Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerimaan seorang ibu yang memiliki anak autis serta untuk mengetahui variasi jawaban subjek yang memiliki anak autis tingkat ringan dan tingkat berat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah empat orang ibu yang memiliki anak autis tingkat ringan (high functioning) dan autis tingkat berat (low functioning) kemudian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sample. Pengambilan data terhadap keempat subjek dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara berdasarkan aspek penerimaan ibu. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui objektifitas dan keterandalan dari data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan triangulasi terhadap suami subjek dan para terapis yang menerapi anak subjek. Hasil penelitian ini adalah keempat ibu yang memiliki anak autis dapat menerima anaknya yang mengalami gangguan autis dengan baik.

Abstract

Penggunaan warna merah dan kuning keemasan untuk perayaan Imlek Indonesia memang meriah. Perayaan ini sebagai momentum bagi masyarakat Tionghoa dalam melaksankan sembahyang pada leluhur dan berkumpul bersama keluarga. Warna merah setiap hiasan dan pakaian melambangkan kebahagiaan dan kemakmuran, sedangkan warna  kuning emas melambangkan keagungan atau kewibawaan dalam merayakan pergantian tahun. Masyarakat Tionghoa sangat menjaga kelestarian budaya sendiri sehingga sangat mudah dikenali. Terdapat pemaksanaan dari pelaksanaan budaya Cina melalui simbol-simbolnya, sebut saja jika mengacu pada kalender tradisional Cina ada istilah Tahun Kelinci, Ayam, Ular, Monyet, Tikus dan sebagainya. Masyarakat Tionghoa meyakini bahwa setiap hewan mempunyai karakter yang berbeda-beda. Memahami fenomena ini, masyarakat Tionghoa akan dapat memperkirakan seperti apa bisnis kedepan dan perkiraan halangan yang akan datang. Sehingga, penulis mencermati pemaknaan peruntungan dalam simbol yang melekat budaya imlek masyarakat Tionghoa dan difokuskan di wilayah Surabaya. peneliti menggunakan penelitian metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Tionghoa Surabaya memiliki kepercayaan terhadap tradisi dan terdapat pemaknaan tradisi dimana masyarakat Tionghoa di Surabaya menjunjung tinggi kebiasaan leluhur dan adat istiadat yang telah diwariskan secara turun temurun.

Abstract

Mental illness can cause problems in everyday life, not only can damage interactions or relationships with other people, but can also reduce performance in school and work productivity. Mood disorders include a variety of emotional disturbances that make a person unable to function, from the sadness of depression to the unrealistic euphoria and irritability of mania. Mood disorders are the most commonly diagnosed mental disorders in individuals with attempted suicide. So the webinar Mental Health and Psychopathology is carried out as a community service activity, as an effort to help maintain mental health in daily life and understand mood disorders and prevent suicide. The method used through several stages, namely the formation of a committee team, preparation, implementation and evaluation of activities. The results of the evaluation indicate that there are benefits received by the community and the organization of the event as a whole went well and smoothly.

Abstract

Salah satu tugas remaja dalam tahap perkembangan adalah mempersiapkan masa depan terutama karir. Siswa kelas XII berada pada tahap eksplorasi periode kristalisasi. Pada masa ini, remaja mulai mengidentifikasi kesempatan dan tingkat pekerjaan yang sesuai, serta mengimplementasikan pilihan karir tersebut dengan memilih pendidikan dan pelatihan yang sesuai. Perencanaan karir sangat penting, karena berhubungan dengan keberhasilan dan kegagalan individu dalam pekerjaannya kelak.Karyawan yang bekerja pada posisi yang tidak diminati yang membuat karir terhenti. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dan kepuasan kerja sehingga dapat merugikan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi siswa-siswi SMA mengenai pentingnya perencanaan karir sejak dini. Pandemi berdampak pada beberapa sektor pekerjaan, sehingga siswa perlu mempersiapkan diri dan memilih jurusan yang tepat, sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang di inginkan oleh lingkungan maupun industri.

Abstract

Work characteristics are important aspects of work that can have an impact on employee welfare. The characteristics of work are divided into two, namely job demand and job resources. The JD-R model is a refinement of two previously developed job stress models, namely the demands-control model (DCM) (Karasek, 1979) and the effort-reward imbalance model (ERI) (Siegrist, 1996). This study uses a literature review approach. It is hoped that this study can be used as a study or information that can be used as a theoretical basis for further research in job demand and job resources models. Job resources and job demands can be distinguished by their respective roles. In job resources, for example, autonomy can help employees to organize and complete work comfortably and feedback can help employees improve work performance. Then social support from colleagues and mentors from supervisors can increase motivation and emotional support at work. On the other hand, job demands, such as workload, emotions, and physical demands, are things that exist in a job that can be tolerated by the role of job resources.

Abstract

This form of community service activity aims to provide information or knowledge for educators in carrying out the teaching and learning process in schools. Activities are carried out through online seminars, which are aimed at the teaching profession for kindergarten, elementary, junior high, high school and university circles. The material presented covered three topics, including Pedagogic Competence for Educators in the Digital Age, Design of Fun Learning Methods to Increase Learning Motivation, and the Role of Educators as Role Models for Students in Character Development. After participants take part in an online seminar related to the above themes, it is hoped that educators can carry out their duties optimally in educating the nation's children by prioritizing the term "Teacher (at Gugu lan di Tiru)" in the sense that an educator can be used as an example and as a role model in implementing learning process

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna Pendidikan anak bagi masyarakat nelayan di Pulau Karimunjawa Jepara. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Untuk teknik penentuan informan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu pengumpulan data berupa kalimat dan bukan berupa angka. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan pola pikir masyarakat nelayan terhadap pendidikan di Pulau Karimunjawa Jepara, disebabkan oleh terbukanya masyarakat nelayan di Pulau Karimunjawa akan budaya yang masuk dari para turis ataupun pengunjung Pulau karimunjawa, kemajuan teknologi yang semakin canggih sehingga bisa mempermudah komunikasi jarak jauh, fasilitas sarana dan prasarana untuk mendukung proses Pendidikan serta kesadaran diri tentang pentingnya Pendidikan agar bisa merubah kehidupan menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Currently the Indonesian government continues to reduce the transmission rate of the Covid-19 virus, one of is by vaccinating health workers who are the first targets and after the vaccine is carried out they will receive legal evidence of a certificate. In the media, of oversharing from social media users is always considered a threat because of the various negative impacts, the high level such as the security of personal data. This type of research is a cross-sectional analytic using a questionnaire which is an online survey to determine the level of awareness of personal data security and self-presentation to health workers regarding oversharing of covid-19 certificates. The population is health workers in Central Java with a sample of 170 respondents. Data analysis used Univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis using the HAIS-Q adoption questionnaire and self-presentation questionnaire. There is a relationship between gender (p= 0.000) and age (p= 0.000) with the level of awareness of personal data security and the factor most related to the level of awareness of personal data security is self-presentation with criteria Exemplification (Sampling) (OR = 5,103 : p value = 0.004; CI = 95% 1.455 to 12.426). The government should conduct socialization related to the protection of personal data in vaccination certificates so that the public understands and is aware of the information contained therein.

Abstract

Employee performance is important in the production process of a company. With good performance, it can produce quality products, the number of products according to the target, high sales and huge profits for the company. Company and management have a big hand in increasing their work performance by actualizing job satisfaction for employees. Employee job satisfaction can be realized through leadership style and motivation which is met with their employee. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of APRI Collection employees in Sukoharjo Regency. The population of this study was all 61 employees who were for the sample taken 60 people because the leaders were excluded from data collection so that the data was not biased. The analysis technique used multiple regression with the help of SPSS to calculate it. The results showed that leadership style and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of APRI Collection employees in Kabupaten Sukoharjo.

Abstract

In the era of globalisation and increasingly fierce business competition, the success of an entrepreneur is something that is very important and desired by many people. One of the relevant philosophical views to be studied in the context of entrepreneurial thinking is existentialism. This research aims to explore the understanding of the nature of entrepreneurial thinking in the perspective of existentialism philosophy. The focus of this research is qualitative. Methods for gathering information included careful attention and detailed note-taking, with subsequent analysis including data reduction, visualisation, and inference. The results show that entrepreneurial thinking from an existentialist perspective can make a significant contribution to the development of sustainable and socially responsible business theory and practice. An existentialist view can help entrepreneurs to overcome challenges and obstacles in business by developing the ability to derive meaning and purpose from every life experience.
