Abstract

The application of IT in the world of education is the use of Office 365, this application is one of the supporters of the learning process, especially the implementation of a learning system from home, ITB STIKOM Bali collaborates with Microsoft, one of which is the use of office 365 applications for the academic community. ITB STIKOM Bali is a university that carries out IT governance, the university is responsible for managing information within the academic community. Office 365 has an important role in infrastructure development at ITB STIKOM Bali. Therefore, the management process must be carried out properly, to determine the level of maturity in the use of office 365. The use of office 365 still needs to be measured to find out the problems that occur in the field. Before measuring IT Governance, the first step that must be done is Process mapping. Mapping is done to find out what process will be used in making measurements. The survey was carried out by applying the COBIT 5 framework by applying the Process Assessment Model, adapted to the conditions in which the research was conducted. The tuning process is carried out from the COBIT 5 domain.

Abstract

Examination is a process carried out by the teacher to measure and determine the achievement of student competencies on learning process. Before the exam is conducted, the administrative staff has prepared an identification for each students, namely the presence of a school exam participant card. Students can get a school exam participant card on the condition that they have completed all payments related to the school treasurer. In SMA 6 Negeri Kota Bengkulu, the processing of student data and making the test participant cards still used Microsoft Excel for inputting data and making school exam cards. The data processing system has not used software equipped with a database or a program that creates a document. Therefore, it is necessary to design and create web platform Information System for Printing Test Participant Cards at SMA Negeri 6 Kota Bengkulu using the PHP programming language and the MYSQL database.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a Web Service-based Application for Queuing Pagar Alam High School Technology, the service system that is currently running is still done conventionally, where students have to come directly and queue long enough, because the number of students who have quite a lot of waiting chairs is becoming increasingly full, causing inconvenience in queuing. Due to the large number of queues, the lecturer staff have not been able to distinguish which students must be served first. This web service-based queuing application will later be able to help the existing service process, and students can estimate arrival time without having to wait long in the waiting chair besides that it can help staff in providing servces to be more structured. In the development of this application using the FIFO method and the Association method to determine the queue time. This system is made using PHP and MySQL programming as its database, using the waterfall SDLC method with the stages of Analysis, Design, Coding, testing and the testing method carried out in this study is Black Box Testing. With a score of 3.4 and expert review with a score of 4.2 from the implementation of beta recapitulation with a valid category. Thus the web service-based queuing application with the FIFO method and the association method can run well and validly.

Abstract

Currently, the e-Learning application at PGRI Yogyakarta University still has several shortcomings, one of which is the absence of features for the project-based learning model (PjBL). PjBL is generally used for practical courses. This study aims to develop a project-based e-learning application at the University of PGRI Yogyakarta. The research method begins with data collection through interviews, observation and literature study. Furthermore, PIECES analysis, UML design and application feasibility tests were carried out using the black box test and alpha test methods. Based on the results of black box testing, it can be seen that the system can run well and has met the specifications on the problem boundary. Based on alpha testing, it was found that the interaction in using this application is very easy, the application interface design is very attractive, the functions of this application are complete, and the overall application performance is very good. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a major role in supporting Indonesia's national economy, proven to contribute 60.34% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) before the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. The role of MSMEs needs to be further enhanced, especially in the midst of a pandemic. as it is now. The steps or processes taken for MSME actors are directed at efforts to improve product quality, which in the end is expected to increase the competitiveness of MSME products. Utilization of information technology is a very appropriate choice for efficiency and improvement of digital product management, data processing, and information systems for MSMEs in Yogyakarta City. The final output from the use of this technology can support the implementation of digital marketing for MSME products in a better and more targeted manner.

Abstract

Stock stability in business activities is an important component. One way to maintain the stability of the stock of durian fruit is to estimate the amount of consumer demand for durian fruit. Predicting the amount of durian fruit customers need can be done by looking at the patterns formed from sales transactions. However, if the prediction is done manually, it will take a long time and be prone to errors. The solution to overcome this problem is the need for a tool in the form of software in which there is already an accurate calculation method. One method that can be used to calculate customer durian needs is the Adaline artificial neural network. And the training data used is durian fruit sales data. Training data is divided into 2 groups, namely input data and target data. The focus of this research is the pl/sql design to determine the data input pattern automatically for the application of predicting the number of customer's durian fruit needs. Abstract

This research aims to create and know the use of educational games as an alternative learning medium for children. The importance of learning in this child is not accompanied by a media of appropriate child age. In afact, children are more likely to be interested in playing than learning. Therefore, there needs to be learning media that supports the habit of playing in children. In the conventional learning media, children will tend to feel bored because they only learn through books. With the existence of learning media in the form of educational games will facilitate children in the process. The results of this study are educational game products. Software or game engine used in this creation of this educational game is construct 2.

Abstract

The development of face detection can be utilized in various fields, one of which is to detect work safety tools such as protective helmets in a project that requires work security. The face area is a part of the human body that is the focus of attention because it is the basis for detection because the face plays an important role by showing identity and emotion. Detecting work safety equipment in the form of a helmet is a challenge because of how to know the difference between a face and a helmet and not. Therefore, the face is used as an organ of the human body which is used as an indication for detection and can even be developed into a person's recognition or face recognition. Face recognition technology is a method used for detecting the discovery of images and videos. This research is to create a design concept to detect the face area using an android-based safety helmet. In this system, the pca method is used. Pca method is used for feature extraction from training and test images. This study aims to detect faces using a helmet properly with the hope that the accuracy of this method reaches 90%..
