Abstract

This study aims to find out and explain how the impact of campus academic culture on the lifestyles of overseas students in the Social Sciences Tadris Study Program at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The method used is qualitative with the data analysis model of Miles and Hubberman on the basis of Peter L. Berger's social construction theory and Weber's Social Action. The results of this study are that campus academic culture becomes a habit and becomes values and norms that have gone through an institutional process and are present in a tangible form. Overseas students absorb the objective world and try to strengthen their existence as students depending on their association. The next step is that overseas students try to display it. Campus academic culture is only considered as a requirement during lectures by overseas students or wetrationalat. Campus academic culture is not an indicator of the lifestyle that is displayed, overseas students tend to display a lifestyle in accordance with their previous interests or those they just discovered while undergoing lectures. Campus academic culture has a more positive impact on improving the ability of individual overseas students such as adding insight and changing mindsets that affect their lives.Keywords: Academic Culture, Overseas Students, and Lifestyle.

Abstract

AbstrakPada abad 21 terus akan menghadapi perubahan-perubahan cepat di dunia pendidikan akibat perkembangan teknologi. Pandemi memberikan pengaruh yang luar biasa terhadap aspek kehidupan termasuk bidang Pendidikan salah satunya perubahan pada paradigma Pendidikan yang harus mengintegrasikan dari pembelajaran konvensional ke dalam pembelajaran teknologi. Salah Platform yang bisa digunakan dan banyak digunakan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran adalah platform Google Clasroom. Di dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah berupa metode deskriptif, yaitu metode analisis yang mendeskripsikan atau menjelaskan peristiwa dan kejadian yang terjadi pada saat penelitian. Di dukung dengan Teknik pengumpulan data yang di peroleh hasil dari data berupa kuesioner atau  angket, survey dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penilitian menyatakan bahwa pemanfaatan Plafform Google Classroom dalam pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi memiliki tingkat keefektifan yang baik dilihat dari aspek partisipasi siswa, pemahaman dan hasil belajarKata Kunci : Pemahaman, Platform Google Classroom

Abstract

Gaya hidup zero waste baru-baru ini mendapatkan perhatian dari masyarakat sebagai gaya hidup positif minim sampah. Konsep zero waste bukan menjadi hal yang baru sebenarnya, terlebih dahulu masyarakat adat sudah menerapkan hal ini sebagai gaya hidup mereka yang berbasis kearifan lokal, salah satunya adalah pada masyarakat adat Baduy. Masyarakat Baduy meyakini bahwa manusia harus bersinergi dengan lingkungan alam sebagai upaya dalam menjalankan adat istiadat dan bentuk pelestarian alam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode survey dan teknik wawancara untuk menggali bagaimana konsep zero waste yang diterapkan oleh masyarakat Baduy dapat mengurangi risiko bencana berupa penyelamatan lingkungan dari pencemaran tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, masyarakat Baduy sudah sejak dahulu menerapkan konsep zero waste sebagai sarana dalam mengharmoniskan kehidupannya dengan lingkungan. Konsep zero waste ini menjadikan sebuah gaya hidup minimalis ditandai dengan bagaimana mereka secara sederhana memanfaatkan alam sebagai sumber penghidupan mereka agar tidak mencemari wilayah mereka. Pengelolaan lingkungan yang dilakukan masyarakat Baduy menjadikan sebuah kearifan lokal berupa gaya hidup berkelanjutan yang dapat mengurangi risiko bencana.

Abstract

To make it easier for students to understand the material, teachers can carry out learning activities by utilizing the surrounding environment. Such as learning based on local wisdom wrapped in the values of religious moderation. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of social studies learning based on local wisdom and religious moderation at Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Wirosari District. The research design uses qualitative research methods. Collecting data using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this study are that there is social studies learning based on local wisdom and moderation of religion at MTs Wirosari Subdistrict which is listed in the RPP which contains the integration of local wisdom and religious moderation that takes place during the learning process. The character values contained in the implementation of Social Studies learning based on local wisdom are religious values, mutual cooperation values, historical values, and economic values, while the character values based on Religious Moderation are tasamuh, tahadhdhur, and tawazun attitudes. Then the relevance of social studies learning based on local wisdom can be seen in the lesson plan which contains the integration of local wisdom and the concept of religious moderation in social studies learning materials, namely Basic Competency 3.1 and 4.1 in class VII and class VIII. It is hoped that by implementing local wisdom-based learning and religious moderation in social studies learning, it will be able to provide students with a more comprehensive understanding.Key word : Learning Social Sciences, Local Wisdom, Religious Moderation

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi dan deskripsi secara mendalam terkait kebutuhan pengembangan e-modul praktikum pada mata kuliah Manajemen UMKM dan Koperasi yang sesuai dengan analisis kebutuhan mahasiswa dan analisis kurikulum. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya yang telah mengambil mata kuliah manajemen UMKM dan koperasi berjumlah 60 orang dan tim dosen pengampu mata kuliah yang berjumlah 3 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, Sebagian besar mahasiswa membutuhkan bahan ajar menarik yang dapat memenuhi karakteristik belajar mahasiswa yang beragam. Selain itu, kegiatan pembelajaran perlu diarahkan pada kegiatan pembelajaran bersifat praktik, karena peranan mata kuliah ini untuk mendukung kegiatan kewirausahaan di program studi. Selanjutnya, hasil analisis kebutuhan ini nantinya akan dijadikan pedoman/acuan bagi peneliti dalam mengembangkan e-modul praktikum Manajemen UMKM dan Koperasi berbasis team based project yang layak untuk dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran baik secara offline maupun online.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe the stages of developing STEM-based digital modules; 2) describe student responses to STEM-based digital modules; 3) describe the effectiveness of STEM-based digital modules; and 4) describe the effect of STEM-based digital modules on increasing learning independence. This research is tdevelopment of R&D and experimental research using quantitative data analysis. Research procedure used is a 4-D development model developed by Thiagaraja, Semmel, and Semmel, there are four stages, define, design, develop and disseminate. Obtained data during the development of digital teaching materials will be analyzed by researchers with qualitative and quantitative analysis stages. This qualitative analysis was obtained from data collecting observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Quantitative analysis is intended to describe the quality of teaching materials developed based on the assessment of expert validators. Based on the results of the validation STEM-based Digital Module experts developed in the appropriate category, the student's response to the practicality of the STEM-based Digital Module is in the feasible category, based on the gain score test there are increase in independence, and based on the results of the paired samples test there  are an effect of using the Digital Module on learning independence. Thus, it can be concluded that the STEM-based Digital Module is effectively used to increase learning independence.
