Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality and Trust on Customer Satisfaction of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. KCP Tambun Mangunjaya. The sample of this research is the customer of Bank Mandiri Branch Tambun Mangunjaya. The sample used was 100 people using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The results showed that partially the positive effect of the service quality variable on the customer satisfaction variable was β1 0.614 (sig 0.000) while the positive effect of the trust variable on the customer satisfaction variable was β2 0.400 (sig 0.028). The value of Adjusted R Square is 0.897, which means that 89.7% of service quality and trust affect customer satisfaction of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. KCP Tambun Mangunjaya and the remaining 10.3% were influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence online marketing and customer interest have in influencing the increase in Kharisma Studio's profits. The type of research conducted is quantitative with the research methods of Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Regression, T and F Tests. The data studied were taken using a survey method, using a questionnaire as an instrument of data collection through Google Form. In determining the sample the author uses a simple random sampling technique questionnaire. The respondents were 80 people who had met the specified answer criteria. Based on this research, it is stated that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. There is a significant effect between online marketing and customer interest on increasing profits. The result of the contribution of online marketing and customer interest to the increase in profit is 59.3% or 0.593. Where according to the interpretation table the coefficient of determination is included in the medium category.

Abstract

The culinary business is now rising year after year. Customers are vital to a company's survival and growth. Good service and reasonable prices will also impact customers' opinions and urge them to return. Loyal customers will boost sales and growth. This study looked at two independent factors and one dependent variable. This study will examine Jinjja Chicken, a trendy Korean restaurant in Medan, and its customers. Customers of Jinjja Chicken Medan were surveyed online. Responses are collected through purposive sampling and analysed using SPSS V.25. The test revealed that customer loyalty in Jinjja Chicken Medan is influenced by service quality and price.

Abstract

This paper aims to research regarding the impacts that social media marketing, hedonic shopping motivation and electronic word of mouth has to a Shopee customer’s impulse purchases. The method applied in this study is quantitative and data will be collected by providing online to Shopee’s customers located in Medan, Indonesia. Convenience sampling method will be used and the sample will be distributed to whom the writer can easily distribute to. From the questionnaires distributed, 97 respondent’s data were obtained and they will be processed with the SPSS statistical software program. Result shows that only hedonic shopping motivation will significantly impact the impulse purchases made by Shopee customers in Medan while the others will not much impact to impulse purchases.

Abstract

Village Government Apparatus Work Ethics is the attitude or work behavior of village officials in carrying out their duties and authorities in providing public services. The purpose of this study was to find out how the work ethic of the Lantapan village government apparatus, Galang District, Tolitoli Regency. This research was carried out at the Lantapan Village office, Galang District, Tolitoli Regency. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The 10 informants in this study were conducted using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study by referring to the work ethic theory of Ahmad Janan Asifudin have not been maximized even though there have been rules that have been applied because of the five indicators there are only indicators that are adequate even though the application is not too optimal.

Abstract

Aviation Security (AVSEC) services at Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Pranoto Samarinda Airport are very important as aviation security personnel who have (mandatory) a license or certificate. a certificate of proficiency for officers (STKP) who are given duties and responsibilities in the field of Aviation Security. Based on the background and problem formulation, the purpose of this study is to 1) determine the effect of Aviation Security officer services on passenger satisfaction at Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Pranoto Samarinda Airport 2) find out how much influence the Aviation Security officer service has on passenger satisfaction at Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Pranoto Samarinda Airport. The data used in this study is primary data, namely data collected by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires directly to 100 respondents or airport service users at Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Pranoto Samarinda Airport researchers used quantitative research and analyzed using SPSS 23.0. After the questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents, the data obtained were tested for validity, simple linear regression test, T test and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the services of Aviation Security officers on passenger satisfaction at Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Pranoto Samarinda Airport. This is evidenced by the value of T arithmetic 17.744 > T table 1.98447. Based on the results obtained, the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.763 or 76.3%, meaning that there is 76.3% of the effect of service on passenger satisfaction, while the remaining 23.7% is influenced by other variables not tested in this study.

Abstract

The Tanjungpinang Kota District Office is a public organization located in the Tanjungpinang City area. Tanjungpinang Kota sub-district has the task of carrying out the wheels of government and public services at the sub-district level. The achievement of these goals is certainly influenced by the performance of the organization as a whole. As a sub-district located in the City, this is certainly a representation of other sub-districts that researchers are interested in discussing. This study aims to analyze how the performance of the Tanjungpinang City District organization in achieving goals according to the vision and mission. To see the performance of Tanjungpinang City, the researchers looked at various aspects, namely, productivity, responsiveness, service quality, cooperation, resource use and timeliness. The second objective is to describe the factors inhibiting organizational performance in Tanjungpinang Kota District. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with reference to the concept of performance indicators coupled with the existing conditions at the research locus. Based on the results of the study, it can be explained that the organization's performance has been going well, such as the indicators of productivity, responsiveness, service quality, cooperation and timeliness. The indicators that still have obstacles are human resources and infrastructure.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the level of Financial Literacy for students of the STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Economic Education Study Program. This study uses a quantitative approach in the form of a survey. The number of respondents in this study a population of 72 people. The data collection technique used is indirect communication using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis was processed using descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the Financial Literacy Level of Students of the Economic Education Study Program at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa is 66.28%. It can be concluded that the level of financial literacy of students of the Economic Education Study Program at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa is in the medium category. This means financial literacy which includes; Knowledge and Ability to apply finance, Financial Attitude, and Financial Behavior still need to be improved.

Abstract

Na-Oogst tobacco or also called Besuki Na-Oogst tobacco is a type of cigar tobacco that is grown in the dry season and harvested at the beginning of the rainy season where the export market share is very promising at a high enough price. Jember is the center of this type of tobacco. This study aims to determine the level of profit and feasibility of Tobacco Na Oogst farm business in Jember Regency. This study used Multistage Cluster Sampling, with the number of respondents are 120 people. The results showed that Tobacco Na Oogst farm business per hectare requires a total cost of Rp27,042,469 and resulted in a total revenue of Rp168,633,671. Thus, Tobacco Na Oogst farm business per hectare is able to produce a net profit of Rp141,591,202. The R/C Ratio of Tobacco Na Oogst farm business is 6.24 (R/C ratio> 1). This means that every Rp1,000 the costs incurred for Tobacco Na Oogst farm business able to provide revenue of Rp6,240. Therefore, Tobacco Na Oogst farm business is feasible.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses Implementasi kebijakan penertiban hewan ternak di Kecamatan Gadung, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengungkap fenomena dan kebiasaan yang terjadi pada masyarakat yang melepas hewan peliharaannya di tempat umum sehingga dapat menganggu lalu lintas dan membuat lingkungan menjadi kotor. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sejak bulan Oktober 2021 sampai dengan Januari 2022. dengan melakukan wawancara, pengamatan serta mempelajari dokumen kebijakan penertiban hewan ternak dengan melakukan analisis data melalui reduksi dan penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Implementasi kebijakan penertiban hewan ternak di Kab. Buol, belum terlaksana dengan optimal, karena disebabkan oleh kurangnya sosialisasi dan koordinasi antar dinas terkait, keterbatasan anggaran dan kurangnya pelaksanaan evaluasi.
