Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Usability of the WaralabaKita website based on user respondents using the System Usability Scale method. The main key of assessing this method is Utility, whether it is in accordance with user needs. This study used a questionnaire as a means of data collection, then continued by testing the validity of the data to analyze data from 10 questions which resulted in Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.637. From the 30 samples that have been collected, an average SUS score of 69.17 was obtained, which means that this score was included in the Marginal High category and classified into the OK category.

Abstract

Mr.Mekanik merupakan bengkel online dengan tujuan untuk membantu masyarakat apabila mengalami masalah pada kendaraannya terutama pada kendaraan roda empat. Adapun permasalahan dari website Mr.Mekanik yaitu website tidak ditemukan saat pencariaan pada Google dan membuat jumlah pengunjung menjadi sedikit untuk mengaksesnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan mengimplementasikan metode agar website Mr.Mekanik dikenal oleh mesin pencari yaitu metode Search Engine Optimizaton (SEO) menggunakan teknik On-Page. Teknik On-Page bertujuan untuk menempatkan sebuah situs website pada posisi teratas hasil pencarian berdasarkan keyword yang sudah ditentukan. Setelah diterapkan metode On Page jumlah trafik pada website Mr.Mekanik meningkat dari 0 pengunjung menjadi 421 sehingga terdapat peringkatan yang singnifikan setelah diterakannya SEO On-Page pada website Mr.Mekanik.

Abstract

Kharisma Tech merupakan suatu sistem informasi berbasis website untuk media publikasi umum dan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna jurnalnya. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengamatan penulis, website Kharisma Tech belum pernah dilakukan analisis kepuasaan pengguna sehingga belum diketahui seberapa besar pengaruh website Kharisma Tech terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Oleh sebab itu, perlunya analisis dengan memperhatikan indikator kepuasaan pengguna agar didapatkan acuan untuk dilakukan perbaikan maupun peningkatan pada website Kharisma Tech. dalam pengukuran pada kepuasan pengguna terhadap Website Kharisma tech, pengukuran yang dapat digunakan yaitu End User Computing satisfaction (EUCS). Berdasarkan metode pengukuran End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) menghasilkan beberapa presentase : Content dengan presentase 95%; pada kategori ‘Sangat Layak’, Accuracy dengan presentase 82%; berada pada kategori ‘Sangat Layak’, Format dengan presentase 77,33%; pada kategori ‘Layak’, Ease Of Use dengan presentase 77%; pada kategori ‘Layak’, Timelines dengan presentase 73,11%; pada kategori ‘Layak’. Maka secara garis besar dapat di simpulkan bahwa website Kharisma Tech ‘Layak’

Abstract

The main factor that make users comfortable using a website was its performance, websites with long loading times were more likely to be abandoned by visitors. After testing the website of Toko Kerja using Google PageSpeed Insights, there were many opportunities that can be done to improve the performance of the website Toko Kerja, Google PageSpeed Insights was a tool developed by Google to test and analyze the performance of a website on desktops and mobile devices and provide advice to improve performance, accessibility, and SEO. This research aims to analyze the website of Toko Kerja using Google PageSpeed Insights, then if it was below the Google PageSpeed Insights standard, optimization will be carried out to match or be above the standard. This research used quantitative data, which was obtained from the analysis results of the Google PageSpeed Insights tool. The results of the Google PageSpeed Insights analysis were website performance scores using a percent scale and website speed using a time measure. The results show that after making improvements based on Google PageSpeed Insights suggestions, the performance score increased from 85 to 99, the accessibility score increased from 91 to 100, and the SEO score increased from 70 to 80. Based on the research results website Toko Kerja was optimized.

Abstract

Super Consign is an application for selling used and new goods in the form of laptops and gaming accessories. Super Consign is a new application, so no research has been conducted to measure the level of acceptance of this application. Acceptance of the Super Consign application is one of the factors that support the continued use of the application. In this study, the measurement of the Super Consign application was carried out using the Technology Acceptance Model method which consists of 3 variables, namely Actual Use, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness. This study used 31 respondents and tested validity and reliability using the SPSS application. The results of this study, have a percentage of 70.64% on the use of the application Actual Use, on the perceived ease of use variable is 72.09%, and on the percentage value of the perceived usefulness variable is 69.19%. So that the Super Consign application can be accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis performa website sulivan agro agar dapat mengetahui masalah yang ada dalam website sulivan agro khususnya bagian performa. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah GTMetrix. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan skor performa sebesar 44%. Skor tersebut masuk dalam kategori belum baik. Dengan demikian, dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa GTMetrix sebagai alat pengukur performa website dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur dalam membuat kesimpulan dalam menganalisis performa sebuah website. Dengan penggunaan GTMetrix tersebut dapat membantu dalam menganalisis performa web dengan akurat dan juga membantu untuk menganalisis perbaikan yang diperlukan oleh sebuah web agar performanya menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Pada proses pengembangan perangkat lunak, developer umumnya menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) sebagai bahasa untuk memodelkan dan merancang sistem. Saat ini telah dikembangkan versi yang lebih luas dari UML yaitu System Modeling Language (SysML) yang menyediakan sejumlah perbaikan, salah satunya yaitu alokasi untuk spesifikasi kebutuhan melalui requirement diagram. Meskipun demikian, SysML masih banyak digunakan untuk memodelkan sistem-sistem tertanam dibanding pemakaiannya pada sistem informasi atau jenis aplikasi komputer yang lebih luas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan SysML pada sistem Reparation. Aplikasi Reparation merupakan aplikasi yang menyediakan jasa servis secara online. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mencari dan memesan jasa servis dengan mudah dan cepat tanpa harus ke bengkel. Wawancara dan studi literatur dilakukan untuk memperoleh kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional sistem yang didefinisikan dalam tabel spesifikasi kebutuhan. Sementara pengujian sistem dilakukan untuk menguji sejumlah fitur contoh yang dipilih. Dari studi yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa SysML dapat diimplementasikan pada pemodelan aplikasi Reparation. Diagram-diagram yang dihasilkan yaitu activity diagram, parametric diagram, requirement diagram, use case diagram, dan sequence diagram. Parametric diagram digunakan untuk menentukan batasan-batasan berupa atribut dari fungsionalitas pada sistem, sementara requirement diagram digunakan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional sistem seperti Daftar Akun, Pesan Jasa Servis, dan Perangkat Pengguna. Termasuk hubungan dari requirement diagram ke use case diagram dan parametric diagram dapat ditelusuri. Hasil pengujian black box menunjukkan hasil output berhasil dijalankan dengan baik terhadap beberapa fungsionalitas yang diuji seperti Daftar Akun, Pesan Jasa Servis, dan Tambah Pesanan Jasa Servis.

Abstract

This study aims to redesign the User Interface (UI) of the SuperConsign application using the Human-Centered Design method as a solution to enhance user comfort and satisfaction. The study involved 20 participants from the general public who have experience purchasing second-hand items and using second-hand sales applications to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Human-Centered Design method in creating a better user experience and improving the potential of the SuperConsign application in the market. The method comprises three main stages: inspiration, ideation, and implementation. Through observation and analysis of issues with the SuperConsign application, the study resulted in a better and more user-friendly UI redesign. The result of the study revealed a significant increase in usability scores from 38 to 76.5 based on the System Usability Scale (SUS). It can be concluded that SuperConsign is better and more user friendly after UI redesigning.

Abstract

The Academic Information System Website of STMIK Kharisma Makassar is one of the website-based services on the internet owned by STMIK Kharisma Makassar which provides services for students such as purchasing Study Plan Cards (KRS), knowing the Semester Achievement Index (IPS), and registering payments. The Academic Information System Website of STMIK Kharisma Makassar has been implemented since 2017, but during its implementation there has been no benchmark to determine the level of satisfaction and usability of the system so that this study aims to analyze the usability of the Kharisma Makassar Academic Information System Website using the USE Questionnaire method in order to help the campus service process become better and become a basis for development. The USE Questionnaire method has 4 parameters, namely usefulness, easy of use, easy of learning, and satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, on the 3 features analyzed, the KRS selection feature gets a percentage of 72.13%, while the IPS graph feature is 70.91% and the payment registration feature is 70.41%. Based on the results of the average usability measurement of the 3 features, the results of the usability measurement of the Academic Information System website of STMIK Kharisma Makassar are 71.21% with a usability feasibility category that is feasible.

Abstract

Hi Jobs! is a mobile application that will help people find work because it provides various information concerning job vacancies. This application is still relatively new and has never been tested before. However, this application already has several criticisms and suggestions from users regarding problems that had occurred when using the Hi Jobs! application. The problems that occurred were related to aspects of application usability. Therefore, usability testing is needed to determine the effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction when using the Hi Jobs! application using Performance Measurement and Concurrent Think Aloud techniques. The test was conducted on 20 participants who were divided into two categories, advanced and novice. The results of the study showed that advanced participants had a success rate of 96% with a total of one failed task, while novice participants had a success rate of 89% with a total of four failed tasks. The average time for participants in the advanced category was 30 seconds and the novice category was 37 seconds. Based on the results of interviews conducted, there were problems with 4 application features of the Hi Jobs! application. In conclusion, this application was very effective but it was not efficient nor has it meet user satisfaction because there are some features that are difficult to find. Therefore, recommendations for improvement have been made based on the received criticisms and suggestions to meet user satisfaction.
