Jurnal Tathwir adalah jurnal ilmiah tentang isu-isu sosial dan perkembangan masyarakat Islam. Jurnal ini pertama kali diterbitkan pada bulan April 2009 oleh Departemen Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam (PMI), Fakultas Dakwah UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Nama Jurnal Tathwir terinspirasi dari semangat perubahan yang merupakan derivasi dari kata “tathwir” (perubahan). Jurnal ini terbit secara berkala setiap bulan April dan Oktober. Jurnal Tathwir memuat artikel-artikel dari hasil penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yang berkaitan dengan kajian ilmu-ilmu sosial keagamaan.

AbstractPolitical communication at this time, often hit by problems. Each elite expressed his sector ego - which ended in conflict. The same condition also happened during Parliamentary Democracy. The ups and downs of the cabinet - mainly triggered by communication bottlenecks that lead to a vote of no confidence. Each political opponent, trying to find weaknesses that lead to impeachment. New communica-tion can be interwoven during the Burhanuddin Harahap cabinet. This is evidenced by the success of the 1955 General Election. All political party leaders, trying to find common ground, to succeed in holding the first elections in Indonesia.

Theology is the ability to give meaning to worship for every behavior and activity, and with the principle of "only because of God". People who have theological intelligence always have more energy. Changes in society, not only determined by academics, but together with theology (belief) that surrounds it. The Prophet Muhammad in carrying out his leadership as a missionary leader, did not escape from his beliefs. This belief is reflected in every activity and behavior within a radius. The study of Islamic da'wah theology with topics that occur in long distances, produces very important meanings from various parties whose Islamic theological material is less successful in its mission to complete duras.

Pesantren has a long history associated with its functions as a forum to educate satri in religious sciences. The central figure is a boarding school clerics who became leader of the school and have the authority which determines the dynamics of intellectual santrinya, even the surroundings.Lately there is a tendency to expand the functions of pesantren not only as a religious institution, but also as a social institution. Consequently, the task is not only working on matters of religion, but also menangggapi social problems. Social work initially may be a side job or a "surrogate" of outsiders boarding. But then, social work makes boarding trusted by many parties as agents bring significant social change. Because they assume, almost all of the functional components of schools have links with the community, ranging from the influence of clerics, religious teacher and his students that provide color in the middle of society. Pesantren is a unique Islamic institution and have a different culture from other Islamic educational institutions

A recent study showed that the number of Muslims had increased significantly in Germany since 2015. Many of them still face challenges in terms of employment and training. Religion may be a secondary cause of these challenges, "but it does not hinder integration in general." "We will do that," was the most famous phrase of German Chancellor Angela Merkel, in 2015, referring to her that her country is capable and ready to receive a large number of refugees, when Germany opened its doors to them and received about one million people, most of them from the Middle East, especially Syria. The author conducted a literature study by quoting from various sources as well as using a descriptive and comparative analysis approach, after about six years, the number of Muslims in Germany has become much larger, and the demographic structure has become less homogeneous, according to a recent official study, conducted by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (PAMF) at the request of the Islam Conference in Germany and the Federal Ministry of the Interior. However, the growing number of Muslims in Germany came under pressure as their numbers grew. Sometimes due to hatred and incitement from outside and within Germany itself. Cultural differences, especially religion, have become a catalyst for the emergence of such hatred. The number of Muslims continues to increase in line with the increasing efforts in cultural assimilation and the ongoing adjustment of the social environment that has changed the situation, which is expected to be better than the previous situation.

The existence of the Da'wah Faculty of attendance is certainly to answer the problems that exist in the community grow and develop during the time someone or a group of people have completed their education at this institution. There are several functions of the Da'wah faculty that are relevant to the progress of a nation and state, namely preparing someone or a group of people to be skilled in a job needed by a community in accelerating development; as a means of transmitting the values of life incarnated in positive attitudes that will strengthen the image and culture of the nation, and a high attitude towards nationality; as a forum to strengthen the social role as agents of change; as a reliable provider of da'wah power that can accelerate the country's development; and so forth.

This study aims to determine the processes and supporting factors inhibiting community participation in the appropriate technology service post program (posyantek). With the formulation of the problem (1) What is the process of community participation in the use of the posyantek program in Grogol Petamburan District? (2) What are the supporting factors and obstacles to community participation in the posyantek program.This research methodology uses qualitative methods and descriptive research types. By using primary and secondary data sources, namely using data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation, as well as data obtained from notes, books, bulletins, written documents related to this research. Through the Posyantek program, it is a community empowerment program to increase knowledge of appropriate technology, provide productive activities and economic change to the beneficiaries as well as the surrounding community as well as assistance to the beneficiaries to become independent in their businesses.The process of empowering the Posyantek Program carried out by the Posyantek Grogol Petamburan sub-district in several villages went through several stages. What dominates in the participation ladder is the 7 partnership ladders on the fourth rung which means providing more real and meaningful participation opportunities for community involvement in local government

This study aims to determine the stages of community empowerment through the use of idle land to become tourist attractions in Jorong Kaluang Tapi Nagari Koto Tanggah, Tilatang Kamang District, Agam Regency and its impact on the community. The method used is a qualitative method with descriptive research that describes the conditions that occur in the field related to community development through the use of idle land to become tourist attractions. Sources of research are staff who manage the Banto Royo tourist attraction and the community as well as other supporting data. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study revealed that the stages of community empowerment through the use of idle land to become a place for Banto Royo Tourism in Jorong Kaluang Tapi Nagari Koto Tanggah, Tilatang Kamang District, Agam Regency, namely the awareness stage, the approach stage, the action plan formalization stage, implementation, participation and evaluation. The impact on society is economic empowerment, religion, building construction, education and employment.

Marriage due to interrelated relations in fiqh terminology is called radha'ah. all scholars agree (ijma ') for their prohibition. those who disagree are between the boundaries of the category of intervention (radha'ah), levels of susuance, length of intake, and trading of milk. The latter is interesting when giving birth to contemporary problems, such as the existence of ASI banks, ASI injection, ASI diverting.KMI does not cover contemporary issues as above, because historically the reference to KHI has been colored more by the works of Sunni Fiqh schools, especially Shafi'i Fiqh. and alternative answers are found in fiqh, namely the fiqh of the zhahiri school and j'afari. Both of these schools agree that this is not included in the category of radha'ah (sesusuan), so marriage is haram. Because what is called radhaah (sesusuan) is by sucking on the tits of a woman who is breastfeeding with her mouth.
