Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine, the effect of brand image, promotion, and price on trust, and purchasing decisions, the effect of trust on purchasing decisions, and customer loyalty, and the effect of purchasing decisions on loyalty. In this study, private-label brands in the retail industry in Yogyakarta are objects and the people of Yogyakarta are subjects with the minimum criteria for purchasing private labels three times. The sample is 272 respondents. The analytical tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is operated through the AMOS program. Sampling was carried out using a multistage random sampling technique. Furthermore, data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires through a google form.  The SEM method used in this study is the estimation of maximum probability and is used as a one-step approach in modeling the SEM approach. Descriptive statistical analysis and Cronbach’s alpha were performed with SPSS 21. SEM analysis was performed using the AMOS program. These results indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Brand Image, Promotion, and Price on Trust and Purchase decisions. Trust has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions and Loyalty, Purchase Decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Chronic Renal Failure (CRF) is a slow, progressive and irreversible decline in renal function can lead to the inability of the kidneys to dispose of residual waste products and unable to maintain fluid and electrolyte balance. Hemodialysis treatment measures performed on CRF patients in order to survive. Fluid monitoring in CRF patients using telemonitoring (remote monitoring equipment), the application contains fluid control and diet to facilitate patients at home. To find out the nutritional monitoring of Chronic Renal Failure patients using the electronic application of bartocar (nutritional fluid monitoring sheet). In this literature review were use 3 data bases namely proquest, pubmed and google scholar, he last 5 years from 2016-2020. Inclusion criteria: Quantitative, qualitative and mix method research design, have communication tools such as mobile phones/computers, Based via online (smartphones and websites), Chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis, Free, the last 5 years 2016-2020. Exclusion criteria: Paid journals, Patients undergoing hemodialysis. From the results of the journal search obtained 35,944 English journals discussed only 10 journals discussed different topics. Electronic bartocar (fluid monitoring sheet) in patients very helpful to facilitate diet, restriction of incoming and outgoing fluids and nutrients. This mHealth app is designed to help with early diagnosis of CRF and self-monitoring. This app can be accessed via online, android 4.0/ios mobile web application and website app. Bartocar serves to help monitoring fluids and nutrients in chronic renal failure patients at home.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is used to analyze and understand the use of the Trading Robot Application in Futures Trading assets against a norm that is already in force in Indonesia with several phenomena that occur as a result of the use of a forex transaction trading robot application that is misused to commit crimes. The research method used in this paper is normative law which includes the statue approach, the historical approach and the sociological approach. The results of the study that the use of the Trading Robot Application has not been regulated in Law Number 10 of 2011 concerning Amendments to Law Number 32 of 1997 concerning Commodity Futures Trading and is an act that does not have a permit so that it can be subject to criminal sanctions. This creates a legal vacuum that can lead to uncertainty in the disharmonization of laws and regulations, especially in futures trading. Thus, it is necessary to update the law by aligning technological advances by covering aspects of legality, specifications, qualifications of trading robots, and the concept of illegal is an administrative violation as an effort to ensure legal certainty.

Abstract

The research that the researcher conducted has the intention of testing the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit committee, the proportion of independent commissioners, and firm size on earnings quality. The intervening variable in this study is earnings management with empirical studies on companies that are included in the IDX list for the 2016-2020 period. There are 193 companies that the researchers made as the population in the research that the researchers held. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique used by researchers and obtained as many as 28 companies as samples. The research carried out by researchers utilizes secondary data taken from annual reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange or company websites in the 2016-2020 period. The model used in the research is panel data regression using the Eviews 9 application. The results of the research are managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit committee, and the proportion of independent commissioners simultaneously giving effect to earnings management and earnings quality. In addition, all variables have a significant partial effect on earnings management and earnings quality, except for the proportion of independent commissioners that does not have a significant effect on earnings quality. The mechanism of Good Corporate Governance in this study has a significant effect on earnings quality with earnings management as an intervening variable. However, firm size does not have a significant effect on earnings quality with earnings management as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Globalization is a necessity that cannot be avoided, as well as the rapid flow of technology. So, people must be able to react wisely. This is because, if people are not digital literate and blind to digital literacy, the easy situation will actually become a boomerang for themselves and others, such as the occurrence of various crime cases in online and offline media. Digital literacy is predicted to be able to overcome problems regarding various ignorance in utilizing digital which of course affects various aspects. For this reason, the researcher wants to find out more about the transformation of social behavior in society through digital implementation. The method used is descriptive quantitative by selecting respondents through purpose sampling which is adjusted to the research objectives, then the process of obtaining data using surveys which are distributed to all respondents. In addition to surveys, observation and interviews are also used to increase the validity of the research results. The results of the study show that the transformation of social behavior goes from bad to better which is seen from the mindset and culture and then forms social behavior in the community that seems to have changed. Where they can think more critically, improve the quality of culture and not be careless when they behave, they also help to harmonize society through the social behavior displayed.

Abstract

Tourism is an activity of traveling with the aim of getting pleasure, seeking satisfaction, knowing something, improving health, enjoying sports or rest, fulfilling tasks, making pilgrimages and others. Indonesian tourism has also experienced significant development. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, tourist visits in South Sulawesi, including the Malino Pine Forest, have decreased. This research was conducted to find out more about the resilience of tourism in the Malino Pine Forest during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses 3 methods, namely semi-structured interviews, literature study and documentation. The sources of primary and secondary data are interviews with informants along with data on the number of tourist visits and also the income earned. And also using the basic concepts and theories of analysis, namely tourism, socio-economic and environmental impacts, pandemics, resilience, and resilience and tourism. The data will be analyzed using the SWOT analysis technique. Based on the data analysis carried out, there is a conclusion that tourism resilience in the Pinus Malino Forest is based on 2 factors, namely the health protocol carried out in the Malino Pine Forest to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and also their strategy to attract tourists' attention. The manager's strategy in dealing with this pandemic is to use social media such as Facebook and Instagram and also use the Word to Mouth method to promote the Malino Pine Forest to the wider community and in the SWOT analysis, the Malino Pine Forest has an internal and external environment that can strengthen resilience in the area. The Tourism Destinations. This resilience work pattern also protects the Malino Pine forest from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Mineral and coal wealth in Indonesia has long been exploited and exploited since before Indonesia's independence. The mineral and coal management and exploitation scheme has undergone changes starting from using the Contract of Work/Agreement of Work scheme to using the Mining Business Permit scheme, all of which are claimed in accordance with Article 33 paragraph (3) of the NRI Constitution as the Indonesian constitution. The research aims to look at the management and exploitation of mineral and coal mining in Indonesia from the point of view of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method used in this paper is a normative research method, emphasizing the use of secondary data, namely examining the principles of law and legislation. invitations, which are sourced from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. In this study, it was concluded that the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia mandates that the management and exploitation of mineral and coal mining by the Government must have a dominant role, the role of the government is not only to regulate, manage and supervise but also plays a role in its management as interpreted by the Constitutional Court's decision. Number 111/PUU- XIII/2015 and the ideas of Moh. Hatta, it does not mean that the Indonesian people reject foreign investment, but that there is a need for a new scheme, one of which is a Joint Venture where 51% or more of the shares are owned by the government or its representatives.

Abstract

The complexity of today's healthcare system challenges hospitals to provide safe, patient-oriented, and cost-effective services. Leadership style in an organization is one factor that plays an essential role in increasing or slowing down the interest and commitment of individuals in the organization. The transformational leadership style emphasizes moral principles, cooperation, and community together united in the privilege of human ethics. Job satisfaction of nurses is expected to improve their performance to create full service to patients. This literature review aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on job satisfaction and performance of hospital nurses.  The method in this study is a literature review by searching for articles through the Ebscohost, Science direct, and Proquest electronic databases published from 2016-2021 and meeting the inclusion criteria. The review process uses the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Results: The results of this review obtained nine articles showing that the transformational leadership style has a positive influence on job satisfaction. Five reports show that leadership positively affects nurse performance in hospitals. Transformational leadership style influences job satisfaction and nurse performance in hospitals. Transformational leadership has more influence on nurse performance than transactional leadership in public hospitals. Nurses' job satisfaction is influenced by opportunity, structural empowerment, job attachment, work environment, and stress. At the same time, nurse performance is influenced by organizational commitment, employee empowerment, workload, motivation, stress, psychological safety, work attachment, and work environment.

Abstract

The aims of this study are as follows: a) To find out the violations committed by the notary in this case fulfill the elements of a criminal act of fraud as in determining Article 378 of the Criminal Code regarding fraud; b) To find out the basis for the consideration of the reviewing judge (PK) in deciding that the case is in accordance with the duties and authorities of a notary as regulated in the Law on Notary Positions. The method used in this research is the doctrinal method (doctrinal research) with secondary data sources. That the facts of the trial of Decision Number 20 PK/Pid/2020 state that the notary commits a criminal act of fraud as referred to in Article 378 of the Criminal Code does not meet the following elements: a) The objective element (element of the act committed) and b) Subjective element (element of intent or purpose). ) which consists of benefiting personally or others and violating the law. The judge in his consideration stated that there was negligence of the Defendant in the process of making the power of attorney for the deed of sale and purchase between the witnesses, then the settlement was administratively. Freeing a notary based on the fraudulent sale and purchase deed according to legal facts, regarding the loss of victim witness Marhendro Anton Inggriyono who was harmed by witness Gunawan Priambodo who did not perform his/her obligations or defaults, it turned out that the Defendant was being processed by criminal law, even though according to the facts of the trial, he did not receive any profit from the transaction of making a power of attorney deed of sale and purchase of land at Paradise Loft.

Abstract

This study analyzes internal factors (income, expenditure, land area, education, availability of labor, age and location) and external factors (transportation, communication, market, capital). Where internal and external factors can affect the participation of farmers in forest and land rehabilitation programs in Lengkiti District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The approach model in this research is statistical analysis. The data processing in this research uses SPSS 26 with binary logistic regression analysis. The results showed that 120 coffee farmers from the selected sample, it was known that 53 coffee farmers participated in the Forest and Land Rehabilitation Program in Lengkiti District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, as many as 67 coffee farmers who did not participate in the Forest and Land Rehabilitation Program in Lengkiti District. Ogan Komering Ulu Regency classified by the model is 55.8%. The variables that affect the participation of farmers in the forest and land rehabilitation program are the income variable (X1) with a sig value of .025, the land area variable (X3) with a sig value. .026, and the location variable with a value of sig. .014.
