Abstract

This study aims to describe the micro business profile of Sanan tempe chips and provide an overview of the perceptions of Sanan tempe chips entrepreneurs on Islamic bank financing. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis research method by combining qualitative and quantitative method approaches in the different stages of the research process. The results showed that the profile of tempe chips entrepreneurs in terms of production could produce between 800-2,800 per month on average with a price of Rp. 7000, with an average income between 1,000,000 – 5,000,000 with a percentage of 48.6%. For the marketing aspect, it uses more inside and outside the region, marketing outside the region such as: Batu City, Pasuruan, and Surabaya.  The perception of the tempe sanan chip entrepreneur on financing, in terms of 4 aspects: in 4 aspects it has a different percentage level and criteria. The criteria that are lacking are in the procedural aspect with a percentage rate of 59% of respondents compared to the other 3 aspects. This shows that there are many responses that choose less appropriate regarding the disbursement of financing and the financing application process.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of developments and determine credit risk at Conventional Commercial Banks. The independent variables in this study are Expenses and Income operational (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and inflation for Non Performing Loan (NPL). The population used in this study is a registered Conventional Bank in Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) as many as five bank. The sample of this research is using 4 banks by using sampling method is purposive sampling. The result for this research are BOPO has a positive and significant effect on NPL. CAR has a negatife and significant effect on NPL Inflation has a negative and significant effect on NPL.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence on the variables of third party funds, interest rates, and inflation on credit distribution provided by commercial banks and to strengthen the results of previous research. The data sources for this research were obtained from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency, Bank Indonesia, and the Indonesian Banking Statistics or the Financial Services Authority. The analytical technique used is descriptive quantitative technique, it is to explain the influence between the variable lending funds and the variable third party funds, interest rates, inflation. The results of the separate test (t test) obtained The results have a significant positive effect on the third party fund variable and on the interest rate variable, while the inflation variable has a negative and insignificant effect on lending, meaning that if the inflation rate is high, lending will decrease.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of service and trust in the decision to give BNI credit at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Ambon Branch. Where this research was conducted using quantitative analysis methods, namely by using the instrument test (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis test, and hypothesis testing (T test and F test). The results of the study indicate that there is a partially significant effect on the Service Variable (X1) and the Trust Variable (X2), a positive effect with significant results on the decision (Y) of BNI Flexi lending at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Ambon Branch. With five elements used but with different definitions of each variable, but using all the same tests, in this case the results has an equally influential effect on the decision (Y). The tests carried out, such as the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test and t Test.

Abstract

Credit distribution activities have a very important role for the economy, namely to support development and to improve the welfare of the community, while for banks the main source of income comes from lending activities. The purpose of this thesis research is to determine the Effect of Third Party Funds, Net Interest Margin and Capital Adequacy Ratio on Credit Distribution at State-Owned Commercial Banks in 2011-2020. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis using panel data. The results obtained by the researchers are Simultaneously TPF, NIM, and CAR have an effect on Credit Distribution with significant results. while partially Third Party Funds (TPF) have a positive and significant effect on Credit Distribution. This is indicated by the regression coefficient value of 0.9872 and the probability value of 0.0000. Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a positive and insignificant effect on Credit Distribution. This is indicated by the regression coefficient value of 0.0043 and the probability value of 0.5706. And the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive and insignificant effect on Credit Distribution. This is indicated by the regression coefficient value of 0.0055 and the probability value of 0.1214.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of citrus farmers and the effect of land area, production costs and BNI (Kredit Usaha Rakyat) KUR capital on the income of citrus farmers in Petungsewu Village, Dau District, Malang Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection methods are interviews and questionnaires. The population and sample in this study amounted to 21 people with the criteria of citrus farmers using KUR BNI. The independent variables in this study are land area, production costs and capital  BNI KUR on the income of citrus farmers. The result of this research is that land area has a positive and significant effect on the income of citrus farmers. Production costs have a positive and significant effect on the income of citrus farmers. Capital (KUR BNI) has a positive and insignificant effect on the income of citrus farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of inflation, kurs rupiah, ROA and ROE on stock prices in the mining sector. The data used in this study are secondary data for the period 2016-2020. The dependent variable is the mining stock price, while the independent variables include inflation, kurs rupiah, ROA, and ROE. The Slovin formula was used in the sampling technique. The research method used is panel data regression with the Random Effect Model (REM) as the best chosen model. The results showed that the variables inflation, kurs rupiah, ROA and ROE at the same time, or at least one of them, had a significant impact on share prices in the mining sector. The results of the partial study of the kurs rupiah and the ROE have a positive and significant effect on the share price of the mining sector, while the variables inflation and ROA have a negative and insignificant influence on the share price of the mining sector.

Abstract

The Regional Development Bank is one of the banking institutions in Indonesia where ownership of shares is in the hands of the Regional Provincial Government. The measurement of the level of profitability can use the ratio of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), and Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR).The study was conducted to determine the effect of the capital adequacy ratio, non-performing loan, and loan to deposit ratio on the profitability of Regional Development Banks (BPD) in Sulawesi Island. The data used is inferior data obtained indirectly through the official website of each Regional Development Bank. Research testing is done by using panel data regression. The results of the research test found that based on the F statistical test, a probability value of 0.000416 was obtained, indicating that the CAR, NPL and LDR variables had a significant effect on ROA simultaneously. While in the T test, the Capital Adequacy Ratio variable has a positive and significant effect on the profitability of Regional Development Banks in Sulawesi Island. Meanwhile, the other two variables, namely the Non-Performing Loan and Loan To Deposit Ratio have a positive and insignificant effect on the profitability of Regional Development Banks in Sulawesi Island.

Abstract

In the capital structure there are several determinants to determine the capital structure, these determinants will later be used as a consideration in determining the capital structure. This research will analyze the factors that determine the capital structure of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The data used for this research are in the period 2015.1-2019.4. The data used is data from the Indonesian Islamic Commercial Bank. For analysis data processing using panel data regression with the best model selection. The data variable consists of 2 variables, namely dependent and independent. The dependent variable in this study is the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). While the independent variables in this study are Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). From the results of the analysis for this study, it is known that the Return On Assets (ROA) variable has a positive and significant effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) variable. For variables that have a negative and significant effect on the CAR variable are the Return On Equity (ROE) and Non-Perfoming Financing (NPF) variables. Whereas the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) variable has a positive and insignificant effect on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of macroeconomic variables including BI-rate, exchange rate, and Gross Domestic Product Development on stock returns of the Jakarta Islamic Index. The analytical method used in this study uses panel data regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained an R-Squared value of 0.233956 or 23.39%. The result of this research is that the BI-rate has a significant negative effect on JII's stock returns. The exchange rate has a significant negative effect on JII's stock returns. And the development of Gross Domestic Product has a significant positive effect on JII's stock returns.
