Abstract

The ability of students to adapt to the campus environment or college adjustment is influenced by one important aspect that helps students succeed in the lecture environment, namely increasing self-esteem. Self-esteem is an important thing in one's life, it is closely related to the way humans are humans can see about their own situation. The PBAK program has not completely touched the important condition that individuals must possess properly, namely self-esteem. This fact is a concern for researchers to try to provide an intervention program to increase self-esteem for students majoring in PIAUD FTIK IAIN Padangsidimpuan, if students have low self-esteem, it will certainly increase their chances of experiencing failure in academic performance, which in turn will increase the level of distress. psychological well-being and will have a negative impact on their own personal circumstances. This research is a quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental study with a quantitative approach consisting of one experimental class. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the use of TAI-type cooperative learning to increase students' self-esteem. To see whether there was an increase in students' logical thinking skills and also students' self-esteem. The condition of self-esteem of students who received Team-Accelerated Instruction (TAI) cooperative learning showed an improvement towards a better direction, meaning that the TAI learning model could be used to help develop personality such as self-esteem. One group pretest-posttest design was used.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of morals and character in early childhood. Many found various kinds of behavior that can determine the character of different early childhood. So, a rule is needed to minimize the attitudes and behavior of children in early childhood starting early, especially in the influence of this increasingly advanced era. Education is basically in the form of guiding and consciously teaching educators to students with regard to the physical and spiritual development of children so that the formation of a good and neat personality. This study measures all aspects of moral and character management, namely: positive and negative, the purpose of this study is also to find out how the influence of character education management on morals in early childhood. The method used is a quantitative method with research data with data analysis. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews (interviews) by way of one-sided question and answer which is carried out systematically and based on the research objectives. Sources of data in this study in the form of respondents and observations. Data collection techniques in the form of research reports. The results of this study indicate that students are also expected to be able to follow and make themselves effective in order to establish unity in education which will later be in the form of good morals in developing learning character.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini bermaksud mencari informasi kedalaman kemampuan dasar (kompetensi) yang ada pada seorang guru PAUD di Kecamatan Simangambat, Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. Maksud kompetensi disini adalah kompetensi Pedagogik, Profesional, Sosial dan Kepribadian. Disajikan kedalam bentuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan Instrumen penelitian berupa wawancara, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi yang dianggap mendukung hasil penelitian. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan, ada lembaga PAUD yang mesti mendapatkan perhatian lebih, hal ini dikarenakan masih banyak guru yang belum memiliki kualifikasi akademik S1 PAUD, kemampuan guru dalam merancang suatu pembelajaran masih kurang. Permasalahan ini berdampak pada rendahnya kualitas pembelajaran di kelas, karena tidak dapat menstimulasi perkembangan peserta didik secara optimal.

Abstract

Pancasila is the basis of the state that must be upheld by practicing its values in everyday life. The good behavior of a nation is also a mirror for the country in front of other countries. This study aims to determine how parents' strategy in educating their early children instills Pancasila values when not at school or at home. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological study approach. Sources of data in this study were parents of early childhood. Determination of data sources using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection using interviews. Data analysis was carried out, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. After being analyzed, the data were interpreted and tested for validity using member-checking techniques. The study results found that each parent has a similar strategy for educating their children to practice the values of Pancasila in everyday life. Education that parents teach children to practice the values of Pancasila, such as introducing religion to children, teaching children to worship, teaching children to love others, teaching children, practicing cooperation, inviting children to consult, teaching children always to accept decisions if it is for the common good, discuss anything for fairness, teach children to learn continually, and teach children always to respect the work of others

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental approach. This research is used because through this research it is expected to cause a situation or change aimed at seeing a result of a treatment. The population is all PIAUD students majoring in UIN Sheikh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan, and the subjects are PIAUD students in semester 4, because this semester is offered courses neuroscience course. So the sample was not chosen at random, but was accepted as the condition was due to the limited class in this fourth semester. The purpose of this research is to see the improvement of students' critical thinking skills after carrying out Accelerated Learning (AL) learning, using test questions with critical thinking indicators as a data collection technique. The increase in students' critical thinking skills according to the criteria for increasing n-gain shows that the increase in students' critical thinking skills is classified as high.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan fenomena pemahaman kaum ibu tentang stunting dan dampaknya terhadap tumbuh kembang anak di Kabupaten Kuningan. Penelitian ini mengunakan jenis penelitian Kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriftif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman kaum ibu tentang stunting cukup rendah. Pada umumnya kaum ibu hanya memahami beberapa hal tentang stunting, yakni: (1) kondisi gagal tumbuh anak (2) praktik pengasuhan yang baik pada balita (3) asupan gizi untuk balita (4) pencegahan diare (5) pemberian ASI eksklusif selama 6 bulan (6) pemenuhan zat gizi ibu hamil. Sedangkan yang tidak dipahami kaum ibu terkait stunting mencakup (1) mengasuh anak stunting(2) mengikuti posyandu (3) mengukur panjang/tinggi badan anak selama 6 bulan terakhir (4) menimbang berat badan anak dalam 6 bulan terakhir (5) dampak stunting (6) pemberian makanan pendamping ASI (MP ASI) (7) pencegahan stunting. Dampak pemahaman ibu yang rendah tentang stunting berpengaruh pada pola pemberian makan pada anak, yakni memberikan makan tidak sesuai kebutuhan anak, sehingga proses tumbuh kembang anak menjadi terhambat. Stunting  dapat dicegah dengan cara memberikan asupan gizi sesuai kebutuhan anak serta rajin mengikuti posyandu setiap bulan untuk mengetahui laju pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Kaum ibu di Kecamatan Darma Kabupaten Kuningan tidak benar-benar mengikuti posyandu, hal ini terlihat dari KMS yang terisi setiap bulannya

Abstract

A huge number of immigrant families live and work in America where most aspects of lives are remotely similar to the ones we have here in Indonesia, for instance. Many of their children experience some unique developmental realities that are different from the ones experienced by children in some other parts of the world. Some experience challenges in their growth through the dynamics of their relationship with others, particularly their family members. Some others experience it because of their socioeconomic status. This study looks at children from Asian minority communities growing up in the US, Zahra and Linda. Understanding their developments is deemed critical to help us understand the distinction of their developments. Zahra is from Saudi Arabia and lives with her parents in Northern Albuquerque and Linda is from Indonesia, living in California. For Zahra, Arabic is her first language and she is still learning English at this time. Linda, however, was born in Indonesia but raised since she was 3 months old in the US which makes English her first language, although her family still uses Indonesian at home. By observing them, we can gain great insights into their cognitive, social, and physical development and utilize that knowledge to better understand childhood and adolescent development within the immigrant community as a whole

Abstract

Kekerasan pada anak usia dini bagaikan lingkaran setan yang sering terjadi dalam lingkungan keluarga. Orang tua yang seharusnya sebagai pelindung anak berubah menjadi predator. Kekerasan pada anak mengakibatkan kerusakan psikis dan mental anak yang mempengaruhi tumbuh kembang anak. Islam menawarkan banyak solusi bagi orang tua untuk menghindari kekerasan terhadap anak, yaitu dengan mengajarkan anak untuk menghormati, berbuat baik dan mewujudkan kasih sayang kepada anak, dengan cara ini anak akan memiliki pengamalan pengasuhan baik yang penuh kasih sayang, lemah lembut dan ketulusan dari orang tua. Dalam islam perlindungan pada anak meliputi fisik, psikis, intelektual, moral, ekonomi. Pemenuhan hak anak harus menjamin kebutuhan sandang, pangan, nama baik dan martabat anak, menjaga kesehatan dan memilih teman serta lingkungan yang aman dan nyaman bagi anak. Pelindungan anak yang kaffah akan mengurangi angka kekerasan pada anak dan mewujudkan anak yang berakhlakul karimah.Kata Kunci: kekerasan, anak, perspektif islam

Abstract

The development of early childhood language through the storytelling method in kindergarten is the development of children in acquiring words effectively orally and in writing. Its purpose as a means of communication, broaden horizons and knowledge. It helps children to interact well with their social environment. The storytelling method is one of the efforts in developing language development in early childhood. For this reason, the problem raised in this study is how the language development of children after an early age through the storytelling method is used, to answer the research problem, a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach is used. The research subjects were teachers and students, the data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. The result of the research is that the development of the storytelling method has developed for early childhood language development. In the implementation of the teacher has been optimal in using the storytelling method. Qualitative data analysis is inductive, namely an analysis based on the data obtained, then developed.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperjelas dan menganalisis peran guru dalam merespon psikologi anak usia dini di PAUD Al Amin yang semakin menurun akibat pengaruh gadget. Gadget kini menjadi media komunikasi yang populer. Dan dengan adanya alat komunikasi semakin memudahkan. Namun, penggunaan perangkat yang sering, terutama selama masa kanak-kanak, dapat memperburuk kondisi mental anak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam menjaga penurunan psikologi anak sangat penting. Dalam penelitian ini, beberapa persen anak mengalami perubahan perilaku akibat terlalu sering bermain gadget. Selain itu, anak-anak sering bermain game dan menonton youtube, yang membuat anak malas. Oleh karena itu, mengatasi perubahan psikologis pada anak usia dini memerlukan pengawasan dan peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Selama proses pembelajaran, guru harus senantiasa mengawasi, memantau dan mengontrol anak agar dapat tumbuh lebih baik. Jangan sampai minat belajar anak khususnya psikologi anak, berkurang
