Abstract

The village of Nglurah, which is located in Karang Anyar, is a producer of ornamental plants/flowers which are traded in various areas around and outside Java. Most of the population in this city work as flower farmers. Apart from being farmers, it turns out that the residents need other forms of economic improvement. Therefore, a home industry for honey sweet potato chips was initiated to support the community's economy. To carry out the home industry, it is necessary to take economic steps to become an independent entrepreneur, which is an important field to be developed. This development is carried out to encourage the economic revival of the community in various business fields. By providing training solutions to the residents of the Nglurah hamlet in the form of life skills, in the form of training in the use of used oil stoves to support the home industry of honey sweet potato chips, which can be used as a provision for the skills of residents, especially the Mulia Sejahtera farmer group in the plantation sector to be applied in daily life. day. Implementation of Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities in Partners. Target solutions are provided using training methods with direct practice models by mixing used oil to be used on stoves.

Abstract

The staff and teachers of TKQ/TPQ Kec. Tanjung Priok in their work activities is not proficient in using technology or applications that make work easier. The problems experienced include not being able to make creative presentation material. Based on the problems experienced by TKQ/TPQ staff and teachers in Tanjung Priok District, basic Ms. Power Point training was carried out to help find solutions to the problems they faced. Ms. Power Point basic training is held to make it easier for staff and teachers to be more able to use and apply technology in the work activities carried out. Ms. Power Point training can also help prepare creative and interesting presentation materials so that teaching and learning activities become dynamic and material can be conveyed by attracting the interest and attention of students and can be timely in disseminating teaching materials. The service method consists of survey stages, training, and evaluation stages. The results of the service show that the TKQ/TPQ staff and teachers, kec. Tanjung Priok can make presentation materials or teaching media that are effective and interesting.

Abstract

In the food processing industry, such as various types of crackers, various fried peanuts and various other packaged foods, the durability and durability of these food products must of course be given great attention. One of the reasons why various foods are not durable and expire quickly is the high oil content contained in these various foods. Manually draining oil is certainly not effective for the production of various foods in large quantities on an industrial scale. For that we need a tool or machine that can drain and reduce the oil content that is still contained in these various foods. The machine used is honey sweet potato chip spinner machine. Tawangmangu Village, Tawangmangu District, Central Java is known as a tourist area which is located on the slopes of Mount Lawu with various kinds of tourist beauty presented. Tourists often come to enjoy the natural beauty of Tawangmangu which is also rich in natural products, one of which is sweet potato honey. However, local residents cannot maximize honey sweet potato as a special food which is used as souvenirs for tourists, so there is a need for an effort to engineer food processing made from honey sweet potato in the form of procurement and training of electric powered honey sweet potato chip spinner machines for Karang Taruna Orpega 02 (Organization Erlangga Youth) in the Tawangmangu Village, Central Java. At the time of implementation, Mitra's enthusiasm was very large to take part in a series of training events for making food slicer spinners. There were 20 members of the youth group who took part in a series of training activities.

Abstract

Livestock sector is inseparable from the process of downstreaming animal raw product become the functional product or industrial needs (such as the processing of cosmetics based on dairy sources). One of the objectives of processing raw materials for livestock products is to increase efficiency and product quality as the functional food. The strategy that can be used to increase the productivity of livestock farmer groups (LFG) is to support programs that are carried out through the utilization of SAINTECH. This will also encourage the economic growth of the group members inline with improving their standard of living. The group focuses for implementation of functional food SAINTECH is a group of livestock farmers who are located among the Arse District, South Tapanuli Regency. The ultimate goal of this service is that the Arse LFG can process salted eggs based on typical spice plant extracts as functional dairy food, able to carry out the marketing system, and will increase thes incomes after using the SAINTECH product. The devotion applied the Consuling method (approaching, outreachment, and mentoring stages), monitoring and evaluating the results. Results describe that the interest of members in utilizing SAINTECH is approximately 82.17% (VERY GOOD), overall consumers are 3.40 (very receptive to the product) and income has increased based on business analysis. Therefore, it was concluded that the assistance of the Arse LFG through the application of SAINTECH in animal food processing showed an increase in quality based on observational indicators.
