Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan kegiatan utama sekolah sebagai bentuk layanan pendidikan bagi masyarakat. Sekolah diberi kebebasan memilih strategi, metode dan teknik pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karateristik mata pelajaran, siswa, guru dan kondisi nyata sumber daya yang tersedia di sekolah. Adapun identifikasi masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu Apakah kompetensi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Bener Meriah. Dan tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Bener Meriah. Dan manfaat penelitian sebagai pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan yang baik serta menerapkan ilmu-ilmu yang telah diperoleh selama mengikuti kuliah. Informasi dan referensi bagi kepala sekolah dan kepala cabang dinas pendidikan wilayah kabupaten bener meriah serta sebagai penambahan khasanah keilmuan. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru pada SMK Negeri 1 Bener Meriah, sebanyak 47 orang dan sampelnya sebanyak 47 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Observasi dan Kuisioner. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode analisa data dengan menggunakan Persamaan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 22 Dari hasil pembahasan diperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu Y= 2,192 + 0,192X1 + 0,418X2 + 0,220X3. Berdasarkan uji statistik diperoleh nilai Kompetensi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru, artinya > atau 2,110 > 1,681 serta nilai signifikan sebesar 0,041 < 0,05. Motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru, artinya > atau 4,471 > 1,681 serta nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Disiplin berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru, artinya > atau 2,728 > 1,681 serta nilai signifikan sebesar 0,009 < 0,05. Secara simultan bahwa Kompetensi, Motivasi, dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja guru dibuktikan dari hasil perhitungan F bahwa nilai adalah sebesar 21,704 sedangkan adalah sebesar 2,82. Dimana nilai (21,704) > (2,82) serta nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 bahwa Kompetensi, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja guru. Sedangkan kemampuan variabel independen mempengaruhi variabel dependen adalah sebesar 0,602 dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diamati dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of placement and competence of human resources in the Sorong district court office. This study used quantitative methods with data collection techniques used, namely distributing questionnaires to consumers as many as 40 people. The results of this study were collected through questionnaires that were processed and analyzed using Multiple Regression. Then conducting data quality tests used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, normality tests, heterokedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests, F tests and determination coefficient analysis. Tools used Microsoft Excel and SPSS Software. The results showed that placement and competence had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Productivity is one of the important things that every organization should pay attention to. Low work productivity will affect the quality of the organization, because work productivity is used to measure the value of resources owned by the organization in a job. This study aims to determine the influence. Work discipline on Work Productivity at the Malaimsimsa Health Center in Sorong City. The research method used was a quantitative method with 50 employees. The data collection technique used is a data questionnaire. The results showed that discipline had no effect on work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Earning Per Share and Dividend Per Share on Stock Prices in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research population of companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method and a total of 39 companies were obtained. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The research data was analyzed using the panel data regression method, namely a combination of data from the time series and cross sections through Eviews 12 data processing. The results showed that the variables Earning Per Share and Dividend Per Share had a positive and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a person's feelings of pleasure or disappointment arising from comparing the performance that has been perceived against their expectations. This study aims to determine or analyze the effect of price and product quality on customer satisfaction at CV. Percut Prosperous Fishermen in Medan. This type of research is quantitative. The types of data used are primary and secondary data obtained from questionnaires. This research was conducted on customers of CV. Fishermen of Percut Makmur Medan with a sample of 92 respondents who were taken by purposive sampling method with a sampling technique using the slovin formula. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the price and product quality together or simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the customer satisfaction variable at CV. Abstract

The goal of Winaya Mukti University, a formal educational institution, is to create excellent human beings. The performance of lecturers, however, is a problem that higher education institutions routinely deal with because it is one of the factors that influences academic progress. Two factors that can affect performance are workload and compensation. The goal of this study is to ascertain, partially or simultaneously, the impact of workload and compensation on the output of professors at Winaya Mukti University. Data were acquired from all of the current topic lecturers. The research included both the descriptive and verification methodologies. In this work, the analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing show that the workload and pay of course professors at Winaya Mukti University have a positive and significant impact on their performance. Both workload and compensation have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Skripsi ini merupakan hasil dari penelitian dan pembahasan mengenai kepuasan konsumen. Adapun Indentifikasi masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimanakah Pengaruh Store Atmosphere dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Indomaret Jl Sengeda Takengon Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Dan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Store Atmosphere dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Indomaret Takengon Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan mengunakan Kuisioner. Metode Analisa Data, dengan menggunakan Persamaan Regresi Linier berganda dengan bantuan Program SPSS. Dari hasil pembahasan di peroleh persamaan regresi Y=0,998+ 0,486X1+0,323X2. Berdasarkan uji statistik di peroleh nilai koefisien Harga X1 diperoleh thitung sebesar 6,264 nilai ttable 1,985 atau nilai thitung > ttabel dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga hipotesa 1 yang berbunyi harga berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di terima. koefisien Store Atmosphere X2 diperoleh thitung sebesar 2,816 nilai ttable 1,985 atau nilai thitung > ttabel dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,005< 0,05 sehingga hipotesa 2 yang berbunyi Store Atmosphere berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di terima. Secara simultan bahwa Harga (X1) dan Store Atmosphere (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Indomaret di buktikan dari hasil perhitungan F bahwa nilai Fhitung adalah sebesar 52,856 dan Ftabel sebesar 3,09 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka Harga dan Store Atmosphere berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan hipotesa 3 diterima
