of bankruptcy in the future .Keywords : managerial ownership , institutional ownership , firm size ,and debt policy

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of managerial stock ownership, institutional and foreign to the disclosure of CSR. The population of this study is a manufacturing company that went public in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the year 2012 totaling 131 companies. The samples used purposive sampling approach dengen Judgment Sampling generate a total sample of 55 companies. The results showed that managerial stock ownership negatively affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. Institutional share ownership has a positive effect on corporate social responsibility. Foreign ownership has no effect on corporate social responsibility. Keywords: managerial shareholding, institutional shareholding, foreign ownership and corporate social responsibility disclosure

Abstract

Abstract. The development of accounting not only provide information about the activities of the company to a third party (stockholders and bondholders) that have a direct contribution to the company, but demanded summarizes information about the company's relationship with its environment. Environmental accounting applied by various companies to produce a quantitative assessment of the costs and impacts of environmental protection (environmental protection). The achievements in the implementation of environmental accounting in the company needs to be balanced with the implementation of environmental accounting curriculum implemented by universities in the accounting program. In an effort to improve the competence of graduates of Accounting and respond to the trend of global corporate reporting demands, courses in Accounting in Indonesia needs to immediately respond and internalize the environmental accounting in curriculum design and course Accounting. The reason the importance of environmental accounting (green accounting) applied in the course curriculum of accounting due to some situations within the company (the corporate) that require attention and the role of the accountant to provide solutions in the form of reports green accounting report on the costs incurred by the company for the environment , By studying environmental accounting in College students majoring in accounting understands and is able to increase the amount of relevant information that is made for those who need or use. Abstract. The organization is a forum that allows someone to get the results or the purpose that were previously not achievable individually or in groups. Thus, the organization is a group of individuals who form cooperation in order to achieve certain goals. Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Management is to have a strategic role as a coordinator in addition to regional income ,and technical supervisors income areas as well as explore potential sources of local revenue, which is no less important as well as the Regional Treasurer (BUD) is therefore in an effort to increase services to society, Malang Regency Government in the implementation of regional autonomy requires no small amount of funding that officials at DPPKA required to be able to carry out the duties in accordance with the duties of which to increase revenue in an optimal and orderly in its management.    The purpose of the study to determine the effect with simultaneously, partial and the most dominant influence of democratic leadership style, work environment and organizational communications to employee commitment DPPKA Malang. The results showed simultaneously and partial variables of democratic leadership style, work environment and employee commitment affect organizational communication DPPKA Malang. Abstract.As an institution that is engaged in a self- service unit Cooperative " DAU " Malang should be able to improve the quality of care for the management of the business has to offer. In running a business unit of supermarket / retail managed by the Cooperative " DAU " Malang is not free from the problems that confronted the other supermarket / retail as competitors, such as alfamart and Indomaret. In order to face existing competition, self-service unit / retail managed by the Cooperative " DAU " Malang need to provide excellent service. The purpose of the study to determine the effect of simultaneous, partial and influence of the most dominant factor of quality of services consisting of physical evidence, reliability , responsiveness, assurance, and empathy towards customer satisfaction Cooperative supermarket unit " DAU " Malang. By using multiple regression analysis and concluded bahawa simultaneous partial service quality factors consist of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy affects customer satisfaction Cooperative supermarket unit " DAU " Malang, while assurance is the dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction. Based on these results, it is advisable for the Cooperative supermarket unit " DAU" Malang need to pay attention to hygiene conditions supermarket space. As for the employees, especially the salesperson needs to pay attention to accuracy in the recording of goods bought by consumers, immediately follow up when an error occurs, increase the knowledge about the ethics of service and always act fairly in providing services . Keywords : Quality of service and customer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract, Local wisdom if it is associated with the implementation of CSR in which companies keep doing activities allow the company to keep and develop their culture, customs and habits of the local community. CSR as a form of community relations program implementation, when aimed at the right stakeholders and done properly, will be able to create a condition for the company. So that the company can carry out its activities better without any barriers that arise from the surrounding environment. The study aims to assess the implementation of CSR on local knowledge possessed at Mount Bromo Tengger tribe with community empowerment based on local wisdom. Four focus refers to the international standards of the successful implementation of CSR set by the Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI) includes: (1) economic development and community empowerment (2) care for environmental protection (3) guarantee the implementation of non-discrimination and respect for human rights ( 4) the implementation of occupational health and safety assurance (5) a harmonious relationship with the community based on the principles of good governance.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Community Empowerment, Local Wisdom
