Abstract

The communication method used by the service officer to the customer is through interpersonal communication. The essence of interpersonal communication is to create, form, or maintain relationships with other peopleThis study aims to determine the Inter-Personal Communication Method in Customer Service Against the Image of the State Electricity Company (Persero) Rayon Takengon Central Aceh Regency (Descriptive Study of Electricity Tariff Complaints in Bebeben Village) and explain the Inhibiting Factors Inter-personal communication methods in customer service to the image of the electricity company state (Persero) rayon Takengon, Central Aceh district (Descriptive study of electricity tariff complaints in Bebeben village)The data collection methods used in this study were interviews, literature study and observation. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. Research Results The interpersonal communication method, which is carried out by PLN Rayon Takengon, is very useful, where communication with customers will be easily resolved properly, due to direct face-to-face contact between the community and employees in the complaints faced by the community. Interpersonal communication can unravel customer complaints against PLN services, with interpersonal communication will have a positive impact on the image of PLN itself. By using communication linear communication model, circular communication model, and spiral communication model. So that community response from customers is in the form of direct feedback when two-way or face-to-face communication is running, and indirect feedback. And Interpersonal Communication and Barriers that occur in the communication process include, social status, psychological, socio-cultural, prejudice, semantic barriers and environmental conditions. Providing information, cultivating feelings, and changing attitudes. This is a form of influence from social communication that is conveyed to the community when socializing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Community Social Communication in Implementing the Covid-19 Health Protocol in Pepayungen Angkup Village, Silih Nara District, Central Aceh Regency and explain the Obstacles and Constraints of the Role of Community Social Communication in Implementing the Covid-19 Health Protocol in Pepayungen Angkup Village, Silih Nara District, District Central Aceh The data collection methods used in this study were interviews, literature study and observation. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. Abstract

KPU is a general election organizing agency, it takes hard work and creative efforts in inviting the public to be able to play an active role in the ELECTION, especially the ELECTION. To reveal the problem thoroughly and in depth, the low participation of the community in carrying out elections. Some of them are: laziness, not changing fate, influence of other parties, ethnic issues, saturation of the community towards elections, low trust or disappointment (against election organizers, election participants namely legislative candidates, regional leader candidates and political parties), lack of impetus towards community, public awareness is low. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which is useful for providing facts and data regarding the strategy of the Independent Election Commission of Central Aceh Regency in an effort to increase voter participation, then the data is analyzed using John Middleton's communication strategy model. the results of this study found that analysis and audience segmentation must also be carried out by determining who the target audience for the program is running. This analysis is very important because the form of planning will depend on the type of public being faced. Abstract

As a state law enforcement tool, the National Police plays an important and strategic role. It is important because the function of law enforcement is usually initiated by the Police as a part of other law enforcement elements, such as prosecutors and judges. The communication strategy is a series of activities which includes planning a series of activities designed with different techniques and approaches, making it easier to uncover criminal cases. Observing these problems, it is clear that the communication strategy is very urgent to be mastered by every police investigator personnel of the Central Aceh resort in uncovering a criminal act and can determine the suspect in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The purpose of the study was to determine the investigator's communication strategy in the interrogation process of the suspect in the crime of burning a house, and to find out what factors hindered the investigator's communication strategy in the interrogation process of the suspect in the crime of burning a house. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research, namely research that has descriptive results in the form of words and writings from informants studied by researchers, while the approach used in this study is a descriptive approach where researchers look for facts, phenomena about the communication strategy of district resort police investigators. Aceh is in the process of interrogating a suspect in the crime of burning a house. Sources of data used are primary data obtained directly in the field and secondary data obtained from literature or library materials. The results of the study show that the communication strategy used by investigators in the interrogation process of the suspect in the crime of burning a house is in accordance with the SOP that has been set, and the interrogation communication strategy used is persuasive communication and interpersonal communication. Persuasive communication is carried out using clear, firm and straightforward language. In addition to persuasive communication techniques, interpersonal communication techniques are also an option for investigators when interrogating suspects, because they treat suspects humanely by respecting their human values. The inhibiting factor of the investigator's communication strategy in the interrogation process of the suspect in the crime of burning a house, the information from the suspect which is always different, even seems to be changing and answering questions from investigators is often convoluted and the suspect does not want to answer questions from investigators, making it difficult for investigators to obtain information from investigators. suspect or perpetrator of a crime.

Abstract

The police in handling criminal cases are certainly faced with a choice between legal certainty with justice and expediency. The existence of witnesses in a criminal justice process starting from the stage of investigation, prosecution to trial in court in order to provide information in order to reveal the facts of the occurrence of a crime. The importance of communication is a part that cannot be replaced in writing or otherwise, because communication has functions that include, to inform, namely to provide information given by witnesses to investigators for the completeness of the investigation. The purpose of the study was to determine the persuasive communication strategy of members of the Central Aceh District Police in interrogating witnesses, and to find out what factors hindered the persuasive communication of members of the Central Aceh District Police in interrogating witnesses. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research, namely research that has descriptive results in the form of words and writings from informants studied by researchers, while the approach used in this study is a descriptive approach where researchers look for facts, phenomena about the communication strategy of district resort police investigators. Aceh is in the process of interrogating a suspect in the crime of burning a house. Sources of data used are primary data obtained directly in the field and secondary data obtained from literature or library materials. The results showed that the communication strategy used by the investigator in the witness interrogation process was in accordance with the established SOP, and the interrogation communication strategy used was persuasive communication and interpersonal communication. Persuasive communication is carried out using clear, firm and straightforward language. In addition to persuasive communication techniques, interpersonal communication techniques are also an option for investigators when interrogating witnesses humanely by respecting human values. The factors that hinder persuasive communication by members of the Aceh Resort Police are in interrogating the witnesses, the statements from witnesses are always different, even seem to change and answering questions from investigators is often convoluted making it difficult for investigators to get information from witnesses, and witnesses are not present in the process of examining witnesses at the investigation stage.

Abstract

Paper ini membahas bagaimana media baru berkembang dan membawa berbagai dampak bagi penggunanya. Menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka, secara spesifik penelitian ini membahas implikasi yang timbul dari dua produk media baru yaitu media sosial dan game online. Temuan dari penelitian menggambarkan, bahwa media baru telah merubah karakteristik dari penggunanya, dari yang sebelumnya pengguna atau khalayaknya hanya diposisikan sebagai konsumen, namun saat ini memiliki dua peran sekaligus yaitu konsumen dan produsen. Di antara manfaat dari kehadiran media sosial adalah media sosial difungsikan untuk menjalin komunikasi antar pengguna media sosial, sarana penjualan atau promosi suatu barang dan jasa, sarana praktik jurnalisme warga, dan sarana pembentukan komunitas baru. Adapun permasalahan utama dari kehadiran media sosial adalah penyalahgunaan fitur-fitur media sosial yang digunakan untuk menyebarkan konten-konten bajakan dan pornografi. Beralih pada game online, manfaat dari munculnya game online adalah munculnya kreativitas, kerja sama tim, membentuk komunikasi sosial hingga meningkatnya kemampuan berbahasa Inggris penggunanya. Sedangkan permasalahan pokok dari game online adalah para penggunanya berisiko mengalami kecanduan bermain game yang dapat berdampak pada aspek fisik dan emosional.

Abstract

Pada era di generasi milenial telah terjadi perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat, serta kemunculan dan berkembangnya sosial media yang menjadi keinginan semua generasi. Bagi generasi milenial pembelajaran pendidikan Islam harus menyelusuri perkembangan era, yaitu memanfaatkan media sosial yang mudah digunakan agar terasa nyaman untuk belajar. Tetapi sosial media di era generasi milenial bisa juga mengarah ke dalam hal yang negatif yang menyimpang dari agama islam, solusi atau pilihan bijak dalam menangani media sosial yang di pergunakan dalam hal negatif adalah pengawasan dan bimbingan dari orang tua atau pendidik serta menjadi kesempatan yang bisa di manfaatkan untuk mendidik agama islam mereka. Hasil dari penilitian jurnal ini adalah Sosial media sebagai media pendidikan islam. Ada nya media sosial seperti youtube, Instagram, google, whatsapp sebagai media Pendidikan Agama Islam karena dapat di gunakan dengan mudah kapanpun dan dimanapun. Pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah langkah yang tepat untuk di jadikan media pembelajaran generasi milenial yang perhatian nya sangat akrab dengan sosial media.

Abstract

Artikel ini memerhatikan pentingnya etika dalam jurnalistik untuk melansir informasi di media sosial, agar masyarakat tidak terpancing berita hoax. Penelitian ini mengajarkan kepada seorang jurnalis muslim harus meningkatkan prinsip berfikir positif, tabayun (meneliti dan menyeleksi berita) dan tidak menyebarkan hoax. Etika Islam sangat penting didalam jurnalistik. Etika Islam bisa diartikan dengan akhlak dan adab. Akhlak adalah kunci dalam pembahasan ini karna akhlak berkataitan dengan etika Islam. yang kedua adalah adab, adab adalah perilaku yang berkaitan dengan kebiasaan manusia atau adat selain itu adab juga bisa diartikan sebagai kesopanan, dan akhlak. Karna itu adab juga bisa diartikan sebagai etika. Jurnalisme islami yaitu jurnalisme yang didasari pada ketakwaan. Jurnalisme islami mengambil terminologi seperti hubungan antara Islam dengan ilmu pengetahuan. Islamisasi jurnalisme epistemologi lebih erat dengan jurnalisme islami yang menekankan proses dan kinerja. Di era ini telekomunikasi dan media informasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat perkotaan bahkan hingga ke pelosok pedesaan. Radio dan televisi sudah tidak dianggap barang yang mewah, hingga banyak dari masyarakat desa yang memiliki barang tersebut. Sebab itu media massa sering disebut jurnalistik, karna media massa sebagai penyalur informasi dan penyuplai kegiatan hasil kerja dari Jurnalistik. Jurnalisme islami mempunyai misi dakwah yaitu 'amar makruf nahi mungkar' ciri khas dari misi tersebut adalah berdakwah atau memberitahu kepada orang banyak tentang ajaran Allah SWT .

Abstract

Saat ini banyak bermunculan akun-akun instagram yang mempromosikan produk-produk shopee, yang di unggah di media sosial seperti Tiktok dan Instagram. Konten instagram @racunshopeecheck menjadi bentuk preferensi yang diberikan kepada khalayak sasaran terkait rekomendasi produk yang dibeli di aplikasi Shopee yang kemudian diunggah melalui media sosial Instagram, sehingga para followers @racunshopeecheck mempunyai banyak referensi tentang produk-produk shopee. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Seberapa besar Pengaruh media sosial di Instagram akun @racunshopeecheck terhadap minat beli followers. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Selanjutnya, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik Nonprobability Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana, diperoleh nilai koefesien regresi pada penelitian ini dengan persamaan Y = 9,007 + 0,187 X. Dimana, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Koefisien determinasi atau R square dalam penelitian ini sebesar 40,2%, yang menunjukkan pengaruh media sosial Instagram @racunshopeecheck terhadap minat beli dalam kategori sedang. Sementara, sisa persentase 59,8% ini dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam
